September 1, 2024 at 10:40 amThey treat them all equally regardless of if the kid has additional needs or not, but they go above and beyond. They do an outstanding job not just for the kids they care for, but the parents of the kid too! Wouldn’t trust my kid at any other childcare centre, my kid has been at this childcare centre since the baby room and is now 4 and due to leave! The team are outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for the help/advice and childcare they’ve given my kid! All of the team are incredible, along with everyone else that works there! Absolutely incredible with the kids they look after!

The team are exceptional and truly help not only the kids in their care but also assistance the parents if needed. Can’t fault this childcare centre. My little girl started in February and if I’m honest I was so worried about leaving her and thought she would find it hard but it’s rather the opposite.

The rooms/food and activities the kids do daily is cute to hear about and see via pictures you take, thank you for all the hard work everyone puts into the kids that walk through those doors. Both my sons have attended this childcare centre and for both times all team have been nothing but incredible with both kids, the space and needs they meet for the kids are so incredible!

Consistently keeping parents up to date via the parent app. Team are highly supportive when you are in need of assistance with things also they are understanding if there is a problem with my kid.

October 27, 2024 at 6:42 pmOn the topic of value for money, in comparison to other nurseries it seems satisfactory however the cost is astronomical. The highest childcare costs in the world!
Management, no idea who they are anymore.
Team are welcoming on arrival and consistently know what your kid has done during the day however I still sense a certain level of disconnect post covid. The food appears to be OK, however my kid does come home and go straight to the fridge for more food.

The team truly are fantastic, highly supportive and consistently give a full breakdown on what he has done throughout his day. They also provide healthy, wholesome meals and snacks throughout the day. The team go above and beyond and it truly has shown with our little boy. Thank you! My little boy thoroughly enjoys Kids Planet Blackpool.

January 11, 2025 at 10:03 amHer self‑assurance has grown huge amounts and she’s learnt so much since being there. The team are incredible, supportive, compassionate and polite. They make sure to bond with the kids so they consistently sense comfortable going into the childcare centre, my daughter has had two key workers. One when she was in the baby room and one now she’s in the toddler room and both workers have been absolutely exceptional with her. I couldn’t be happier that my daughter attends such a exceptional childcare centre. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting this childcare centre in 2021.

January 28, 2025 at 2:01 amIt’s been just over a year now and he still adores coming to the childcare centre. The connection he has with the team in the baby room has been exceptional and I can see that the team have put in the time to form strong bonds with the kids in their care. My son has had no problems settling in and enjoys his time at childcare centre. There is a wide variety of foods which are put on offer to the kids and the childcare centre do a excellent job at following routines that have been put in place at home.
More resources have been bought for the kids also which has been excellent to see!
There has been a couple of team leave (my son’s first key worker) and also a couple of changes in management. However, this has been managed excellently by the team at Kids Planet with little disruption to the kids.
I have recommended this childcare centre to a couple of friends who also have young kids. My son has been with this childcare centre since he was 6 months old.

January 28, 2025 at 3:10 pmI’ve seen a massive improvement in her speech. I’ve never seen her so cheerful to go somewhere. As a covid baby, she hasn’t had much interaction with other kids, only relatives, but she went straight into childcare centre without any whinging. She loves that place and I highly suggest it! My daughter started last month, she loves it!

The parent hub is a excellent asset as you can keep updated on the different things your little one is doing during each session and the team are highly informative. Excellent little childcare centre. My granddaughter has been attending this childcare centre since she was old enough to go and has loved every minute.

We have increased her days due to her loving it so much, the team are incredible and so consistently so supportive no matter the situation. Updates with team and parents I think is incredible, and the app it excellent so you can see what your little one is up to during the day. The team consistently engage in the morning and consistently listen to what you have to say when dropping your little one off. Potty training, I consistently dreaded, but childcare centre has made it so easy for me, truly helped! Can’t fault them This is an incredible childcare centre!

My kid loves going to childcare centre and she’s built up relationships with the other kids and team which is lovely to see. Overall I would definitely rate this childcare centre for any parent considering putting their kid in. I’m highly cheerful with the care my kid gets given.

June 25, 2025 at 4:48 pmSince starting my kid has truly become a little brainbox the conversations we have are incredible for a 3 year old and she knows so much more than I could imagine and that is all from the discovering she has done within the childcare centre setting, overall an incredible childcare centre and I will be sending my next kid here and my grandchild also comes here again who at the age of 2 has the vocabulary and understanding of a much older kid Can’t fault this childcare centre my kid has allergies and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure she gets similar foods as the other kids within her boundaries, also we are currently potty training and that is going amazingly.
