Elm House Day Nursery Gateacre

Our kids truly delight in the childcare centre and have great bonds with their carers. The kids participate in a wide range of activities and get plenty of time outdoors. The team are lovely and the management is outstanding. My two kids both attend Elm House Gateacre and we are highly cheerful with the childcare centre.

The team are incredible. My LG has a health condition and the team/manager and owner went above and beyond to knowledge themselves on her HCP. My LG has blossomed so much since starting Elm House and is so excited every morning to get ready and go. We have trouble on a weekend when it’s not childcare centre days lol. Can not thank Elm House team enough for the care they take every day looking after my LG and all her childcare centre friends. Thank you Elm House team. My daughter started Elm House childcare centre this year (2022).

I found Elm House and went for a visit and I couldn’t have been happier, so much to do for the kids and every member of team was so compassionate and welcoming. My son had his first-hour session today to get settled in and he went in all smiles and came out having made loads of new friends and had a lovely time. Also, the attention to detail in the application forms was impeccable from what your kid’s likes and dislikes are, down to their daily routine, they couldn’t have made the handover process more smooth and they left no stone unturned in truly getting to know my son before he even starts. Thank you so much to everyone at Elm House for doing such an incredible job. Couldn’t have found a better place for him to be. I’ve recently moved and decided to find a childcare centre closer to my home for my little boy who’s nearly 3, I was worried about moving him as he did adore going to the childcare centre he was in but it just wasn’t realistic.

I had to move him from his other childcare centre and was feeling truly anxious as he had never properly settled there even after six months of attending three days a week. I can honestly say it’s been the best decision I’ve made. The team have been incredible with him and apart from his first day, he has gone in without any tears at all. This is unheard of before! The girls have put me at ease from day one and are consistently so welcoming and welcoming. The app helps me keep up to date with how much he’s eaten and how his sleep has been which is excellent so I can plan for when he’s home. I was told on his second day, we are one big family, and it truly is. My little boy is in his second week at Elm House Gateacre now.

My older daughter went to Elm House so it only felt right for me to let my baby girl follow when we had her. To say I trust their team with my life is an understatement. From the moment we walked in and still to this day every single member of team has been so accommodating, expert and polite at all times. You sense that they treat each kid as they would their own and that’s what makes them so special knowing how secure she is whilst having to work. My baby girl has come on leaps and bounds in only the few months she has been here, I can’t wait to watch her blossom with the help of all the team. 100% would consistently suggest this childcare centre, would be lost without them. Elm House Day Childcare centre Gateacre is the most gorgeous childcare centre ever.

With a two-week break, I was a little anxious about how she would settle as she can be nervous around new people. She settled truly well and seems to have bonded truly well already with the team. Thank you buttercups for making her transition so easy. I sense ready to go back to work tomorrow knowing she is cheerful. My one-year-old started at Elm House today, after three hour long settling in sessions before Christmas.

Team are excellent and so welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble, and they take the time to teach the kids and are consistently busy doing activities. Just from the 1.5 years we’ve been here, you can see improvements being made, to consistently look for ways to continuously enhance the journey for both kids and parents. For example – introduction of the famly app, parent and kids events, updates Absolutely remarkable childcare centre, my 2.5 year old daughter has been going there since she turned one so we have experienced the baby room as well as the toddler room.

He has come on leaps and bounds since starting in terms of talking and understanding, and physically also eg using cutlery etc. He has a exceptional time with the team a few of whom he has a truly special bond with. They all treat him truly well and he comes home cheerful and full of things to say. He’s only 20 months and has been going since he turned 1 – he settled in quickly despite never being away from me for more than a few hours before. He eats well-balanced meals, does loads of activities, and is clearly well cared for. Couldn’t speak more highly of the team. Our little boy absolutely loves coming to childcare centre twice a week.

Baby loves going here and is consistently highly well looked after. The childcare centre have been truly great with helping us sort things out and medical issues needing a bit of extra attention. Consistently supportive and attentive.

We’re so cheerful our little one goes there and he loves it, everyone is incredibly compassionate and attentive, we sense like they look after the little ones so well which gives you such piece of mind, couldn’t suggest highly enough! An absolutely exceptional childcare centre!
