September 12, 2024 at 2:20 amThe premises are roomy, welcoming and tastefully decorated; the food offered to the kids is varied and healthy; the groups are the right size for the kids to interact with peers while they can still be monitored individually; there is a highly broad range of indoor activities for them (not a single room is dominated by a screen, thankfully!) and the garden and forest school area are used as much as the weather allows. We have seen our daughter’s skills improve fast and also how she has become interested in many topics. What has impressed us the most, though, is how inviting and conscientious the team have been both with her (she has adored every single carer she’s had) and us. Every time our daughter has had the slightest issue we have been informed immediately and the issue has been dealt with quickly and effectively. We couldn’t be happier for the two years our daughter has spent at Waverton House – every single aspect of the childcare centre has been outstanding.

October 23, 2024 at 5:12 pmOur daughter settled in pretty much immediately and as a first-time mum who panicked about everything the team put my mind at ease right away (and were patient with me when I called 3 times a day!) Our daughter has a speech delay and the team has gone above and beyond to source additional assistance for her and has been a godsend in terms of her development. My daughter loves the food and never comes home hungry!
The team are absolutely remarkable and they’re an absolute credit to the childcare profession. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Couldn’t suggest the childcare centre highly enough.

October 27, 2024 at 2:45 amWe chose this childcare centre because it offers so much to both kids and parents. As a parent I needed highly qualified team to care for my 5 month old baby, people who understood babies and the particular requirements and preferences of my kid. I also wanted somewhere that my 2 year old would sense secure and cheerful and where my three, now four year old would be prepared well for school. It has delivered on all fronts. When you drop off your kids, you consistently sense that the team genuinely care for your kids. They communicate with you throughout the day and update the parent app with photos of what the kids have been up to which is fantastic. You know you have a great childcare centre when your kids run in through the door, excited to be there. My three kids attend Waverton House and adore it there.

December 1, 2024 at 11:49 amHe gets excited to go in each morning with a big smile on his face which is reciprocated by all the team. The team who work there genuinely care about the kids, they do an incredible job. The facilities are remarkable with a lot of focus on outdoor activities which my little one loves, many different activities and each day is varied. My little boy is well looked after so I can’t ask for more. Can’t suggest Waverton enough, my son started there 5 months ago and his development since he joined has been incredible.

The atmosphere at the childcare centre is highly inviting and welcoming and the team have been absolutely exceptional. They have consistently taken any concerns we had highly seriously and are expert and reliable. Despite the COVID restrictions this year, they made graduation highly special for the preschool class. The rooms and grounds are lovely and the kids spend time running around outside every day, no matter what the weather’s like. There’s also a forest school area in the garden, where the kids learn about nature and do crafts. I’m truly sad that my daughter’s time at Waverton House is coming to an end, but thanks to the team she is more than ready for ‘big’ school! My daughter has attended Waverton House for two years and is getting ready to start school in September.

I would highly suggest Waverton House, my little boy has been attending the childcare centre for 12 months and we have consistently felt he is well looked after.

I would suggest anyone to send their kid here; I wish he could stay forever! Incredible childcare centre with incredible team!

The team are truly attentive, compassionate and supportive. Both my kids adore going to the childcare centre, have bonded with their key workers, made friends and consistently eat the fantastic food provided. Would highly suggest.

It is obvious the pride they take in their role and the bond they have with the kids. He has developed well since coming here and I am certain my choice was the right one for him. He has loved the childcare centre and looks forward to going.

March 27, 2025 at 3:14 amShe absolutely loves every minute there. The team in her room make her sense welcome and comfortable, this is a godsend when you’re leaving your kid in their care on a daily basis.
Her progression is astounding, the usual stereotype of a childcare centre need not apply to Waverton as the kids and my daughter in particular, learns something new on a day-to-day basis.
All over the building from reception to each room, all team are supportive and supportive in all aspects. Even the kitchen team members have a great relationship with the kids, my daughter herself is aware of who works where and is cheerful to tell me who’s who. This again is another factor of comfort for parents knowing that team throughout are helping the kids in any way they can. My daughter attends this childcare centre, three times per week.

March 28, 2025 at 10:53 pmShe thoroughly enjoyed her time there so much and so it was the obvious choice for our little boy when I returned to work after maternity leave. He is now in his second year with them and looks forward to going every day. He has made so many friends and the care he receives from the team is second to none. As a parent, having the reassurance that your kid is in secure hands is invaluable. During the last 12 months and all the difficulties faced, the team have gone out of their way to keep things as normal as they can for the kids, whilst at the same time ensuring guidelines were kept. I can say Harry has come on leaps and bounds in the last 12 months despite the challenges faced by everyone. We chose Waverton House for our little girl after a family member recommended it to us as we wanted somewhere that felt like a home away from home.

Waverton provides a loving and attentive setting which I could not be more pleased with, it’s an extension of our home.
The activities they organise for the kids are varied and exciting for the kids. But one of my favourite aspects of care is the importance of emotional well being. The team genuinely care about the kids they look after and have surpassed my expectations in every area.
I have recommended this childcare centre time and time again. And as my kids have grown they have supported them and us as a family. It has been an journey I am so glad that they have had as part of their early years and believe it has helped them gain self‑assurance and independence. My two kids have both attended here since the baby room.

May 22, 2025 at 8:41 pmFrom the team to the resources, room sizes and ratio. They provide outstanding care which is second to none. My little girl started at 10 months and they have been there for us both throughout, nothing is ever too much to ask and I have never felt more comfortable leaving my little one there. It’s her favourite place to go and each time she moves room, I think it can’t get any better and it does! We moved further away from the area, travelling to drop my little one off but there was no way I was moving her nurseries. Updates is spot on, the education is exceptional and the setting is consistently spotless! Management is thorough and involved which is lovely to see that they know each kid that attends! I adore Waverton.
