Consistently polite, welcoming and supportive either in person or by email or phone and I consistently leave feeling cheerful and assured. The facilities are spotless, well kept, secure and looks like great enjoyable and educational. The team are highly welcoming and my little girl is consistently cheerful to be there. She truly is developing well in all aspects: speech, recognition, emotionally, personality and others and consistently seems cheerful to be there. They use and update the parents’ app every time she is in, which is reassuring as a parent and it’s consistently great to see her having enjoyable and develop when you aren’t there. The updates let you know the important things such as what and if they are eating, sleeping, toilet habits and any landmark or positive moments. They are also quick to document and attend to any trips or falls with great care and cuddles. This is highly reassuring for me as her dad. I would strongly suggest it. I attended my kid review and was greeted by the manager, whom I’ve met and spoken to on numerous occasions.

All the team were so welcoming and made me sense secure in leaving my kid with them. She came on loads – her speech and her social skills were outstanding. Then she went into the toddler room, where again she thrived; she started to use the potty and then onto the toilet. She made lots of new friends and formed a excellent relationship with her key worker. I loved to watch the bond she had with her. Now my daughter is in the preschool room and again forming excellent relationships. Discovering letters and doing her phonics which she absolutely loves. It’s nice to know my daughter and her key workers have been on this journey of childcare centre life together. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter has been coming to The Beacon Childcare centre since she was 13 months old, so started in the baby room, where she loved to playtime and learn new things.

The team are compassionate. Queries are dealt with on time and in an efficient manner. My kid is consistently excited to go to childcare centre. She says everyone is nice unlike in her previous childcare centre, where she was treated badly. Cheerful so far with the service.

The manager and all the team are highly compassionate. My 2-year-old kid goes to childcare centre and is highly cheerful each morning. I truly see a better improvement in my kid after joining this childcare centre. The Beacon Childcare centre is the best choice in St Helens.

My daughter settled in straight away and has come on so well, especially with her speech. She was truly shy at first, now she’s like a different kid. The team are excellent. Keep you updated with everything that’s going on throughout the day with the childcare centre app. Overall I cannot fault this childcare centre at all. I would highly suggest. He is now 2 and has just moved into the next class from ladybirds. I can’t thank the team enough for teaching, attentive for and developing him. There is a noticeable difference in him from week to week. My son needed assistance with a milk allergy of which all team are exceptionally great at supporting him with. You can see just how comfortable he is when he walks in. Thank you to his Keyworker. All the team are incredible. I cannot wait to see what this next stage brings. Thank you all so much. We get regular updates and pictures of her day which is remarkable. All the team are highly welcoming and welcoming as is the managers it truly is a remarkable childcare centre and an incredible setting for kids. I would highly suggest. I honestly can’t praise this childcare centre enough my kid has attended for just over 12 months now, my kid is down syndrome and has many delays and they cater for her so well, she has some medical needs she has a Mickey button that all team have been trained on how to use.

My son has been going since the age of 9 months old and is 2.5 years old now. He loves going and he runs in with the biggest smile on his face as he cannot wait to see the team and other kids. It’s a highly spotless and secure place for the kids to learn and playtime and all the team are highly compassionate, attentive and supportive. I’m highly satisfied and couldn’t think of any other place I could send my little boy to. This is a exceptional childcare centre.

Our older two kids who are 8 and 5 both went here from been 9 months old. I went back to work after our third kid last month and didn’t even look anywhere else. All the team are exceptional and we wouldn’t choose anyone else to help us raise our kids while we are at work! Can not fault this childcare centre at all and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

I’m so cheerful I picked this setting for her as she amazes me all the time with things she has learnt and words she can now say.
They go above and beyond and I adore that the educators will take time out of the day to tell you what they have been doing while being there. My daughter started here in April and has improved so much in her speech and interaction.
She truly enjoys going here and runs in the door every day with a smile on her face excited about going.
She enjoys her meals here and the interaction with her educators.
