September 12, 2024 at 8:32 amI was hesitant to send my kid to childcare centre, after a bad journey from her last childcare centre. As an exceptionally fussy and anxious parent, I wasn’t sure. After I was taken round, I soon realised what a welcoming, secure setting Yarrow House is.
The team in rising threes, are all so welcoming, welcoming, attentive and are an absolute credit to the childcare centre. My kid looks forward to childcare centre and is exceptionally well looked after by the team. I know she is completely secure and enjoys her time at childcare centre and she has learnt so much during her time there. From discovering the basics, playing games, singing, dancing, to teaching manners, Yarrow House has covered everything and more.
The team go above and beyond, I’m forever grateful they’ve all attributed to my kid’s development. I sense reassured with the constant pictures and comments on how her discovering is progressing and activities she does during the day. I will consistently highly suggest Yarrow House to anyone who has kids! The best!

Both our kids adore attending this Childcare centre and they come out with smiles and joy every day they are in.

November 22, 2024 at 2:39 pmAll the team are welcoming and truly care about your kid and take the time to help them learn. The app is constantly updated which allows us to see how he is getting on. Yarrow House has been excellent with my son, his speech has truly come on and he loves going there.

November 23, 2024 at 9:02 amThey take pictures of activities throughout the day, which are so nice to see. My son has lots of enjoyable as well as discovering. My daughter also attended this childcare centre and thoroughly enjoyed it. The team are lovely and consistently supportive.

December 1, 2024 at 2:57 amThis is consistent throughout all rooms, varying at different ages. My kids are exceptionally cheerful to attend, every day of the week. I think this says a lot! Activities are planned weekly across all rooms and these themes and activities are initiative and highly well thought out. All team are approachable and exceptionally excellent at what they do. Thanks for everything you do and have done! Both of my kids attend this childcare centre and I am consistently impressed with the high level of care my kids receive.

December 9, 2024 at 7:37 amAll team go above and beyond to ensure that he is healthy and cheerful, going out of their way to meet his medical needs and provide extra care when he is ill.
My son has a excellent relationship with all the team in his room but particularly loves his key worker and frequently chants her name in excitement prior to going in. We appreciate how much she seems to genuinely care about him, and we sense highly lucky to have her in our son’s life.
The team make sure he has lots of different activities to engage in each day, and he seems to be discovering more and more as time goes on.
We adore seeing everything he gets up to on the app. My son attends the tot’s room, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

December 14, 2024 at 6:03 amThe covid rules have made things more challenging in terms of drop off and collection – I do sense kids are more unsettled with having to wait outside (often stood in the rain) and then handover to the team is a lot more rushed. Also, the collection is a lot of waiting outside for parents before they bring kids out – I understand that the safety of all team and kids from covid is a priority but I do sense there could be some improvements to help make this journey smoother all round.
The app the childcare centre uses is remarkable to allow parents to know what is going on throughout the day and to see updates. However recently the pushing of notifications to parents is dreadful – often not getting any updates until the next day when the kid isn’t even in childcare centre. This is distressing when knowing my kid has gone in upset to not hear anything for so long. Overall we have a positive journey with the childcare centre and the team are so supportive and attentive towards the kids.

January 15, 2025 at 7:36 pmThe team are all lovely and consistently make time to chat at hometime about my daughter’s day. They have themed activities and focus weeks for the kids and clearly a lot of thought goes into making them enjoyable, interesting and relevant. I get regular updates on my daughter’s development and lots of pictures throughout the day showing what she is doing. Our daughter loves childcare centre and is cheerful and settled.

It’s lovely to get the updates on the app to see what she has been doing, what meals she has had and see photos of her having a excellent time throughout the day. The team are exceptional and consistently have time to tell me what she has been up to.

February 28, 2025 at 1:38 pmWe have moved around the country a lot for work and now have journey of various different nurseries. Our youngest started in Rising 3’s at Kids Planet Southport in September of this year. I can honestly say that what we have seen so far of this room and the setting more widely suggests this is hands down the best childcare centre we have attended as a family. The team in the room are unfailingly interested, attentive, and attuned to the needs of each and every kid individually – it’s clear that the room leader leads a highly cheerful and cooperative team. They plan and deliver a fantastic range of activities that excite the kids and allow them to develop mentally, socially, and physically through playtime. The team deal with challenging behaviour (inevitable in this age group) seriously and responsibly, engaging parents at every stage of the process. A fabulous place, which we are delighted to have found. We have two daughters, both of whom have been in childcare centre since they were infants.

March 7, 2025 at 2:34 amThey are consistently cheerful to accept phone calls if feeling worried that he isn’t settling. He consistently gets upset with the drop off process especially with the coronavirus set up but team are consistently highly reassuring with him. I sense like he has progressed a lot by being there and he consistently seems to have done a lot in a day. Thank you. All of the team have been highly welcoming and supportive of my kid.

March 15, 2025 at 4:44 pmIt was my son’s last day today. Feeling highly emotional. The team truly are remarkable and expert. I fully trust them with my son. They helped him so much with his speech. He’s come on so much. He comes home every day with a big smile on his face. All team have been incredible with certain team members going above and beyond building a close relationship with me and my son. I would suggest this childcare centre. Management highly great too. Thank you all. This childcare centre is incredible.

It makes me sense cheerful as she is cheerful to go. The team tell me what she has done in a day at childcare centre, how she has been and has she been for a sleep. She has settled in so well. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre. The childcare centre is spotless and tidy. I am cheerful with everything with this childcare centre. Thank you. The team are welcoming.

She settled so quickly and enjoys all the different activities. We couldn’t suggest Kids Planet more as a family we sense part of Kids Planet! The most important thing is how cheerful and excited our daughter is to go each morning. As a family we have been with Kids Planet Southport for nearly 5 years!

Our son is exceptionally cheerful and is being given the assistance he needs to develop further. He has come on leaps and bounds since he moved to this childcare centre. We are kept informed daily about the discovering taking place via the app and this is varied each session. The setting our son learns in is bright, spotless and welcoming. We’re consistently asked how he is at drop off, you sense a genuine sense of care towards him from the team. We 100% suggest this childcare centre provision. We moved our son to Kids Planet Southport from a different childcare centre and it was the best decision we’ve made.

My little girl absolutely loves coming to childcare centre. She adores her key worker and I get regular updates via the app which is excellent. I’d suggest this childcare centre to anyone! My little girl has been going to Kids Planet since she was 10 months old.

June 2, 2025 at 9:22 amWe moved her from a childcare centre in Leyland to here when she was 2. Since the minute she arrived the team have been nothing but incredible! They absolutely adore her and know her inside out so I know when I drop her off she’s in secure hands. The updates is outstanding and they are consistently so patient when I need to ask questions. They provide so many activities for the kids, my little girl is never bored! The app is also a remarkable way to see what she has been up to and they do this often! The building is highly spotless and well presented. The food is excellent but our favourite thing is the team! They are just exceptional. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My little girl is in Rising Threes.
