September 8, 2024 at 1:32 amI praise this childcare centre for how great they are at teaching, helping and attentive for kids. I’d suggest this childcare centre to everyone and anyone. My son is a highly active kid and after a day at childcare centre, he is relaxed, content and excited to tell me about his day. The childcare centre team are excellent at updating the parent portal app so I can see photos and evaluations of where and what my son gets up to. The childcare centre also goes beyond by celebrating birthdays and doing little tea parties with activities for the kids. My son has been going to this childcare centre for 2 years and in that time he has grown so much in self‑assurance and his knowledge and development have rocketed and people are shocked when they find out my son is only 3 years old.

They have been to different nurseries and used to cry and not want to go but Cliff House they are consistently eager to say bye when they go in and are consistently talking about 2 main members of team. It’s incredible to see how cheerful they are going to childcare centre and it comforts me knowing they are clearly highly well cared for by the childcare centre team. Incredible childcare centre.

November 24, 2024 at 9:24 amShe absolutely loves Cliff House and all her educators. I have consistently been highly comfortable that she is looked after and educated highly well. She learns something new every week and has excellent relationships with all the childcare centre employees and made friends. It has been incredible to watch my daughter develop along her journey at Cliff House ready to take her big step in September to school. She has grown into a fantastic little girl and the team at Cliff House have made a big contribution to that. It will be a sad day when she leaves the childcare centre having been part of her life from a young age. My daughter has attended Cliff House from 9 months old, she is now 4 and in Pre School.

November 24, 2024 at 6:44 pmShe absolutely loves the childcare centre and the team. My daughter settled right in on her taster days before attending full time. The team are so welcoming and accommodating, consistently on hand to answer any questions you may have and listen to any worries or concerns. My daughter talks about childcare centre all of the time at home and cannot wait to go. She has a excellent relationship with the team which as a mother is so reassuring. She has developed so much and so quickly, the team are incredible educators and the best people to be assisting your kid to develop throughout their early years. I’ve only ever had one highly minor issue in the years my daughter has attended, which when flagged was resolved immediately and the team were highly responsive. Overall I’d suggest the childcare centre (and have done many times before) to my friends and relatives as I know the kids are in the best hands. My daughter has been attending Cliff House since 8 1/2 months, she turned 3 last month.

November 26, 2024 at 3:22 amThe team there are incredible. My 3 year old loves going and is consistently tired out after half a day. I would highly suggest Cliff House to anyone. All 3 of my kids have been to Cliff House and I wouldn’t have sent them anywhere else.

The team are all incredible especially 2 in particular who have consistently been incredible with both of my kids and the manager consistently goes above and beyond. I couldn’t wish for a better childcare centre for my little lad to go to more so with this crazy world we are in at the moment they make you sense comfortable knowing that your kid will be secure. Thank you Cliff House. My son currently goes to Cliff House and my daughter went until she started school.

They are a exceptional childcare centre have done their best in the whole pandemic situation. Thanks for your continued work. I have had 2 kids at this childcare centre one of them still being there and will be sad to leave in August.

January 14, 2025 at 3:58 pmHe settled in brilliantly, it’s highly much a home from home setting and this is what I prefer rather than somewhere which looks flash but doesn’t deliver. Updates with team is great and they’re all welcoming. I think in terms of management and how it’s run, it’s run well which is telling in the long success and great reputation. Many nurseries have a high owner and manager turnover and this is not the case. My little boy enjoys his days at childcare centre and his smile on his face tells me all I need to know. My son has been attending Cliff House Childcare centre since he was 10 months old (now almost 30 months).

February 5, 2025 at 8:50 amMy son loves going in and talks so positively about his day. He has been able to see his friends and been allowed some normality during these times while being kept secure. The team consistently present cheerful and welcoming and have made these last 12 months more bearable in an uncertain time, my son is 4 and will be highly sad when he leaves for school later in the year. This is a excellent childcare centre and preschool even during covid he has attended his preschool group to assistance his transition to school. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre and the team deserve a big thank you. The team have been exceptional during Covid and prior.

February 14, 2025 at 10:52 pmWe still viewed several nurseries but felt most comfortable with Cliff House. The work they have done with our son and then our daughter has been remarkable. Their development has progressed fantastically well and we’re kept up-to-date every step of the way. The team are incredible and we sense highly comfortable leaving our kids in their capable hands and will forever suggest them to anyone who asks. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve been incredible. They implemented new policies to help keep everyone secure and understood the difficulties that parents were having whilst helping as best they could. Can’t fault the childcare centre on anything and if we had another kid, there’s nowhere else that they will be going. We first sent our son to Cliff House Childcare centre following the recommendation of family members who sent their 3 kids there.

They’ve come on in leaps and bounds whilst attending here, thank you to all at Cliff House Childcare centre. Both of my kids attend Cliff House and I can’t suggest it enough, the team are an absolute credit, so welcoming and attentive.

The team care and praise your kid just as you would yourself, as well as providing you with encouraging feedback on what your kid achieves on their daily routines at childcare centre! I have used this childcare centre 3 times over and I would never have another alternative to Cliff House Childcare centre! I cannot praise enough how remarkable Cliff House childcare centre is!

April 29, 2025 at 6:06 pmEach member of team made sure they knew the kids well and could tell when they were not right, which is excellent to know as a parent they care for them and it’s not just a job! They offer many ways for the kids to learn through playtime and make sure they meet the kids’s discovering styles in a secure, nurturing welcoming and attentive way. All my kids have excellent memories of the childcare centre, my oldest being 10 and still speaks positively of this childcare centre. One kid needed external assistance and the team embraced this and worked closely with the agency, to get the best outcome for my kid.
I can’t thank the manager and all her team enough for the incredible start they provided to my kids, I will be truly thankful for the assistance and adore you gave them all. I will consistently suggest them and tell the positive stories I have of the childcare centre. All three of my kids have attended this childcare centre, the team are second to none and consistently go above and beyond.

They are highly supportive of my son and help him achieve. The team are highly supportive to me too and liaise with me and offer advice when I need it. I sense my son is secure, well-fed and supported by the team at Cliff House Childcare centre. What a remarkable childcare centre this is.

She is consistently telling me she has been playing, she been dancing. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone that asks. I know when I leave my daughter in their care she is well taken care of. My kid has been coming to this childcare centre coming up 1 year and it’s the best childcare centre I have placed her in.
