September 3, 2024 at 4:45 pmEverything from the top down is outstanding. From the progression my kid is making on a daily basis, to the care given by the team. Feedback is given on a daily basis. Anything I wish to implement for my kid is supported by team. We get updates via an app to show what my kid had done that day. A great log is also given to let us know his food intake for that particular day.
I suggest this childcare centre to all my friends. Excellent work guys! I can’t praise this childcare centre enough!

September 4, 2024 at 11:28 pmTeam is expert, welcoming, and welcoming. They consistently go the extra mile ensuring my sons are cheerful, discovering, and secure. My sons run into childcare centre every day cheerful and excited for the day ahead. That’s thanks to the team, and the enjoyable-to learn culture. My son seems to be progressing well with his writing, numbers, and phonics, and he’s more than ready for school when he leaves in August for school in September. I’m sure we will all be so sad for him to leave and start a new adventure, but we can thank Heirs and Graces the team for shaping the young boys they will become. Thanks to the team – I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone that asks. Outstanding childcare centre – my 2 sons have been here since 2020 and they are incredible.

The team are lovely and genuine and give a great hand over the photographs sent during the day highlighting all the fantastic activities, yet the care given is personal and we couldn’t suggest it highly enough. My twin granddaughters arrived at Heirs and Graces just after Easter, they both adore it!

October 29, 2024 at 10:44 pmMy little girl started at the age of 9 months and I instantly was reassured she was in the care of loving professionals. She has consistently absolutely loved going in. The team are so dedicated, thoughtful and creative. We are regularly updated throughout the day with fabulous photos and videos and are consistently greeted with an update from the day from her key workers. We get regular detailed development reports which are personalised and thorough in all developmental areas. I would highly suggest the childcare centre! Heirs and Graces are outstanding in every way.

I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! My daughter started Heirs and Graces a year and a half ago she absolutely loves it!

She has needed extra help for the past couple of years but all the team have been incredible to help and assistance not just my kid but myself, from helping with referrals and being there to help with any queries. Well done ladies, you should be truly proud. Incredible team, since starting childcare centre at 1 years old my daughter has learnt so much.

I’m amazed at the creativity of the activities you do with the kids. I also adore the updates you have via the app, I look forward to the notifications about what she has been doing during the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest, well done! I think you are all incredible the way you look after the kids and keep them entertained.

The team in and around the childcare centre have been incredible in helping him and keeping us as parents up to date on how he is doing.
He will come home from childcare centre, often bringing home his creations that have been made in childcare centre and telling me about his day with everything he has learnt or done in his day.
Heirs and Graces Childcare centre is an outstanding childcare centre that I would encourage anyone with preschool kids to have their kid attend the childcare centre.

Excellent social and discovering opportunities every session and we are regularly kept up to date with all ongoing. Opportunity for parental involvement with invites to read along to groups, which the kids all adore. Excellent mix of meals and encouragement for our son to try different foods. Creative activities and lots of discovering through playtime. Outstanding provision.

February 11, 2025 at 11:13 amHe gets excited when he’s going to school. The girls who have looked after him for the last 2 years have been absolutely incredible and I can’t thank them individuals enough!
They are a highly welcoming childcare centre and it feels like a real family. I never sense worried when I leave my kid with them I know he’s in the best hands.
Thank you I can’t thank Heirs and Graces enough, my little boy has come on leaps and bounds.

February 24, 2025 at 5:01 amHe has developed so much in his phonics and writing since starting preschool and has a fantastic relationship with all team in his class, as well as lots of friends.
As a parent, I sense well informed and updated with events and I know I can approach any team member who will consistently listen to our needs.
Most recently my son was diagnosed with lactose intolerance and one member of team in particular and the cook were exceptional in supporting us with this need. My son is consistently highly cheerful when going into preschool, which I sense is a reflection of the assistance, nurturing, and enjoyable he has whilst there.

The standard of team is exceptional and I could not be happier with my decision to send my kid there. He loves going to childcare centre and even asks to see the team/his peers on his days off! My little boy has been going to Heirs and Graces since he was 12 months old, he is 2.5 now and doing amazingly.

Our daughter loves her days at childcare centre and we see the adults that work with her as part of our family! When looking for a childcare centre for our daughter, we wanted somewhere that placed the kids in their care at the centre of everything that they did.
From the initial phone inquiry to being shown around the setting, Heirs and Graces were welcoming and felt like an extension of our family.
Not only have they been incredibly nurturing towards our daughter, but so supportive towards me and my husband when we initially found it difficult to leave her in their care.

May 25, 2025 at 4:27 pmThey’re a proper family and the team genuinely care about the kids. They collaborate with the parents brilliantly and customise the care around each kid’s needs. My son is due to start ‘big school’ in September and I thank the team for preparing him in every possible way and for fully supporting us through some challenges we’ve faced with him throughout toddlerhood. My daughter will be there for a few more years yet and I have no worries as I know she will thrive in their care. I cannot fault Heirs and Graces.

June 14, 2025 at 1:45 pmTeam are fantastic and supportive, they consistently have a smile on their face, my son absolutely loves his key worker. Parents are updated on kids’s activities and well-being throughout the day. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Management is highly approachable and are consistently on hand if you have any queries.
The childcare centre itself is consistently spotless and tidy.
Such a fantastic childcare centre, I couldn’t wish for more from a childcare centre. Heirs and Graces is such an incredible childcare centre.

June 27, 2025 at 1:46 pmMy daughter has come on so much since being there, is consistently cheerful going into childcare centre and they keep me updated all throughout the day via the app. I know what she’s eaten, when and how long she’s napped for and what activities she’s been doing throughout the day. If I was to ever have more kids, there’s no doubt that I would also have them attend Heirs and Graces. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre since she was 8 months old and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the team there.
