Management are attentive and attentive towards any specific needs and the chef creates some lovely well balanced meals. My grandson attends full time and everyday he comes away beaming having had a enjoyable filled day with all his friends and educators.

The childcare centre manager was so supportive, and a place was found for him immediately.
My son was apprehensive due to the sudden change in a childcare setting, but the team were highly welcoming and helped him to settle in quickly. Within a few weeks, it felt like he’d consistently been at Busy Bees.
Since then, my son has had soo many positive experiences at Busy Bees. The team truly work hard to get to know the kids and their individual interests. The daily activities are well-planned and tailored to the kid. The team show genuine care and compassion.
My son starts school in September. He has loved his time at Busy Bees. As a parent, it has been highly reassuring to leave him each morning, knowing that he is cheerful and well cared for.
I would highly suggest Busy Bees. I contacted the childcare centre after my son’s childcare centre closed overnight, leaving him with no childcare.

Both settle exceptionally quickly, clearly delight in their time there and look forward to going back. Team are attentive to their needs, especially with medical issues/allergies.

I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to my friends and family. Fabulous setting – both of my kids have attended since they were 13 months old.

Her development and self‑assurance has grown so much since starting this year and as a family sense she has settled highly well. My daughter is in the baby room Willows and I’m highly cheerful with the way she is looked after by the team.

The team have worked so hard recently with the pandemic. All the team have consistently been cheerful and greet us with a smile every day even with the ongoing challenges they have faced. The special events Busy Bees have continued to arrange for the kids are lovely. If I ever have a question its consistently dealt with quickly. My son is treated like a little star and it makes me sense cheerful and secure to leave him there with the team who truly do give their all. I will be so sad when September arrives and we will miss the Busy Bees family x keep up the outstanding work and I hope you are all recognised for all you did to keep our kids in care in recent times. My son is in preschool and he completely loves it.

I cannot suggest it highly enough. The team are incredible: they consistently seem as excited to see my little girl as she is to see them. My daughter races into childcare centre every day and I have no guilt leaving her there as I know she is cheerful to go.

During her settling in period when she was a bit tearful, they handled us with excellent care and understanding. They do loads of art and her clothes are never ruined! They take care of her belongings. Nappies are included in the price so I don’t have to worry about providing them. She loves the food and she’s developed using cutlery truly early which I believe is because they encourage this at the childcare centre. Tricky issues are handled with tact and discretion. The management are unbelievably flexible, supportive and organised. This is the 4th childcare centre I have used (as I have 2 elder kids) and it is the place that I have been happiest with. There is just a lovely, cheerful vibe as soon as you walk through the door. My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Preston Hospital for almost a year now.

I can’t ask for a better start.
She enjoys it so much every day. And I sense so comfortable leaving her every morning in the childcare centre. Because I know if something happens, straight away the childcare centre contacts us.
All the team is so welcoming and speak with every parent like a big family group. It is incredible.

Team highly attentive and will comfort my daughter if upset on arrival and throughout the day. When unwell the team were outstanding at responding to high temps etc until I came out of work to take her home.

My little boy is now in preschool and has attended since 2018. He loves it, has lots of friends and positive experiences. We can see him changing all of the time. He is confident and cheerful. The team work hard to truly know him, what works for him and what he struggles with. They readily accommodate these and work closely with us to achieve the best outcome for him. We will miss childcare centre and all of the lovely team in September, when it is time for school!
