I remember looking around nurseries when my first child was only 18 months and was being worried about leaving my child in the hands of people I didn’t know but as soon as I visited Busy Bees Formby, I felt immediately at ease. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which has continued over the 9 years that my children have been there. Thank you so much, Busy Bees, keep up the great work.

February 19, 2018 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves attending nursery. She gets so excited when we pull up outside. The smile on her face is amazing to see. All staff are very friendly, happy and show a caring nature towards her. We feel very comfortable leaving her in the care of the staff knowing she is looked after so well. Our daughter also enjoys the food given to her that is prepared on site by the cook. It’s always a healthy and varied diet.

June 20, 2018 at 12:00 amI have been impressed with everyone at Busy Bees in Formby, from the office to the nursery workers.
Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so warm and friendly.
My daughter’s key workers have been fantastic in helping her to settle in. Whenever I call to check how she’s getting on I always get detailed answers and feel reassured she’s ok.
One final point is that my daughter has been on quite a few courses of antibiotics. The nursery workers have been wonderful in encouraging her to take it as it’s always a struggle at home.
She’s recently moved rooms and still misses her key worker from the previous room. Can’t recommend the staff enough.

December 28, 2018 at 12:00 amMy daughter started when she was 8 months old and has had amazing care, the staff become friends and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter has developed so much being at Busy Bees and I can’t wait to see what the nursery have in store for her when she leaves the baby room behind!
The rooms are bright and colourful, the food is great and I know my daughter is in the best hands while I am at work!

April 25, 2019 at 12:00 amWe absolutely love this nursery. My little girl has been going since January 2019 having moved from another nursery as we’d moved house. I was so nervous about moving her into a new environment after moving house and bringing home twin baby brothers (Oct’18). But wow, did this nursery put me at ease.
She asks to go to nursery, she talks about her friends (names the nursery nurses – which I love!) she also named her baby dollies after two of the nursery nurses which just shows how much of a bond with them. The staff are so informative and are so helpful to me when coming in with the babies for drop off and pick up. I wish we could afford for her to go more as she has progressed so much at Busy Bees! Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees Formby. You’re doing an incredible job! Also, the nursery is so clean and how they keep on top of keeping all the children clean is beyond me.

May 30, 2019 at 12:00 amWe have used Busy Bees for the last 7 years and continue to be impressed with the care they give to our son and now daughter. They are seeking to improve all the time, this includes the garden space and learning/activities for the children, transition to school for preschoolers. The staff are all really caring and you do genuinely feel that they really do want the best for your little one. They have a parent app which you are able keep updated with day to day care and also forward info and activities you all do as a family so keeps everyone updated and little ones enjoy talking about what they have been doing.

March 8, 2021 at 12:00 amThis is a fabulous nursery. My daughter attends 2 days a week and absolutely loves it. The staff are all so lovely and made the tradition so easy for myself and my daughter. The meals all sound delicious and they were happy to accommodate for my preference of no meat. All the staff are doing an amazing job coping with the pandemic and running a nursery so well. I would highly recommend Busy Bees in Formby to anyone needing childcare.

My two children love their key workers and always have lots of fun. The nursery goes above and beyond and treat the children like their own. Home from home for my little ones – but extra fun at nursery!

May 27, 2021 at 12:00 amI have been extremely impressed with the high standard of care provided to my son over the last few years. His language and general development accelerated when he started at Busy Bees at 11 months. He enjoys going to nursery, has made lots of friends, and most days returns with some creative art work. The outside play spaces are great, as are the age-appropriate resources in the different rooms. I get frequent updates, including pictures, about what he has been up to, which helps alleviate the mum guilt of working and not being with your child full time. They have prepared him really well for school. He has a serious food allergy which has been accommodated for very well – the menu is really impressive. Staff are warm and friendly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery. My second child is about to start, and I am confident they will thrive as my son has. Keep up the good work team!

August 18, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended Busy Bees in Formby for 14 months and has just left due to the fact that we have relocated. She has had the most tremendous experience there and I have felt so happy leaving her in their capable and loving hands. She has made so many lovely friends and forged excellent relationships with all the staff she has come into contact with. When you send your child here, they receive a totally individualised approach. Every child is valued and time is taken to ensure that they are happy. I am so sad that my daughter has had to leave and I felt compelled to share my fantastic experience with those considering sending their child to Busy Bees. I recommend it unreservedly. The staff go above and beyond. Each child is celebrated and cared for. All their special occasions are recognised and marked. My daughter has developed so much and her time there has set her in good stead for the future.

July 13, 2022 at 12:00 amAbsolutely faultless. The whole experience has been so positive and enjoyable. Putting our first child into nursery was something we dreaded, however, the whole team have made the transition so easy for us. The care our child receives is great. The keyworker keeps us informed of everything. We visited lots of nurseries, but as soon as we visited Busy Bees, we knew instantly it was the one. The staff are brilliant and i can’t thank them enough. Everyone from the office staff to the keyworkers are fantastic. I can’t recommend Busy Bees, Formby, enough.

March 10, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child has been attending Busy Bees Formby since he was a year old, he loves his days and comes home with a smile on his face and stories to tell.
I have increased the number of days my child attends as he has developed so much with the support of the staff, in both his confidence and education.
The office staff are always happy to help, and as a child with food allergies, the chef has always made sure he has suitable meals which he enjoys.

Thank you for nurturing my son and showing him what he can do. There’s no bigger gift than the gift of believing in yourself. You have given my son some of his best childhood memories. We are forever grateful to Busy Bees Formby for their childcare services.
