I could not praise the staff and the management enough for their constant hard work and commitment to the children in the nursery.
They completely changed my daughter and made her into a very sociable and pleasant young lady. They are simply the best!

October 14, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son went through a little phase of being upset when being dropped off. The staff in pre-school were amazing at comforting him and reassuring me. I always feel 100% happy and confident dropping him off and he loves going to pre-school and loves the staff as I do.
The management also are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you

November 12, 2020 at 12:00 amFirst of all I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Bright Horizons Eldonians as they really do go the extra mile. Choosing a nursery for any parent is always a massive worry but 6 weeks after our daughter started in October 2018 we realised choosing Eldonians was the easiest decision we made. The nursery is fantastic and always provide you with an excellent service and answer any questions you may have straight away. Our daughter loves going in to nursery and is always happy when going in and more importantly always smiling and so excited talking to me about her day in nursery as she has had so much fun. Another positive is that they have their own chef on site so you know the children are getting proper meals. Our daughter is coming on so much and it’s great that they have a set criteria what they follow for the children’s developments and we are so happy with the nursery that we have our second daughter starting there in a few weeks time.

December 15, 2020 at 12:00 amThis year has been difficult all-around for everyone. My baby started in January 2020, she was only in for around 12-weeks and lockdown happened. Once the nursery reopened in September, my little girl was welcomed back with open arms, and she settled right back in again as she had never been away. The nursery is like an extended family, and my little girl loves attending. She has so much fun and is taken care of making my day at work easier as I know I don’t need to worry about her at all.

December 16, 2020 at 12:00 amBrilliant nursery, our daughter loves going here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. After the lockdown, I was worried about how she would be going back, but she settled so quickly. The staff are always happy to take a call when I wanted to check in on her, and always got in touch with me if required. We are moving away shortly, and I just hope she settles in her new nursery as well.

I was nervous at first with the current situation but my worries were put at ease instantly when I spoke to the manager and staff. They called me regularly to update me on progress and how he was settling and shared photographs with me so I could see things he had done that day. He has come on so much since starting and loves it there.

February 5, 2021 at 12:00 amWhen my daughter came back from the lockdown she went into the preschool room. She has always been nervous about coming into nursery.
The preschool girls have brought her confidence out, she has settled really well and really gets a lot out of nursery now.
I would highly recommend this nursery, all the staff are really welcoming and friendly, the management are lovely and easy to approach if I have any issues and the nursery is well looked after and kept clean.

March 8, 2021 at 12:00 amMy baby returns home in good mood after nursery. He seems to enjoy it and developed connections with the caregivers. I like daily reports so I know what he ate and didn’t, what he played etc. The staff are welcoming and kind. They provide feedback on achievements or concerns and they seem very caring. There are plenty of developing and nurturing activities happening daily at nursery. My husband and I are very pleased with the nursery and are glad we chose it for our baby.

The staff and management team have been amazing with her, helping her to settle in and helping her to develop, she is in the toddler room and is thriving so much with her learning. She is a confident and happy little girl who loves going to nursery. I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone who is thinking of putting there children into nursery.

She has excelled in every area, this is down to the hard work and professionalism of the whole team.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool enough. My son is so happy there and as a parent I walk away knowing he is in the best hands. The best nursery around!

May 18, 2021 at 12:00 amSince my son started in the preschool room within the nursery 16 months ago he has been able to build great relationships and friendships with the staff and children within the room.
His speech, confidence, and being able to understand and manage his feelings has soared along with his imagination which is developing rapidly every day with their brilliant activities using basic and natural resources encouraging him to build whatever he chooses.
I enjoy reading about my sons day, the nutritious meals he has had, and activities he’s participated in and am confident in recommending this nursery to anyone seeking a home from home, supportive and caring environment for their child.

I never worry about her when she is there, as I know she is in safe hands. She eats well when she is there, having plenty of fruit and veg. She smiles at the staff when they come to the door to take her in, so I know she is happy to be there.

From the first visit after visiting other nurseries for my son I instantly felt comfortable, with the staff, the structure, the garden and the cleanliness. It’s now coming up to 12 months that my son has attended and all the staff are very caring, and supportive. My son has very complex food allergies and he is always given a nutritious meal for lunch and tea. I definitely made the right decision!

Also my daughter loves going here she would go Saturday and Sunday if she could. My daughter has come on lots since she started here. She wasn’t as happy to go to school in her old nursery where I have never had a problem here. She loves it so much, thank girls.

My daughter’s confidence has improved massively and it’s down to the support from the staff. I always recommend the nursery because I cannot fault it.

I feel very comfortable leaving my sons in nursery because I know they are in safe hands. The structure, the outdoor area and cleanliness of the nursery is excellent. I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone who is thinking of putting their children into nursery. It’s the best nursery around.
