Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, Charlestown

The team are very supportive and supportive. It offers a spotless and secure setting with a lovely outdoor playtime area. School pick-up/drop-off service is consistently well organized and punctual. Highly recommended! My daughter absolutely loves Brighter Beginnings Day Childcare centre, Charlestown.

Today is only his second full day after settling and he ran in, knocking on the doors shouting his key worker. They have also made me sense secure about leaving my son there, I was an emotional wreck at first, to the point I was contemplating on leaving him, now I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre to have my boy! Thank you. I just want to say how incredible the team have been in the raindrop room settling in my son, he was so scared at the start, cried even mentioning childcare centre but they took their time to make him sense welcome and secure.

He loves going to childcare centre and enjoys all the enjoyable exciting activities they provide in the baby room. The team are very approachable and I am given a great hand over of an evening with how he has been and what he got up to that day. I adore how I can take his discovering journey home when ever I ask, to share this with other family members. My son has developed so much whilst he has been in childcare centre and I can see that his next steps in discovering are being followed and that he is well cared for. Being a new mum I was very nervous about my kid going to childcare centre, however the team made me sense at ease, they supported me and my son whilst he settled into the baby room and I started back at work.

The childcare centre is very great, the ladies work really hard with the kids and make them cheerful and secure. My sons have come on so well and learned lots to get them ready for school for all the activities they do. They care for the kids so much and will do so much more to make sure they are cheerful in childcare centre.

After School Club is such a excellent help to me and my husband, I could not do without it knowing my boy is secure from walking from school to club it is a big help for us working parents and makes our life easier knowing we can trust the team in a big way and they make the most of the small space.

If there have been any issues team and managers have dealt with it straight away and in a expert manner.

I would say my kids are cheerful and I tell friends how fabulous they are and will be sad when it’s time to leave.

I have had great experiences on numerous occasions with the childcare centre, any questions asked get answered, any help that can be given is given, I think the childcare centre is organised well and the team are very welcoming and you can tell they are a tight unit as each one connect as a great team should. Coming from a customer service job myself I know being supportive and going above and beyond for people is a must and I sense this childcare centre does this. I couldn’t have thought of a better place for my little girl to come to, she enters with smiles and comes out even happier, the girls are all lovely and I’m so cheerful leaving her there while I go to work. I highly suggest this childcare centre, as I have already done to a few friends who have then enrolled their little one here too.

She went in with no crying, started speaking a lot more and began playing with the kids, now she comes home every day talking about the stuff she has being doing and consistently talks about one member of team! She loves getting up in the morning and going to childcare centre now. It’s a exceptional childcare centre, all the team are lovely and make you sense very welcomed. I’ve also put my little boys name down to start in January! I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My daughter started here in January in the raindrops room and was very upset and didn’t settle very well, the educators were lovely and very patient with her, a few weeks later we all saw a massive improvement.

I can honestly say this childcare centre/the team has been the best journey for me and my daughter. I had questions/doubts, doesn’t every parent or guardian. I can assure you now Brighter Beginnings Charlestown were/is outstanding. At first, my daughter screamed clung to me to the point I was crying walking out feeling bad. Raindrop team comforted her when needed reassuring her that mummy was picking her up. Within a couple of weeks that felt like forever for me she just one day didn’t even look back at me just ran in as she says with her besties. She has great relationships with the team in raindrop she has come on leaps and bounds. If you have questions or need advice the team are more than cheerful to help. As a parent, they gave me the reassurance I needed to know that she was secure and that she was enjoying herself. I could say so much more just not enough space. Thank you for being a part of our journey. My daughter started Brighter Beginnings Charlestown in September last year during the pandemic.

It is a really nice welcoming childcare centre and they are very polite, my daughter has come along so much since being at the childcare centre, they tell you all about your kid’s day and her development so I am cheerful with what childcare centre my daughter attends. My daughter has been there a month and a half and my daughter loves the childcare centre and team and her friends.

I am amazed by some of the things he has learnt. He is doing that well I plan on keeping him in childcare centre till statutory school age! Incredible childcare centre for my son, he has progressed so much being here and is discovering new things every day!
