The team have done an incredible job getting to know my daughter and our family and supporting her to settle in at childcare centre. I adore seeing all the excellent activities they do through the app and seeing my daughter consistently having the best days at childcare centre! It’s lovely to hear my little girl talking so nicely about the team and it’s clear to see they have worked hard to form a lovely bond with her.

The manager is remarkable and it’s clear that she has a strong passion for taking care of the kids and supporting them in their discovering. It’s so reassuring to know that my daughter is secure and cheerful at Busy Bees Prenton! My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Prenton for 7 months now and I can honestly say the team and management go above and beyond for my little girl.

The team here at Busy Bees at Prenton are excellent practitioners and my kids adore coming. The manager is an outstanding manager and nothing is too much trouble. Truly pleased with Busy Bees at Prenton. The team at Busy Bees at Prenton have been outstanding with my two kids.

They are compassionate, attentive and supportive to both my kid and, at times myself, during tricky drop offs.
The discovering spaces consistently appear clear and well looked after.
I delight in the updates via the app, which let me know what my son has been up to and how they are progressing, which is supportive as he gets ready to start reception in September.
The management team have consistently been supportive when needing to book extra days and will consistently do their best to assistance.
I suggest this childcare centre to anyone I know, my son has been attending since he was 11 months old and has consistently been in secure hands.

I hated the thought of going back to work and leaving my kids but the team there are lovely. They are also trained in first aid which is highly reassuring.

My daughter loves attending Busy Bees, Prenton. The team consistently take time to let me know how my daughter has been each day, what she has eaten and what activities she’s taken part in, etc. My partner and I truly adore the photos and details the team post on the app, as it keeps us up to date with everything going on. All the team have been exceptional with myself, my partner and my daughter.

All of my kids adore coming to childcare centre and have the best time. Team are fabulous and truly care and know the kids. The childcare centre is well run and the facilities are excellent for the kids. The food menu is fab as well. Keep up the great work! A remarkable childcare centre that all three of my kids attend/have attended.

Such welcoming team -have made my son’s leap to full time childcare centre SO EASY – they’re consistently on hand to give a full run down of his daily activities, with a concise report of all that happens – their care is second to none – I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Wouldn’t change a thing – Leah’s taking of the reins has been seamless and much needed!

Remarkable management team. Team are consistently efficient on dropping off and collecting the kids, consistently updating me on what my grandson has ate during the day and what activities he’s been joining in on. He is a remarkable mixer and this is down to the team here, social skills are so important too. The main thing is he loves going and consistently says how much enjoyable he’s had in the day. They have a secure outside playtime area too which is ideal for your own peace of mind. Outstanding childcare centre, my grandson has been attending since September 2020.

The care and attention to detail the team apply to every situation, goes above and beyond, not only the industry standard, but anything you would expect from a childcare setting. They know our kids inside and out and work with us as a family in a way that works best for us. They take into account our kids’s individual needs and our busy working lives, whenever we deal with them. Without a doubt they have give our kids the best possible start in their school life and helped them develop strong relationships with their educators and the centre team that will serve them well as they transition to primary school. If you are choosing a childcare centre or looking for a change, do not hesitate to send your kids here. Having been involved in education for a number of years and having two kids attend two different nurseries, I can’t suggest Busy Bees, Prenton highly enough.

This is an incredible childcare centre with the most incredible team. They are all highly welcoming, expert and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and they truly care about the kids they look after. All the team take the time to learn about your kid, your home life and you as parents which makes leaving your kid there so much easier. I especially adore the updates at pick up time because that’s the only way I find out what my son has been up to as his answer is consistently ‘I don’t know’. The transition between rooms and key workers is seamless and they include the kids in all aspects of this. My son loves this childcare centre and has told us this week that he is going to miss everyone when he leaves to go to primary school in September. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough and the centre director has done an incredible job and I have no doubt she will continue to do so with the help of all the team. 10/10. Where do I start.
