September 8, 2024 at 3:09 pmMy little girl suffers from separation anxiety and my kid’s key person built a truly strong bond with her which has enabled her to thrive in the setting. The manager operates to a highly high standard and all concerns are dealt with immediately. I know my kid is secure and cheerful when she attends the setting. Thank you to all at Elm House. Nothing but positive things to say about the childcare centre.

October 19, 2024 at 6:46 pmMy son started in the baby room and is now in preschool and I will be so sad when he leaves for school as he loves it so much. All the team are truly lovely and supportive, nothing is ever too much for them. My son takes part in so many activities and is progressing all the time. I have complete peace of mind when I drop him off as I know he’s going to be completely looked after. I cannot suggest Elm House Day Childcare centre enough!

Elm house has a inviting welcoming family sense to it my grandchildren adore going of a morning and at times prefer to stay at the end of the day haha.
The childcare centre team are highly informative regarding your kid’s activities throughout the day and consistently encouraging them to try new things.
They also have been highly supportive of special dietary requirements of the kids I would personally suggest the childcare centre to friends and family and will also be sending our future grandchildren into their care.
Fabulous and attentive team keep up the great work.

November 11, 2024 at 1:33 pmThey have personally gone into the room to send me pictures of our son having a lovely time and have spent time with him to build bonds and relationships as he settled in. Toddler room girls are highly attentive and compassionate and reassure me by sending me lovely pictures, drawings and art! Thank you deeply, watching my one grow is incredible. My little boy goes to this childcare centre and I must say the manager can’t be more attentive.

December 2, 2024 at 12:00 pmHis keyworker, in particular, has been incredible with him as before childcare centre he would not go near anyone other than family and she has helped him massively! I am cheerful to drop him off knowing he is discovering and playing! The only issue I have is sometimes the new online system is not updated so I don’t know if he’s slept or had food to let my mum know as she picks him up but hopefully just teething problems! My son loves childcare centre, he started in August 2021 and he has truly taken to the team and settings.

December 18, 2024 at 2:33 pmYou get the best assistance your kid needs, especially when you have a kid with ASDT or any disabilities. I had a son who just graduated last term and another still with them in the toddler room. Have got no concern whatsoever, great hygiene level, great health and safety measures and great teamwork. My kids adore going to the Elm House Day Childcare centre West Derby. Elm House is a highly great and welcoming childcare centre.

They have helped him through every stage and he loves it there, he will be sorry to have to leave to go to school. Team are highly attentive and if there is ever an issue it’s addressed straight away. I couldn’t suggest a safer, happier place for your little ones in their early years. My son has attended this childcare centre since August 2019 and is still attending at present.

It makes life so much easier knowing he is in the best place while I work. The team are highly welcoming and nurturing. I adore the app and the information I receive about his day. My daughter will often speak about her childcare centre experiences at home and it is lovely to see how much enjoyable she is having through the app. All team are attentive and cheerful and it puts my mind at ease leaving my daughter knowing that the team are so attentive and passionate about the kids. I adore all the artwork and crafts that my daughter brings home and I would not hesitate to put my other kids here in the future. My daughter has attended this childcare centre since December 2021 and loves coming here.

Don’t have to worry when am at work because I know he is getting well looked after, and he enjoys it there. Cheerful kid – cheerful mum. My little boy loves Elm House Day Childcare centre.

He has specific dietary needs and the childcare centre consistently provide him with a variety of food regardless. Exceptional childcare centre, my kid loves it and the girls who look after him.

I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough as I sense at ease knowing my kids are cheerful and secure while attending the childcare centre. All my kids have been supported through this childcare centre over the years, which is why there was no question on where to put my third kid, when thinking about childcare centre.

May 3, 2025 at 3:53 amWhen he started he was only 8 months old and as he was my first kid I found we were both truly struggling with separation anxiety but the team here were truly reassuring, expert and attentive towards us both. Over the past few months even though my son still gets upset going in I know once he’s there he settles truly fast and this is due to the team there being so great at what they do. They consistently update you on the app which is the best thing ever for us parents. The pictures and artwork have been incredible and I can’t wait for more. Thank you to management and team for everything you are doing to help the kids grow. My son started this childcare centre in September.

Incredible childcare centre with incredible team, I was so nervous putting my baby into childcare centre for her first time and am so glad I have done it with Elm House, they have been exceptional with my daughter, she has come on brilliantly and it makes me even happier seeing the bond she’s got with the educators.

May 27, 2025 at 7:32 amHe gets to take part in so many exceptional activities. We adore how they are cheerful for the babies to get messy! And how much time they spend outdoors. We appreciate the updates we receive throughout the day and the observations detailing our son’s development. It is especially lovely to see him out and about in the community. He has enjoyed such a wide range of opportunities including events and topics celebrated through playtime such as the festival of the month. We have also loved being part of the enjoyable through Stay and Playtime sessions. We sense so lucky to have found the best quality care for our son. We would highly suggest! My son attends Elm House Day Childcare centre full time and we couldn’t be happier with the team and setting.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for her to go. My daughter has been at this childcare centre for a year now; since she’s been here, she has progressed amazingly with her speech and definitely her self‑assurance.

July 5, 2025 at 9:21 amAt first, it was highly daunting for myself and my girlfriend to put the baby in childcare centre, but from day one we have been reassured by the childcare centre and the highly lovely and polite team that our daughter will be fine. Over the past six weeks, you can tell how much my daughter has adapted and enjoyed being in this childcare centre. This is down to the team and the management of the childcare centre. I couldn’t thank the team anymore for how welcoming they have been for my daughter and the amount of events they put on, she truly enjoys going to childcare centre. Thanks a lot. My daughter has been going to the childcare centre for the past six weeks.
