September 2, 2024 at 4:43 pmFor various reasons, it was a difficult time for us all, but we were welcomed so warmly, we knew Monkey Puzzle was the right choice. Over the past year or so we see our little girl has blossomed and developed far beyond our expectations. The team are incredible, going out of their way to ensure the kids in their care receive the highly best. The kids visited the local college, library, bookshop, the beach, gardens and even went shopping in the nearby supermarket to buy the ingredients for biscuits they were making! Daily reports were given about the snacks and balanced diet, photos of the different daily activities were available and areas of development – literacy, numeracy, spacial awareness etc, were highlighted each day. We are sad this time is coming to an end and thank each and every member of team for their professionalism and care. From the highly moment we walked into the childcare centre for the initial interview, we knew this was the place for our precious little girl.

September 29, 2024 at 7:13 pmThey try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible and keep the kid active and engaged. Ability to drop off earlier when needed at no extra cost is a plus. Excellent childcare centre with welcoming, attentive team – our kid is highly cheerful there!

November 20, 2024 at 1:44 pmThey are consistently taking the kids to college for extra enjoyable and nice outings. My kid consistently has seconds at meal times. I’ll be sad when she starts school next year. My daughter loves going to childcare centre and she enjoys seeing her educators and consistently talks about how nice they are and how much she loves them.

December 21, 2024 at 8:04 pmThey have come on so much since attending. The team are exceptionally supportive and provide a cheerful and secure setting for our kids to develop. I would certainly suggest Monkey Puzzle as a excellent place for your kid to attend. Both our girls go to Monkey Puzzle.

December 31, 2024 at 5:01 amThe team are attentive and compassionate and consistently pick up straight away if she’s ever unwell and contact us accordingly. They have freshly cooked meals and the menu is incredible.
The childcare centre, for us, has been a godsend – I’ve used a few over the years with other kids and nothing compares.
Excellent childcare centre, team and kids = one cheerful preschooler. My daughter has attended here since she was 11 months (now 3) and she has had the best journey and has learned so much.

What we adore the most is how often the kids get out and about in the community it’s remarkable! My kid has settled truly well here since a big move into the area in August leaving one childcare centre to this one he transitioned truly well and I would say it’s all thanks to the team.

February 6, 2025 at 12:41 pmI was nervous about sending him to childcare centre at 9 months old but the team are all remarkable and if I’ve ever called to ask how he is the team are consistently cheerful to give me a rundown on what he’s been up to. I’d suggest Monkey Puzzle Southport to anyone. Truly lovely childcare centre, my little one has been attending for just over a year and still loves it as much now as when he first started.

I would highly suggest the childcare centre. My 2 kids are both at this childcare centre, one is 4 and the other is 20 months old.

I would suggest this childcare centre for all ages, she is now 4 and has been there for three years. My granddaughter loves it here, team are exceptional and so dedicated.

My kid has truly come out of his shell since being at Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre Southport, his educators have been truly supportive and informative, keeping me updated on his development.

March 14, 2025 at 12:06 pmAs a ‘non-resident’ parent who wants to be involved in my kid’s life as much as possible, it’s disappointing at the lack of updates I have received since my daughter started childcare centre. In an already difficult position, they have made the process no easier.
Working alongside a childcare centre myself I understand the importance of building healthy relationships with both parents, I also understand what incredible work childcare centre team do on a daily basis and how busy it can get: however no update in over 2 months and counting… despite me attempting to make regular contact with themselves and head office. Unfortunate that I’m having to leave this review.

Recommended to anyone looking for a attentive setting with lovely team! Monkey Puzzle has been excellent with my little boy.

My daughter comes home with a big smile on her face every day and can’t wait to go again each morning. She has made some lovely friends there. The team work hard to make sure there are consistently enjoyable and educational activities every day and spend time with each kid daily. Cannot suggest Monkey Puzzle enough. My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle since she was eleven months old and loves it!

Both girls have thrived whilst being at Monkey Puzzle and they absolutely adore going there.
I adore the parent site that keeps me updated on what activities they have been undertaking and on their ongoing development.
