The team are so attentive, gentle and engaging that every morning I sense very cheerful to take my kid there. My husband and I are very appreciative to all members of the team. I am very grateful for the exceptional team of Bright Horizons Didsbury childcare centre and pre-school for looking after my kid since she was 1.5 years old.

I was worried that he might not settle quickly given that he was a bit older, but the team were so compassionate with him and he settled in very quickly. He has allergies so I worried about his food choices, but the team have been careful and considerate at every step. He eats a really wide variety of food and the chef makes him special dishes that are dairy-free. They even have his oat milk ready for him each morning, so he can have cereal with the other kids. He loves going into childcare centre every day and he consistently talks about the team in his room. He was even asking for his room leader when he was on holiday! I am so glad I picked Bright Horizons for him They really are a exceptional childcare centre. My son started at Bright Horizons when he was nearly two years old.

She continues to thrive and amazes us every day with what she has learnt. I have no doubt she is so ready for school in September and this is due to the curriculum at Bright Horizons. The team are welcoming and approachable and all seem to genuinely care so much, going above and beyond each day. I would not hesitate to suggest the childcare centre to others, especially for key workers like us who cannot take the usual holidays off at Christmas, etc. Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons, Didsbury from the baby room, through the toddler room and now to preschool.

Our 2 girls have learned so much including Spanish! They both waltz in during the morning and are consistently cheerful when they leave. We have found their medical care and updates around the same to be impeccable and their teaching is top quality. You see with the other kids leaving with their key workers at night that our 2 haven’t struck lucky – everyone seems to be cared for equally well. Top-quality attentive team that care for your kids as if they are their own.

The team were so fantastic with her, it made a difficult situation easy as it was clear that my daughter was comfortable and cheerful to see the team. The team were really supportive and understanding for us as parents too.
The team are consistently really welcoming and well‑informed about the day – from what she’s eaten to how long she’s slept to whether she’s been grumpy or had a dance! I’ve seen her walking come on loads and her social skills have been excellent! She is also sleeping much better through the night which is priceless!
In terms of Covid, we have been getting regular written updates of any updates. The team clearly take the situation seriously with PPE and social distancing. It has been so reassuring to know we are in secure hands. I’ve been so impressed and would suggest to any of my friends or family. My little girl started childcare centre in August 2020, so we weren’t able to settle her in the room and had to drop her at the door.

Everyone is so supportive and had overcome so much with the Covid crisis to ensure the kids aren’t affected.
Our son is 3 and loves it there, he is very cheerful. Loves the team and all the activities. We adore the childcare centre and the team so much.

He is very cheerful and I am cheerful with the care and education he receives. His key person is a qualified teacher, so I am assured he is discovering lots in preparation for preschool. He has made lots of friends and I get regular updates on the family app. My son attends the childcare centre and is currently in the Toddler 2 room.

In that time she has settled in well, made lots of friends and really enjoys her days at Childcare centre. The team are compassionate, patient and attentive. I would highly suggest this Childcare centre. My Daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Didsbury for almost a year.

Transitions between rooms are well managed. The app is really useful to keep an eye on the little one during the day. Our little one is consistently cheerful to go in the morning and cheerful when we pick her up. Welcoming team.

All the team know all the kids and they are compassionate, attentive and I sense confident knowing they will come home cheerful every day. They think of all sorts of interesting activities for the kids to take part in. We have loads of self‑assurance in the management, particularly the manager, who is incredible. They are super flexible and we’ve consistently been able to pick up an extra day if we need one on top of our regular pattern. They have a excellent app, where they share pictures and updates about the kids discovering too. The kids spend lots of time outside in their garden and they’ve recently planted flowers in wellies. If there’s one thing I’d make even better about the childcare centre it would be to make the outdoor space a bit less astroturf and a bit more mud-filled, but it’s a very minor complaint and I’d suggest it to anyone. Our kids adore attending Bright Horizons.

We are so impressed with the standard of care and education our kids are continuing to receive despite the current circumstances. We adore that they learn Spanish and are encouraged to learn and playtime in a secure setting. We’ve been using the childcare centre for 3 years and currently use the baby 2 room and preschool.

My three-year-old was in one of the toddler rooms and is now in pre-school, and my baby is due to start soon. Quite aside from the high standard of the building and facilities (especially the outside space), Bright Horizons Didsbury is noteworthy for its exceptional team and management. Having experienced two other nurseries, I can safely say that this one stands out not only in terms of the levels of care provided but also the levels of professionalism. My kid is thriving and cheerful in this setting, and I never have concerns about leaving him. It’s worth noting that all team that I have encountered across both rooms are outstanding. The standard of discovering and development is exceptional, and it is a real bonus to have a toddler who can now speak better Spanish than me. Communications are first rate and management are incredibly responsive. There are, of course, cheaper nurseries but Bright Horizons Didsbury is worth every penny and then some. I could not be happier with Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Childcare centre.

The team are so dedicated, positive and approachable and my daughter is so cheerful attending 3 days a week.
I really sense her childcare centre and preschool journey has increased her self‑assurance and her abilities and I sense that she will be extremely well prepared for starting school this year.
I adore that she learns Spanish whilst there and have nothing negative to say about her time there. My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Didsbury since she was 1 year old, she is now 4.

All the team from his key worker to the childcare centre manager are invested in him and his journey. Every kid is different and they treat each kid as an individual and invest in their development. They work with us, as his parents, on areas of further development and encouragement. My son’s time so far at Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Childcare centre and Preschool has been full of enjoyable and laughs. Seeing his face light up each morning and run into his room to meet his friends is heart warming and we know we’ve made the right decision choosing Bright Horizons Didsbury Day Childcare centre and Preschool. Our son has been attending for over a year now, starting in Baby Two and now in Toddler One.

The commitment and professionalism is outstanding. The team at the Didsbury branch is very passionate about what they do with the highest level of engagement in the kids’s development. We couldn’t be happier at Bright Horizons.

She has an incredible relationship with her key worker as well as all the other team in the childcare centre. I get excellent updates from the team about what she has been up to as well as a comprehensive report about her development.
The childcare centre has gone over and above to help us with potty training, and we wouldn’t have got to where we have without their involvement.
Highly suggest. My daughter loves Bright Horizons Didsbury.

All the team are so welcoming. More specifically throughout the pandemic, they have been outstanding in their assistance for parents, kids and their resilience. They must have acted with the utmost level of caution and cleanliness as minimal disruption or covid cases. Yet keeping a welcoming and social setting for kids to help with some level of normality in these awful times. Along with the updates and understanding emotionally and financially for parents. We can’t thank you enough. Our son has been attending this childcare centre since about 6 months old and every stage has been remarkable and he loves it.

Lovely team, very nice facilities and a wide range of food options. Everyone is very cheerful, attentive, and expert. Cheerful Son, cheerful Mum. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone, without any doubt.

I was concerned that being a late starter at childcare centre (and an only kid), would have a negative impact on his personal and social skills, but the childcare centre and team have been fantastic at helping him to settle in and flourish. The team are inviting and attentive and are supportive of all the kids and any concerns the parents may have. I adore that they have some outdoor space to run around in and the app is excellent for keeping parents and guardians updated with their kid’s activities and schedule. It’s a excellent childcare centre and we’re hoping to increase our son’s number of days there, in the near future. Our son started at Bright Horizons when he was 2.5 years old.

She has consistently been cheerful there making friends and loving the team and all the activities. She came on so much at the pre-school even came home speaking Spanish. The food has consistently been outstanding and my daughter eats a wide variety of food. My son will be starting in February, I wouldn’t dream of sending him anywhere else. My daughter attended Bright Horizons from age 1 through to pre-school.
