Rocking Horse Nursery

All the team attention caring and thoughtful. My boy started in early‑years hub in September. I am extremely pleased I chose this nursery setting. I could not be happier with how things are going. My young lad is exceptionally content and thrilled when i leave him. He has some medical conditions and the personnel are truly accommodating and accommodating with getting things right.

They have a good leadership team and we can see the value and ethos are trickled through the teams. Our kids have been going to Rocking Horse Nursery since they were ten months old. I cannot endorse this childcare centre enough. They know how to keep little ones enthusiastic about real-time events – Olympics, Sir Tom, Prince Philip’s passing, and so on. Each team member is approachable. They celebrate all festivals which is so important in today’s inclusive world. Whenever we went through turbulent times like having our second little one and covid they have always handled these changes delicately. One word to describe how we feel about the early‑years hub is “trust”.

My son was highly cheerful there and was consistently comfortable with the childcare centre settings. I would gladly suggest this childcare centre to anybody. My son has started primary school as a cheerful, confident kid who can make friends easily of which I am confident this was due to the care and guidance of this childcare centre. Team are great at what they do and are informative of any situation, including illnesses and problems at all times.

Nice, modern facility with truly caring crew. Excellent food with a good variety of fruit, veg and pulses. The early‑years hub did not assistance a stimulating exploring setting. Approachable team with a ‘meeting the child’s needs’ policy. Children were well behaved and have access to an outdoor area and activities. It did, however, focus on absorbing through child-initiated activities activities.

My little one has food allergies and no extra provision/different food types are ever created/cooked to accommodate this, especially for puddings/treats despite asking several times. They are always open and attentive when I ask questions or have any queries about my daughter’s improvement or day to day activities. The nursery setting has excellent personnel in my daughter’s room they show genuine interest in my child’s wellbeing and growth. The nursery setting has helped my young lady so much, especially in the prior six months with developing her confidence, numeric and special language competences and overall exploring. My only real criticism is food and activity-related. visits to care homes. More outdoor events and outside of childcare centre activities would have been beneficial eg.

We always felt so secure handing her over every morning and she was always so pleased and excited to go there. Rocking Horse is an utterly fantastic childcare centre! Her growth was always discussed regularly and any developments shared from home were taken seriously and aided in the childcare centre. We will happily advocate Rocking Horse Nursery to any new parent! We had ours in for 11 months and we so wished we could have kept her there for the full 5 years but we were moving house. The ladies here have been so fantastic with her and truly developed a truly special bond.

Their individual needs (one year old and three years old) have been expertly catered for and the beautifully smiley and caring faces of the team have been such a conform to us all. All of the personnel and I mean all have been so kind, caring and hands-on in helping my two boys settle into Rocking Horse Nursery. We moved house in April and that transition has been pretty smooth which I put largely down to the huge amount of fun they have at Rocking Horse. Thank you!

From covid days through to preschool the nursery setting has exceptionally cordial and competent team. My little one has English as a second language and this is where she developed her language skills. My young lady joined early‑years hub for two years, and here she grew up. They communicated exceptionally well with parents and had superb management of the covid situation. I couldn’t be happier and I would choose the same early‑years hub again and again.

They do lots of activities with the little ones and take them to see the horses when the races are on, dress up for charity donations. Each week, they will send us an email for activities they plan to take action for next week, also the reason behind these activities. My little one started to go to this childcare centre since 9 months old. All the team seem to know her, greeting her, calling her name. She absolutely treasures her time there. They encourage our little one to explore, develop and have fun. Halloween, art crafts etc. They do as much as they can to support parents The nursery setting is brand new, new toys, new facilities etc.. We wholeheartedly suggest this childcare centre. Food is fab, even make us jealous. Each day, her carer will write down in detail with what she had for breakfast, lunch, snack, teas.. What she enjoyed playing with, what time she slept etc.

He enjoys having access to a big garden where they have a huge range of activities for all the little ones to do. They have all helped him a lot with his updates with other peers and he has come out of himself a lot before he started he wouldn’t talk to any little ones his age and now he talks to everyone. I would 100% advocate this childcare centre and when my little girl is ready for nursery setting this will be the only one I consider her going to. My boy has been coming to this nursery setting for the past year, we both absolutely treasure it, it’s the best nursery setting he could have gone to. The team are all extremely cordial and take time out of their day to talk to all parents about how the kid is doing and what that little one has done in the day.
