September 30, 2024 at 1:22 amThey go above and beyond to assistance kids in their varying stages of discovering eg: parent workshops for toilet training. In addition to this, they bring mums together in a supportive social setting allowing parents to meet in a secure space to communicate. They also recognise the importance of the home discovering link by posting assessments, next steps and moments regularly. The team at Kids Planet Preston (Tower Lane) are exceptionally supportive, not only with kids but also with parents.

My little boy has just started at Kids Planet and they have already made me sense so much at ease with leaving him in their hands, the app is incredible and lets me see every tiny detail about his day.

October 19, 2024 at 8:05 amThe team are a delight; they go above and beyond to encourage our kid’s development and keep us informed daily via the app and at the end of each day. The regular homework and parent evenings also keep us engaged with our kid’s progression at the childcare centre.
The management team also gives a community spirit by arranging regular events for us to get involved with. We have made friends with other parents and team from these events.
Thank you Kids Planet team – you are fantastic! It is a pleasure to have our kid at Kids Planet childcare centre.

October 31, 2024 at 12:21 amThe team are fantastic and make sure my girls sense comfortable and settled when I leave them. The team are the heart of this childcare centre, so inviting and welcoming, they go above and beyond imparting knowledge on them and I’m cheerful to leave my girls in their care. The garden is a fantastic outdoor space and I adore the fact kids go out every day. They also go on local outings to the nearby park and library, I think this a excellent way to teach independence and my daughter loves to tell me about her adventures out of the classroom. They recently had a fire engine come to childcare centre, which my daughter loved and she recalls the journey whenever she sees a fire engine.
The childcare centre also holds events for parents, including first aid courses, which I found highly supportive, and Mum’s night in nights, remarkable for my mental health and connecting with other Mums. I adore this childcare centre and will be sad to leave it when they start school. My 2 daughters adore this childcare centre and so do I.

The variation in activities is excellent and her development has been remarkable. She can’t wait to get into childcare centre every morning.
As parents, we are kept informed throughout the day and updated every morning at drop off and evening at pick up. Our daughter has made the step up from Tots to Toddlers and we were amazed at how quickly she adapted.

January 23, 2025 at 3:01 pmThe team at Kids Planet Preston are genuinely incredible and made our kids, my wife and myself sense welcome from the second we walked in. We could not be happier with how our kids have developed (one recently left to start school) and are continuing to develop. They both adore(d) every single second they spend there with the relationship of each and every team member and our kids being genuinely special. This childcare centre is a truly fantastic place. I wish I could name all the team personally but all I can say is they are all incredible. We moved from a Kids Planet in Manchester to Kids Planet Preston due to relocation and the transition for both our kids was absolutely exceptional.

All of the team are inviting and welcoming and passionate about their work and the kids they look after. I am updated on her activities regularly via the app and the team update me every day on what she has been up to and how she has been with genuine interest and care. My daughter loves her childcare centre, is discovering every day through lots of different activities and she has developed a lovely bond with all the team. I would not hesitate in recommending this childcare centre. This is a remarkable childcare centre.

February 4, 2025 at 3:30 pmIt has turned out to be a blessing, his development has come on so much in such a short period of time. He has fitted straight in and absolutely loves it, so much so, he was knocking on the door at a weekend to go in! As an outdoor boy, we adore (and he does) that he gets to spend time outside every day. It is such a welcoming and welcoming setting. The team are all lovely and have been exceptionally supportive in settling our nerves and anxieties from the previous childcare centre journey. Highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone I speak to. We moved our son at 19 months old to this childcare centre following a bad journey at another local childcare centre group.

February 24, 2025 at 12:37 amThis included providing us with regular updates via the app but also knowing that they were only a phone call away too. Since then, we have been provided with termly updates by her key worker and given targets of how we can help to assistance her development too – we have also attended a recent parent’s evening which was excellent. We’re kept up-to-date with events running at the childcare centre each week with the app being utilised highly well. The team have a excellent work ethic and go above and beyond to assistance my little girl in her discovering and development. I’d definitely suggest Kids Planet Preston to anybody looking for a childcare centre for their kid. My daughter joined Kids Planet Preston in September and the management and their team have gone above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had a smooth, welcoming transition into the toddler room.

They post regular updates on the app which reassures me that my daughter is ok and enjoying her day. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone! March 28, 2025 at 4:30 pmMy son recently moved from India and has a language barrier, also I was truly worried about how he would cope in the childcare centre with new people, language, exposure, food everything… in the beginning he was nervous to go to childcare centre for the first two days and later on he is so excited. I can see the wonders he is experiencing every day in the Kids Planet when he is describing how his day was in the childcare centre. The main attraction I felt is that the Parent Zone app which is giving the details of how the kid is, what he eats or he refused and how he is doing all those upto date information gives me a relaxed day as a parent. Overall, all the staffs are truly supportive and supportive. Kids are truly enjoying the new planet where they are spending time with attentive people with lots of enjoyable. It is truly a fantastic journey what we are having every day from Kids Planet Preston.

Each room is consistently truly well presented and topic-focused, I’m consistently kept up to date on her development and get to see lovely pictures of her on the parent app. The team are what make the childcare centre truly special and all have a excellent relationship with my kid and me. They are compassionate, polite, consistently smiling and consistently put the kids at the centre of everything they do. They consistently have time for any of my questions I may have and consistently take the time to listen if I need any help. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My kid has attended Kids Planet since she was 11 months old (now 2) and she absolutely loves it!

Our kids have such a great rapport with each team member in their rooms and delight in coming to learn, particularly enjoying the outdoor discovering. The app is perfect for informing us about their day as well as being told on collection. Would suggest this childcare centre for those looking. We have two kids attending this childcare centre who are thriving and developing all the time.

They provide a wide range of activities and different things to do and provide daily updates via an app. The manager is fab as well and has been a real godsend over the years. I honestly couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough. My daughter has attended Kids Planet since she was 8 months old.

July 8, 2025 at 2:19 pmOur little boy started when he was around one, at first was highly shy however now it’s hard to get him to come home! It’s excellent to know that he’s truly enjoying childcare centre now, he’s excited to go and we can see he’s truly developed whilst he’s been with you. All the team are incredible it’s put us at ease knowing they think as much of him as us! He is regularly out and about on walks and in their outdoor playtime area which is his favourite thing to do followed by running around inside causing mayhem and playing with his friends. His development in the last few months has been incredible and he comes home having learnt something new every day. You’re all incredible, thank you. We are truly cheerful that we chose Kids Planet Preston childcare centre!
