I cannot thank the team enough for providing my kid with a secure, spotless, cheerful and enjoyable setting. From management to bank team, everyone is so welcoming and consistently smiling. I am forever thankful for the childcare provided at Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool. Busy Bees at Childwall, Liverpool have provided childcare for me for seven years now and I cannot fault the team.

If I was to give the whole team an award, it would be “outstanding.” My kid is now ready and prepared for big school, reception and Busy Bees has helped tremendously with this process. I want to take this opportunity to thank Busy Bees for all their help and assistance. Over the two years, my son has attended Busy Bees he has come on from strength to strength.

November 5, 2024 at 7:20 amI have nothing but praise in every area. There is genuine care and adore for the kids. I’ve had two attend through the past year, one now in the toddler room and one in the baby room. My little ones have progressed highly fast since starting. The eldest vocabulary is remarkable, wide and varied. He loves the routines that have been set up there. They taught him to feed himself and is currently nearing potty training. The open-door policy shows how transparent they are. Being an ex-primary teacher, I’m convinced they would get outstanding in their next Ofsted. Well done to all the team, including the chef, who makes the most deliciously nutritious meals. The childcare centre is managed by two remarkable women. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre as the best in Childwall! This childcare centre is outstanding in every way.

November 17, 2024 at 11:58 amThe team are genuinely incredible at providing great excellence and care. Now my son has also joined the childcare centre and I can see how his development has been. The team take a genuine interest and take pride in providing the best care and educational approach towards each kid’s development. They’re all there to listen and to provide any extra assistance I need. Don’t know about my son yet, but it’s consistently highly difficult to take my daughter home at home-time! They both jump with joy when they come into childcare centre. Best childcare centre. I have seen a leap in the development for my daughter who joined the childcare centre when she was only 8 and a half months old and is now 3 years and 8 months old.

They both get so excited to go in every day. The childcare centre were exceptional at helping me and directing me with funding I am entitled to and made everything so understandable for me by breaking down everything. They consistently go above and beyond. Both my girls have attended this childcare centre for around 18 months and absolutely adore it.

December 28, 2024 at 2:21 pmHis key worker would listen to any concerns I had outside the childcare centre setting (eg development with speech, little boy running off etc) and would consistently assistance me and suggest things we could do at home and in childcare centre to help him understand. All the team are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Once I’ve dropped my boys off, I sense cheerful knowing that they are getting well looked after and that they both adore being in childcare centre. I couldn’t suggest it enough. My little boy’s development has been incredible since attending the childcare centre at one year old, he’s now ready to leave to go to reception and my youngest has just started.

March 3, 2025 at 9:54 pmTwo members of team in the baby room were highly reassuring during her settling in sessions and updates has been outstanding, despite the additional challenges of the pandemic. My daughter has soon settled in and has developed a lovely relationship with the team and is making outstanding development. I have also found the admin team and management to be highly great at communicating and only have praise for the childcare centre setting and team. My daughter was exceptionally apprehensive about starting childcare centre for the first time in February at eleven months old, after spending time only with me at home.

Since our daughter has attended Busy Bees, we have noticed how her development has come on leaps and bounds. She thoroughly enjoys her time here and whenever we say you going to childcare centre she screams ‘Yay’ and claps. I would highly suggest this organisation and just want to thank the team for everything they do for us. The kid I look after needs a lot of attention with his past, he has not received adore and left to do things himself. Unfortunately, this has been the case with all the kids I have cared for. The team are outstanding and they just get me when I have had a hard night, weekend.
They consistently just know what to say, this childcare centre is of a highly high standard in every way. I would like to say a big thank you and more as it is well deserved. Team in all rooms are exceptionally welcoming, positive, never too busy to listen.

My son had started to get anxious about attending childcare centre, he would consistently be in tears at the mention of childcare centre, however, with lots of assistance from the childcare centre team he started to sense more comfortable.

When we first walked through the door on parents’ evening four years ago, Busy Bees was the only childcare centre we felt comfortable with leaving her. Ever since the team has been our reliable partner in raising our kid, has been by our side, providing valuable guidance and advice when we needed it. The childcare centre itself is a lovely building with bright rooms, plenty of toys, activities and a large garden. There is parking space at the front, which makes the drop-off and pick up much easier. Over the years, we have met a lovely community of other parents and kids who have become our friends. All team are enthusiastic and passionate about looking after the kids in their care and about enabling them to reach their full potential. They have most certainly exceeded our expectations. And we would like to use this opportunity, too to say a heartfelt thank you. Our little one has been to Busy Bees ever since she was one and this month we left for school.

Cannot fault the management, team and premises which is spot on spotless and remarkable. This childcare centre is outstanding.
