Busy Bees Brooke Street

Picking a childcare centre for your kid is a big responsibility but we comment on how cheerful we are with our choice almost every day after collecting our kid.
The best indicator is that my kid loves going to childcare centre. I am in absolutely no doubt that the childcare centre and the team members in my kid’s room know my kid highly well and that they have taken the time to get to know them and their individual likes/dislikes. The team are absolutely fantastic – consistently smiling, genuinely cheerful to see the kids and consistently take the time to have a chat with parents.
The activities are exceptional – there are enjoyable theme weeks, plenty of outdoors time, physical activities and messy playtime. Food is healthy and well varied. Any feedback I have given has consistently been highly quickly acted upon (ie. please can I see more frequent photos of my kid on the app). It’s the best of both – the backing of a large chain with the personal touch of the Chorley centre team. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with Busy Bees.

They are all over her development and making sure she is cheerful, secure and discovering. She fits right in and they are cheerful to take my calls when I’m worrying, updating me via the app with what she’s doing and involving me in her childcare centre development. I’m overall truly cheerful with the choice I made. The team are nothing but incredible, from workers in the rooms to management, I was exceptionally anxious about my daughter starting childcare centre and they reassured me in every area I was concerned with.

They adore being at childcare centre and look forward to their days there. They attend three full days a week. We adore the updates and the pictures that we receive on the app. It is excellent to see that they are having enjoyable whilst we are working. All the team are so attentive with our girls and this is evident with how settled they are. When my eldest is asked who her friends are at childcare centre she also names the team which I think is lovely. Thank you for all that you do. We have two daughters who attend Busy Bees at Brooke Street.

She has settled in truly well and enjoys her days within Brooke Street. We originally were only going to enrol a few days a week, but have now increased to four as she loves it that much. The team within the Baby room are so attentive, calm and reassuring and our daughter goes in with open arms in a morning. Her day is consistently fed back on pick up and the team are so informative of her daily activities and enjoyable playtime. The manager and admin are consistently on hand and have smiles on their faces at all times of the day. We monitor the I-Connect system where we can see her daily food, and activities and she looks like she is having a blast. The different meals our daughter receives is also a blessing, as she has helped assistance her through the weaning stages. Excellent first term within Busy Bees. My daughter started childcare centre this August just after the COVID-19 outbreak, and throughout registration of the childcare centre, we were put at ease for our daughter starting.

The childcare centre do highly well with reporting to parents what activities and meals our kids have done and had throughout the day. I contacted childcare centre about my kid having Autism and they have been incredible with the process regarding helping and arranging extra help for my daughter. I am exceptionally grateful for this and it goes to show how much they care for the kids they look after. The team in themselves are remarkable, consistently supportive, consistently smiling, highly approachable and make every process throughout childcare centre easy and supportive, making me highly cheerful to leave my kid with them due to the level of trust they have shown. Our journey at Busy Bees at Brooke Street has been remarkable, my daughter started in September 2020 and has loved every minute.

So that shows how great the childcare is. They have supported all my kids’s needs and will continue on school holidays when they start school in September. My boys have been going since they were 12 months and soon to be 5 years.

The team are incredible and he’s come on leaps and bounds whilst being there. I truly like the app and I can see what he’s been eating, his activities and his sleep during the day. The team consistently keep me informed. It’s a little on the expensive side, but all his meals are covered and are healthy and well balanced, plus he does all sorts of activities each day. I would 100% suggest Busy Bees in Chorley. I am so cheerful I made the choice to place my little boy at Busy Bees, Brooke Street.

I wasn’t worried about her starting because the team were so welcoming and attentive. My daughter was a lockdown baby and we knew she needed socialising and this was the right choice for us all. The team keep me updated with the app so I can plan her meals for the evening, and anything we might be planning for the weekend can be related which makes her discovering experiences so much stronger. She’s started saying a few words now and is becoming more confident and her personality has bloomed. People told me that choosing a childcare centre would be hard but we just knew straight away that Busy Bees Brooke Street was the right place. My daughter has settled so well. I know any future siblings will be coming here too because of how great it is. The best journey for both me and my toddler.

There’s a lovely family vibe. All of the team are outstanding at keeping me up to date with my kid’s development and what they’ve done in a day. They are providing lots of assistance for his transition to school and my kid says the food is incredible. My kid is so cheerful and settled at childcare centre.

He has settled in so quickly, he absolutely loves ‘childcare centre day’ and consistently comes running out with the biggest smile on his face. Team are so attentive and regularly update the app with activities he has been doing alongside photographs, mealtimes and nappy changes which are reassuring for me when I’m at work. I’m so pleased that we chose this childcare centre for our little boy, the facilities are stellar and the setting is highly secure. I would highly suggest it to anyone. My 2-year-old son has been attending Busy Bees Brooke Street Chorley for 2 months and stays for 3-morning sessions a week.
