Ladybird Private Day Nursery, Folly Brook House

My daughter has been so cheerful there and she’s so supported and loved by the team. During every transition either starting childcare centre or moving rooms they’ve consistently put her interests first and gone at a pace that suited her. She’s loved every room she’s been in from baby room, tweenies, toddlers and now pre-school and has formed such lovely bonds with the team. Her self‑assurance improves with every room she moves into. I am so cheerful that I can drop her off each day knowing that she’s secure, thriving and cheerful – what more could you ask for! I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

It is small enough to given continuity and familiarity to the kids, but large enough to give lots of variety. Team are attentive, welcoming and reliable. We have used this childcare centre for many years for our kids, and have consistently been very cheerful with the care from Ladybird Childcare centre.

Our kid loves it here, she’s consistently so cheerful. The team are exceptional, and our daughter loves coming to childcare centre. She has just moved up a class, and thank you to the lady who has looked after her since she started. We honestly made the best decision by sending her here. We adore looking through her diary, and we adore how much they do with her. She has been on day trips and for walks, and she loves it, and we adore seeing her photos.
We are consistently kept up to date with everything, and we sense cheerful knowing our little girl is cheerful.
She loves the new manager, he is lovely, consistently cheerful and approachable, and she loves it when he comes to the door to collect her and take her in.
We are consistently so impressed with how spotless she comes home as well, even though she’s been doing activities. All the team are so welcoming, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They put so much effort into kids’s development and I only wish we’d sent our son to this childcare centre sooner! Our son has been attending this childcare centre since January 2023 and he couldn’t have settled in any easier.

When I pick her up I consistently get feedback from the team on how her day was and I can’t thank them enough for the way they look after her. Wish more nurseries were like this. My daughter goes to this childcare centre and since the first day I knew it was the right place for her to go, she’s consistently so cheerful.

Everytime we pick her up she is so cheerful and upbeat, you can instantly tell she’s had a really great day. She gets excited when we pull up to childcare centre now and she has no hesitation in going with the team. The team are incredible and really attentive. Everytime there has been a concern on my daughters health (persistent coughs, teething issues, ect) they do not hesitate to get in contact to update us how she has been in childcare centre. We receive a book everyday that tells us every nappy change, what she’s ate, how much, and what activities she has done that day. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough to anyone. As a first time mum, you never know what to expect when your entrusting someone else to look after your kid, but I know my daughter is secure and well looked after and she has the best days there. My daughter started this childcare centre in May 2022, and watching her thrive since has been truly incredible.

One of the reasons we chose it was because of how welcoming and welcoming the team were when we visited. This is still the case. Team have been excellent with him, he’s a sensitive soul but they helped him transition between rooms and have been really supportive with relaying messages home. His days seem well structured and he is consistently reluctant to leave at the end of the day, which I take as a positive. He loves it here and I’m so glad we chose this childcare centre. My son has been attending this childcare centre for around 8 months now.

We were a little nervous about finding the right childcare centre for her after our expectations were set high from her old childcare centre. We were recommended Ladybird Follybrook from friends whose kids had attended and we are so cheerful with our choice.
The team are absolutely exceptional and we sense very confident and cheerful leaving our daughter in their care.
They take the time to understand the kids’s needs and assistance in discovering journeys you are currently facing such as potty training.
Our daughter loves telling us all about the exciting things she has done during the day and constantly tells us how much she loves the team.
We couldn’t ask for a better place to send her. My daughter started here in January after her previous childcare centre closed down.

My daughter absolutely loves all the team in Preschool. She was scared and had trust issues from previous journey, but has settled in very well and now loves it there. Never had any issues. Everything is outstanding. An incredible childcare centre, team are incredible.

The whole team have been exceptional with her and us, from our first visit to now. They genuinely care about my daughter and are so enthusiastic about her development. They have been very supportive when we have needed to make changes to her schedule at short notice and have taken excellent care of her when she’s been feeling a little off colour. The activities, food and trips out are well thought of and we adore the daily updates we get in my daughter’s purple book. Four members of team to name a few, are fantastic and we can’t say enough excellent things about the childcare centre and the team. We’re so lucky that our daughter is able to learn and grow here. My daughter has been at the childcare centre since January 2022 and absolutely loves it.
