December 26, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has been at Spring Grove nursery for 12 months. He really struggled with separation anxiety which affected his settling into nursery in the beginning. The staff at Spring Grove were fantastic in managing the situation and expectations, working with me as a partnership in order to settle my son. He started off in the baby room and has just progressed to toddlers early on the advice of Spring Grove as they closely monitor each child and promote progression in the child’s interest.
It’s clear to see how much they look after, care for and form strong bonds with the children in their care. The variety of activities they carry out with the children are really beneficial for learning and development. My son has developed and exceeded expectations in his communication and socialization skills whilst being a member of Spring Grove nursery. The staff are fantastically amazing and take an avid interest in each child and communication is excellent. It really feels like a partnership.

January 27, 2020 at 12:00 amGoing back to work and putting my daughter in nursery at nine months was the most daunting thing for me as a mother. She has a number of allergies and I was just terribly worried about leaving her in the care of somebody else. However, after just one day of her being in nursery, I knew this was the right nursery for her. The staff are all amazing. They cater to whatever her needs are that day. I can’t thank the chef enough. She is amazing. She cooks to suit my daughter’s dietary needs and without any hiccups.
My daughter has come on so much since being in Spring Grove and all of my anxieties of leaving her, have completely disappeared. I just know how well she is cared for there.

February 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son comes to this nursery. He has settled into the setting excellently. The girls have been amazing with him and ourselves as parents. The staff and level of care; is excellent. The management is so helpful. It is extremely friendly, and we feel that it is so homely and lovely to put out boy in safe and secure childcare.

February 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at the nursery for two years now. She loves all the girls, especially her key worker. I am very happy with the safe environment they provide. The management team have always been so supportive of everything. Would highly recommend.

February 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son adores coming here, currently three afternoons a week but will hopefully be doing a full day also from March. He’s almost 9 months and waves his arms and beams at the staff when they open the door to us. They are friendly, professional, empathetic and extremely well connected to the children. They keep you well informed on progress as well as daily updates from the individual sessions. I would happily recommend this nursery to anybody.

June 12, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little loves attending this nursery. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. My little boy has struggled to communicate. The nursery staff have taught him since he has started here. He goes in every day with a smile on his face and comes out at the end of the day the same way. Would recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you all for everything.

June 12, 2020 at 12:00 amMy boy loves all the staff, in particular his key worker. He is often unsettled when I arrive, as soon as she intervenes he’s fine.
This is a good nursery. My boy likes going and has been attending for a year.
He is developing well.
The girls are all very helpful and keep staff updated via PA app.

June 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has attended this nursery for 2 years now and I and my partner could not be more pleased with the care he receives. All the staff are fantastic and you get a warm welcoming feel when entering the nursery. It is always clean and lots of lovely things going on for the children. My son’s key worker is lovely as are all the other girls in his room. The management team have always been very helpful and welcoming. I can’t recommend these enough, best decision we made choosing Spring Grove as a nursery for our Son. We can’t thank the team enough.

June 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little girl recently started this nursery end of 2019. All I can say is the staff and management have been amazing. Nothing is ever too much. My little girl runs in and is excited which makes it so much easier for me as a Dad. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for childcare to choose Spring Grove., they have helped us so much.

June 18, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been at Spring Grove for over a year now and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made putting her in the nursery. She has come on so much and all the staff are so so lovely. She talks about the girls all the time. They always do lovely things with her and really care for her. They do so much for all the families, I attended a Mother’s Day stay and play and it was lovely. The nursery has so much to offer and the management are so helpful.

June 18, 2020 at 12:00 amI absolutely love Spring Grove Nursery, my little boy who’s now 8 attended from 18m – 4 and loved it and now my other little boy (2) started at the nursery from 8months. I can’t thank spring Grove enough for how they have helped my little one grow and learn and become so confident in his own little way, he loves being there, never a worry dropping him off because he is in such great hands with all the staff, they are so caring and love what they do and it shows. Would definitely recommend!

August 14, 2023 at 12:00 amMy children have attended Spring Grove Nursery for the last 7+ years. Like most places, there have been little hiccups, nothing is perfect, but once any concerns are brought to attention, it is immediately dealt with (I’m a worrier so that’s just a personal thing for me). Over the last six months, possibly more, you can see a huge difference in the setting – management has changed for the better, I’ve met several in the past, and by far, I can hold my hands up and say these ladies (and gents) have been amazing and upped the game. Nothing is too much to ask for; they are always on the end of the phone or waiting to greet you at the door with a warm, welcoming face and a smile. My little boy loves attending preschool, and my youngest is due to start soon too. He is happy going in and always beaming when he comes out – learning to sign has been a favourite activity or playing in a well-secure garden area with his friends. Highly recommend to all.

She is fully supported by staff to learn and develop. The management team are always happy to help and run the nursery effectively, always having the kid’s best interests at heart.

The daily activities amaze me, for example, sign language and making their own pizza. My daughter has gained so much confidence since joining and looks forward to her days in.

August 14, 2023 at 12:00 amCannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done; they have brought my daughter on so much. She absolutely loves coming to school and seeing her teachers; they have encouraged her so much with her speech and brought her out of her shell. Staff are constantly updating the app with pictures, and she’s always bringing crafts home. The staff are so friendly – would recommend it to others if looking for a nursery!
