Brimstage Village Day Nursery

The kids genuinely delight in their time at childcare centre, coming home with lots of stories about their day and experiences. Management is engaged with the parents, regularly offering information and seeking feedback. The school menu is displayed for parents to see and special events are advertised and communicated. The team are exceptionally welcoming, informative and, above all, attentive.

They took an individual approach to baby settling and adapted successful alternatives to aid settling. Team seem cheerful and most are long-term here and my baby is cheerful and developmentally thriving, with time spent here, they adore their carers. The food menu is lovely and baby consistently eats most/all of their meals. Great, outdoor time, daily, whenever possible with the weather (outdoor playtime importance is prioritised at Brimstage). Some outdoor toys/facilities could be updated, but that’s a minor remark. Truly cheerful we chose Brimstage. The team work so hard and are consistently busily maintaining a attentive, calm and enjoyable setting and the kids seem highly cheerful here. Truly cheerful with Brimstage Day Childcare centre.

He absolutely loves the time he spends here and he loves the team who work with him. It is a perfect place for our kid to learn and develop within a nurturing, attentive setting. We cannot speak highly enough of this childcare centre. Special thanks go to the team for making our kid’s journey a real joy. Since he has moved into the big room in the last few weeks, we have noticed such a big difference in his development, which is just excellent. Thank you all for continuing to provide a excellent place for our kid to flourish. Our son has been attending this lovely childcare centre for over 12 months.

The team are welcoming and all so welcoming. I adore that everyone knows who my son is, even in the different room. It’s a enjoyable and cheerful setting and our son has come on so much since joining. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Our son has been at your childcare centre for over a year now and has been so settled and enjoys going each week.

My youngest started here in 2017 and has now graduated to the preschool, he can’t wait to go in the morning and often when I come to pick him up he doesn’t want to come home. If that doesn’t describe a cheerful kid I don’t know what does. Also, on an educational note, we are astounded at how much my son understands about colours, words, shapes, maths, thank you Jack and Jill, you make discovering enjoyable.
I adore looking at photos on tapestry and seeing the kids having a excellent time doing different tasks. I can honestly say I know my kid is in highly secure hands when he’s at Jack and Jills. Thank you, team. I absolutely adore this childcare centre, my eldest went here about seven years ago and the level of care, courtesy, and desire to look after every single kid as if they were their own is still there seven years on.

Every night as we walk to the car, he announces that he’s had a nice day. The team are welcoming, welcoming and organised. He consistently comes home well-fed, tired from the imaginative activities he’s been doing all day and excited to go back, the next. He adores the team who work with him. The childcare centre is making a huge contribution to his development and we couldn’t be more pleased with his journey there. Brimstage Day Childcare centre is exceptional and our 2-year-old son absolutely loves it.

I was incredibly apprehensive about the girls going to childcare centre. In the nine months prior, there had been highly few occasions where they had been left with anyone other than me or their dad. They took it in their stride and have settled truly well. The childcare centre team also took excellent care to be highly sensitive to how I was feeling too and I’ll forever be grateful for that. The girls adore childcare centre, they smile when we drop them off and they smile when we pick them up. It’s a relief to know that I can go to work and not have to worry about them. They are in great hands, making new friends and in the care of adults who clearly adore them too. Thank you, team Brimstage! Our twins have been attending Brimstage since July 2022 and what I loved about Brimstage as opposed to other care providers, was that the girls would have consistent care from a handful of team, who we have grown to truly know and trust.

As a parent, it is great to see the same familiar faces at pick up and drop off. It is excellent to have a daily update at what has happened in the day and what food he has eaten. All the team are truly attentive and it is excellent to see how much they adore the kids they work with.
Only negative is the app is not updated weekly. My kid loves coming to childcare centre and loves all the team.

We moved our little boy here at 13 months (now 2.5 years) after being unhappy with another childcare centre. It is a lovely inviting setting where you consistently sense welcome and it consistently looks like lots of enjoyable is going on. All of the team are remarkable, they truly care about the kids and I consistently get a detailed account about what my boy’s been up to and how he’s developing which is lovely. His development and self‑assurance have grown so much, especially since he’s quite a shy character.
I adore that they invite special guests in every now and again to talk to the kids, recently there’s been the police and a builder! Such a great idea.
The childcare centre manager is outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter how big or small.
Literally cannot fault Jack and Jill and looking forward to my baby daughter starting there too at the end of the year. Jack and Jill are absolutely exceptional.

The team are consistently so welcoming and have so much time for me and my son. It is such a welcoming setting with exceptional facilities to give my son the best time when he goes to childcare centre. The management caters to all my needs and are highly flexible. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone I know with kids. I am exceptionally pleased with this childcare centre – ever since my son started, his development has been outstanding.
