October 8, 2024 at 7:30 pmThe team are so nurturing and welcoming and have developed excellent relationships with my kids and ourselves. The setting is engaging for the kids and is well developed with current topics as themes to enhance the kids’s discovering. My boys have received a excellent start in life and are consistently excited to go. I am very cheerful with the care my kids have received at this childcare centre. Both my boys have absolutely loved their time at Poppy & Jacks.

October 10, 2024 at 12:44 pmIt has a lovely, inviting, and inclusive atmosphere, and our daughter has made strong and secure attachments and relationships with all of the team members. She loves to go to see all of her friends and is particularly fond of her key-worker. We find that our relationship with her key-worker is very supportive as she is an absolute star and is consistently willing to listen to any issues on which we might need advice. She is very attentive to our daughter’s needs and development and we have self‑assurance in the care and education she is receiving. We sense it is setting her up well for onward education settings. I would happily suggest the childcare centre to family and friends and indeed have done so leading to our daughter’s cousin now attending based on our recommendation to his parents. We are very cheerful that we found Poppy & Jacks for our daughter to attend.

Any problems with him, the team consistently know and give me advice and show care towards my son. My son is in the baby room and has been since a young age (5 months).

My daughter goes to Poppy & Jacks Astley Bridge full time and I completely trust the team to look after my daughter as if she was one of their own kids. Such a lovely little childcare centre with a real family sense to it.

December 5, 2024 at 5:40 amWe are kept up to date through the parent app and it is a joy seeing evidence of his excellent time at childcare centre. He is also discovering and displays his new knowledge when he comes home. The team are also quite cheerful to give a verbal update of the day’s events inspite of having an app so I am grateful for that. Our kid seems to delight in being in childcare centre and does not hesitate to go in when we drop him off.

He has an allergy to dairy, and they have been remarkable with his foods, and he consistently has a lovely selection of meals. I am kept up to date using the parent app and also sent pictures of him playing and doing different activities. Adore the childcare centre, incredible team and setting.

The variety of meals is excellent, he is consistently enjoying something new. The team are lovely, attentive and are consistently cheerful to help. My son is thriving at Poppy and Jacks Childcare centre, he is becoming a funny, chatty little boy who loves nothing more than to explore.

I am very please with the progression he has made. To say the least, we are very cheerful parents, and our kid is a very cheerful bunny. My kid consistently comes home with a smile on his face.

Would certainly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Such a excellent setting for kids to learn and develop.

Consistently sense so cheerful when he comes out, tired, cheerful and fed. Excellent childcare centre. My little boy has been attending the childcare centre since he was 7 months old and is now 3!

My kid has come on so much, sitting up and clapping, she loves coming to the childcare centre. Thank you to all team in the baby room for looking after her. My kid has been coming to childcare centre since March, the transition to coming to childcare centre at a very young age (5 months) has been smooth.

April 12, 2025 at 11:40 pmWhen he first started he was very shy and clingy. He has come out of his shell massively and is discovering so much thanks to the team. All the team are incredible, especially the girls in the baby room who take care of him. They are so compassionate and attentive to him, and he consistently goes into childcare centre with a smile on his face knowing he is cheerful there and well taken care of makes it so much easier to leave him. Thank you. My son has been attending Kids Planet since September 2021.

He adores every single member of team and consistently has a exceptional time.
It’s incredible how much he learns and progresses given that he’s only there 1 day a week.
The childcare centre has an on-site chef making all the meals from scratch. Very balanced meals with lots of great stuff. And the childcare centre will take on board any dietary requirements that kids may have too.
I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My kid has been attending Poppy & Jacks for nearly a year now.

The team have been very attentive and understanding to my kid’s needs.
My kid enjoys his time here, which is a comfort to me.

All the team are really welcoming and supportive. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. My daughter has attended this childcare centre for the last 3 years and has loved every minute.
