My son loves going to childcare centre here making that transition back to work bareable! Absoultey remarkable childcare centre , spotless and welcoming, team are fantastic, informative and attentive.

September 18, 2024 at 6:37 pmThe team are highly welcoming and understanding- they make you sense as if your kids are the only ones there and fulfil their individual needs. All team are highly hands-on with parents and kids including those in the office and even the owner, Beverley.
The kids are well provided for, well cared for and have lots of activities to take part in. I’m consistently kept up to date with what my kids have been doing, eating, sleeping etc.
From my baby being settled into the childcare centre to my other kid getting ready to leave for school,
I can go to work knowing they are in a secure setting, their needs are being met, their discovering goals are being put in place and most of all having ENJOYABLE with their friends and team on a daily basis!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending First Class Day Childcare centre to other parents. I know I will be sad when my kids leave! My kids adore it here!

October 5, 2024 at 6:59 pmOn her first settling in day she just ran off and played, not looking back at me, so I was pleased. She has taken to it so quickly and loves all the team, so I’m pleased.
My eldest daughter, who is now 8, went to First Class and stayed until she was three and she loved it too.
The team are all so welcoming and welcoming. We could not ask for a better childcare centre. My second daughter has not long started at Frost Class but she loves it already.

November 3, 2024 at 10:33 pmThey have been compassionate, expert and consistently willing to help. Both kids settled in well, but largely this was due to the flexible approach used to settling in to ensure enough time was given rather than the generic two sessions that a lot of nurseries provide.
By my kids have been cheerful there. Updates from the childcare centre is remarkable and I have had no issues so far Both my son and daughter have been at this childcare centre since before the age of 1.

My son has made exceptional development whilst being here and the team work hard to give all the kids experiences to help them grow. Feedback to parents at the end of the day is highly great and lets me share in my kid’s day. My son has been coming here since he was 9 months old and he loves it.

December 25, 2024 at 10:47 amThe team are so lovely and it’s almost consistently the same person looking after my son so he’s truly settled quickly. I looked around a few nurseries but none compared with First Class. It’s highly homely and team are so attentive to the kids. I like getting feedback on what my baby had done each day. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre if you’re looking for a nice, loving and secure place for your baby. My boy started at 9 months old, I was worried about putting him into childcare but bringing him to First Class Childcare centre has massively put me at ease.

Already, my little girl is speaking some French and is engaging the many activities available to her.
First class is highly kid centred, the kid’s interests consistently come first. Overall, this childcare centre has provided a secure, cheerful and enjoyable setting allowing my little girl to learn and develop during each session – thank you. My daughter only started this childcare centre in September 2018 and I have been delighted with the development she has made already.

January 25, 2025 at 11:12 pmThe individual care we have received from the outset with both my son and 3 years later my daughter has been marvellous. Having tried other nurseries initially I was so glad I moved to this one. From the initial enquiries over the phone to the personalised settling in sessions, you can tell that your kid and the meeting of their individual needs are a priority.
Over the year my son attended he came on leaps and bounds which made the transition to preschool so much easier. The team felt like family by the end of his time there! And with my daughter (baby room) they have been incredible as she was highly clingy and needed a more tailored and lengthier settling in timetable. I couldn’t rate this childcare centre highly enough.

Any concerns I have raised have consistently been dealt with professionally by team who are all compassionate, attentive and approachable. From teaching him to use a spoon to his ability to count in ten in French and everything in between, my son has learnt so much over his time there. Each room has nurtured him and I could not be happier with my decision to send him to First Class. My youngest son has recently started and is flourishing. My son has been in the childcare centre since he was 6mths old and is currently in the preschool.

They have so many different activities to make discovering enjoyable and that keeps him interested at all times. My son absolutely loves childcare centre.

I have consistently found everyone welcoming and supportive to the highest standard. My son wouldn’t be the polite, confident, supportive young person he’s become if it wasn’t for all of the girls in this childcare centre. I am forever grateful. Thank you. I have 2 sons that attend this childcare centre, one is still in toddler room at 2.5 yrs old and the other has just graduated from First Class Childcare centre and gone skipping into school.

April 18, 2025 at 9:26 pmWe transferred from a different childcare centre when she was younger and within a couple of weeks she could tell me her colours, her numbers and her animals.
The team are so accommodating, bend over backwards to help me and do everything and more for my daughter. I get a mixture of things from the day such as photos, arts and crafts they have made etc. They vary their activities from a day to day basis and it truly does make a difference. I consistently have a cheerful kid every day, going in and coming home.
My daughter loves going to school, talks about her educators, friends and what she does in school. It makes going to work a lot more bearable knowing your kid is in great hands. Team are consistently supportive and the manager is consistently around if you need her. I truly did make the right move by choosing this childcare centre, I wish I had chosen it sooner. I cannot suggest First Class Childcare centre enough! I literally can not praise this childcare centre enough for everything they do for me and my daughter.

I was highly nervous but had no need to be as the team and kids made him so welcome and he settled in immediately with no issues whatsoever. I only wish I had moved him earlier. The team are outstanding and the discovering structure is second to none. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending First Class Childcare centre. Thank you for making my son so welcome. First Class Childcare centre School is outstanding.

Lots of discovering exploring inside and outside the childcare centre no matter what the weather or age of kid. Highly suggest first class, all 3 of my kids attended this childcare centre.

I know the team adore and look after him and it makes it easy to go to work knowing he’s so well looked after. He’s now in Preschool and comes home telling me about the solar system and dinosaurs and singing songs. He has a remarkable time and has also started discovering phonics at 3! Consistently suggest them to friends. My son has been at First Class since he was 9 months old, and he loves it!

June 26, 2025 at 11:36 pmBoth my grandson’s adore going and all the team clearly adore what they do and show care and commitment to ensure the boys have the best time when they are there. Nothing is too much trouble and they are cheerful to help with any enquiries or queries.
I would highly suggest First Class Childcare centre School. First Class Childcare centre provide outstanding care and activities.
