September 6, 2024 at 9:00 pmMy son has progressed a lot recently and the space you have and the time you give him to let him explore really is helping to build his skills and self‑assurance which adds to his cheerful self.
Thank you to all of you for being there for my son and building the special bonds with him, that all parents could wish for. My son truly gets excited when we pull up at the childcare centre, you can tell the special bond he has with all of the educators, especially one member of team in particular is just so natural.
The fact my son is happily going to childcare centre really puts me at ease and I know he is taken care of.

The childcare centre itself it’s very welcoming, spotless and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I would highly suggest Fern Bank to anyone looking for a childcare centre for their little one. I have two daughters aged 3 and 1 at Fern Bank.

Because of Fern Bank, he is growing into a very confident, cheerful little boy. Fern Bank is a lovely childcare centre.

Team go above and beyond to make sure kids sense secure and cheerful and the manager does an incredible job too, very easy to approach if needed. Highly recommended. My three babies have been at Fern Bank Day Childcare centre now since September, the youngest being four months at the time.

He was really shy and very upset at the start but the team at Fern Bank Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school helped him so much to become himself and he loved it. The team were just exceptional, couldn’t say anything bad about this childcare centre.
My twins are going to be attending this childcare centre next year and I am 100% cheerful that they will adore it. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough, they have been absolutely exceptional with my son.

March 2, 2025 at 7:13 pmThe team treat the kids like they would their own. My daughter lights up when she sees almost every member of team in the mornings. The childcare centre is flexible and amenable to changes in your own life that mean more/less days are needed at short notice. My daughter loves the food and the activities. She is consistently cheerful when she gets into childcare centre and is consistently having enjoyable when I arrive – which I can see from the window when I arrive. There is a decent amount of outdoor space – they work with what they have. Their opening hours are also supportive to working parents. Overall, I couldn’t suggest them enough and was so cheerful we made the choice we did. My daughter’s childcare centre is outstanding.

March 20, 2025 at 8:00 amThe manager is a lovely lady consistently helped me accommodate my days etc. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending Fern Bank a while now, when she started she was 8 months old and she’s now 16 months, and she’s come on so well, she loves going and I’ve got to say the girls are exceptional nothing is ever too much to ask, and my daughter goes to them every time got a great bond with them.

April 12, 2025 at 12:21 amMy little girls’ key worker is incredible and is clearly dedicated to her role, consistently making sure all is well. ‘Cheerful kid, cheerful mum.’ Remarkable pre-school and remarkable team too, any issues or concerns I’ve had regarding my daughter (big or small) the team are available to help/chat and resolve any concerns.

My daughter started at Fern Bank after moving from another childcare centre, the team at Fern Bank made her transition smooth and enjoyable for both my daughter and myself.
The kids’s likes and dislikes are taken into consideration for all activities incorporated into the childcare centre setting and as a parent, I am frequently asked to update any new interests my daughter has for them to involve them during her day.

June 11, 2025 at 1:36 pmHe is now just over 2 and moved into the toddler class. He has developed and flourished so beautifully with thanks to the fantastic team. As a parent, it’s consistently hard to leave your kid with anyone, especially in the care of a stranger. I have felt nothing but trust, respect and adore from every member of team at the childcare centre. Management is really great and she’s very compassionate, attentive and supportive. Honestly, it’s an incredible childcare centre! My little boy has been there since 1 year old and is loving every minute of being there.

June 19, 2025 at 8:26 pmOur son is cheerful and settled at Fern Bank, and it’s obvious that he enjoys himself every day at the childcare centre. The team are welcoming, supportive, approachable and really do try their best to make the kids cheerful and contented. They arrange days out for the kids on picnics, walks in the woods etc, really great enjoyable for the kids. Overall an outstanding choice – and a childcare centre that I would highly suggest. I really can’t fault this childcare centre on any level.

July 9, 2025 at 5:52 amThe team have remained consistent over the past three years which is excellent and they are all inviting, welcoming and really care. My daughter loves all of her ‘educators’ and is keen to get back to childcare centre after the weekend as she has missed everyone! She started at just 9 months old and settled in quickly and we were certain that she was secure and cheerful. She has developed so much thanks to all of the opportunities she is provided with by the Fern Bank team. Fern Bank Private Day Childcare centre and Pre-school is a exceptional childcare centre.
