Busy Bees Thurstaston

Staff have been looking after my daughter since she was in the baby room, so it was lovely for her to have the continuity as a lockdown baby to have someone in the toddler room who had been with her from the start. I love how staff say different things about my child to any other child being collected (as well as what the children have been doing that day) which shows that she is really interested in each child as an individual. My daughter is so excited to go into nursery and the updates that they put on the app are frequent and really give me a flavour of the activities that my daughter does there, from art and painting, to cooking, to sensory play. The staff are really responsive to your wishes as a parent, for example, reducing nap times, and I can imagine that any issue could be approached collaboratively with them. The food is excellent at the nursery, so much so that it reassures me my daughter is eating well even when she won’t eat at home!

My son currently attends Busy Bees in Thurstaston, and my daughter before him. I love the warm and inviting atmosphere, the professionalism and the genuine love for the children. Both the staff, who look after him, are always friendly, professional and caring and I feel safe in the knowledge he is getting the best care. He is developing all the time! Thanks girls for all you do!

Amazing, friendly staff, who are great with my little boy. They always engage him in lots of fun activities and he has developed massively since joining Busy Bees. The app is always kept up to date by staff, which is great, so I can see what my child has eaten, what he’s done etc. This app is amazing, as it allows me to see just how much my little boy enjoys being there!

The whole team is wonderful makes us feel welcome and at ease. I know my son is well looked after and has a great time, once he settles in. Our key worker is just fantastic! Thank you!

One of the staff members at Thurstaston, is always so warm and it feels like she loves being around the children. I love her handover, as she always tells you what my child has been doing that day and funny stories, which gives me a lovely picture of how his day has gone.

We have been with Busy Bees, Thurstaton for just over a year and have been very happy with our son’s time there. He loves his nursery days and has thrived. All the staff are lovely and do the best they can for the children in their care. He adores his current key worker and so do we.

My daughter attends this nursery and loves it. She has a fantastic relationship with her key worker, other staff are also enthusiastic and show lots of interest in what we have been up to at the weekends. The management team are also very friendly and approachable, they are always on hand to help with any queries. I love the updates through the app and seeing my daughter happily exploring the many wonderful activities is such a lovely thing for us to see. Couldn’t recommend the nursery enough!

Both my children attend at this nursery and they love it so much, as do we! Staff always welcome them both in and they literally run in, as they are happy to be there. Our daughter is in the babies/toddler room, her key worker is fantastic, as are three other staff members and the room leader. Although we miss her, we know she is having lots of fun and is very well looked after. We get a full rundown of activities and how she has eaten and drank. Our son is in the tweenies room and loves nursery and talks about it constantly at home! Four staff members, in particular, are all we hear about at home. Our son never wants to leave to come home and loves being in nursery. Again, he is greeted warmly and we always get a full rundown of his time spent there. Special mention to the chef, our kids love all the food that is served. I can’t thank all the staff enough. We feel very reassured, knowing they are in such good hands.

It is difficult to find words adequate to express how much we recommend Busy Bees, Thurstaston. Our daughter has been attending for almost a year and has made incredible progress. She comes home singing songs she’s learnt, identifying words, numbers and colours. Her daily activities are varied and engaging and I know she is in the best possible hands. Most importantly, she is excited to get ready in the morning, as soon as we say she is going to see one particular member of staff, so is obviously happy to go.
We love to see the updates during her day, especially the photos. All the team are so helpful and kind, but I have to say a special mention to one staff member in particular. You are so wonderful to our daughter and have an amazing bond with her. You show how much you care and we are immensely grateful to you.

Our little boy has loved going to nursery here. He is well looked after and cared for by the staff, especially his key worker. He really loves the range of activities he can do and they also do theme related things such as the King’s Coronation. There is a wide range of food provided and our son loves and eats it all. There is an app where you are updated throughout the day on his sleeps, food and photos.
