My daughter and I love this nursery, she’s always happy to go there in the mornings. She has learnt a lot over the past months. Nursery teachers and managers are very easy to talk to and always pleasant toward us and others.

At first, I thought a nursery with a cheaper fee would have lower quality of service compared to the expensive ones, but I was wrong. Holyrood Nursery Salford is totally a wonderful nursery. The staffs are really professional and always try to deliver the best that they can. They are also flexible in terms of managing the slots which my wife finds it is really helpful especially when she is a postgraduate student and sometimes her timetable has to change depending on her supervisor’s availability.
In short, I would really recommend Holyrood Nursery Salford. Excellent staffs, affordable fees, couldn’t be better. Thanks Holyrood!

My son has been at this nursery for almost a year now. The staff have been fantastic with him. There is nothing too big or too small for them. I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are fantastic.

Our son is extremely happy at nursery. We can see a huge difference in his development. Staff engage so well with him and make such an effort to engage with him, and with us. He eats well. Staff are supportive, but encourage him to do things for himself too.

Our daughter started Holyrood when she was 6 months old. Starting in the baby room, all the girls made this change for us really easy and we were confident knowing that our daughter was being looked after by attentive and caring people. Since moving up the room she has grown so much and really loves going to nursery. I can’t thank everyone enough for how she is looked after especially her key worker who is great!
    Thanks guys!

My son has been at Holyrood since March when he was nine months old and like most new mothers I was extremely nervous about leaving him in nursery full time and going back to work. There really was no need to worry, the staff at Holyrood made both myself and my son feel welcome and comfortable from our first visit. The girls in the baby room are amazing (as well as all the other staff). My son used to get upset when I first started leaving him to go back to work but the girls always reassured me and they were available if I wanted to call and check how he was doing. My son now strolls into nursery very happy every morning and waves me off, he does so many fun activities which are always documented for me to see and he has come on so much since starting at nursery and I really feel a lot of it is down to the girl’s hard work. I can’t recommend this nursery enough.

The staff and management are friendly, caring and professional. My child speaks very fondly of them when at home. They provide a high standard of care. My little girl is always happy and chatting about her day when picked up. I can not fault this nursery in any way. My child loves it and I feel totally at ease leaving her in the care of the staff there. When choosing a nursery, we went and looked at several other nurseries, and I’m so glad we picked Holyrood Salford. I love it, and so does my daughter.

Our son attended this nursery from April 2019 to September 2020. We have relocated hence why he no longer attends Holyrood Salford. We can’t speak highly enough of all the staff here. Our son loved every minute of his time here and continues to talk about his friends from Holyrood (children and staff). Every member of staff is friendly and caring and always greeted us and our child with a smile. Our son has developed so much since attending Holyrood, and we have nothing but praise for them. Holyrood plans lots of different activities for the children and encourages lots of time outside. Thank you all so much!

Our son has been at the nursery for nearly 18-months. During this time, all of the staff have been huge support where he has struggled with confidence, by going above and beyond supporting him emotionally, working through such a challenging time for everyone. The staff have been really good with updates with daily sheets and pictures (until the tables sadly got stolen). We would highly recommend Holyrood Nursery to look after, develop and create a fun environment for all children.

My daughter loves going to this nursery she can’t wait to tell me what she has been doing. She loves her pre-school teachers and they do a lot of activities to prepare her for big school. The nursery is very well organised and the new manager is brilliant with the children and parents. A very welcoming place for my daughter. Highly recommended nursery!

I don’t have enough words to praise the staff and the new manager. Everything changed for good since she join the nursery and we love it. Kids have so many nice activities and when I discuss this with other mums who have their kids in a different nursery they are impressed. Communication is great, the newsletter is such a great idea and we simply love all the staff members, their positive attitude and the detailed feedback we get when we pick up our girls!
Everyone is doing a great job!

My eldest son has been at Holyrood for nearly 2 years and he loves it here! His development has been encouraged and supported, he loves all his carers (he has a weekly rotation of favourites!) and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Inside has lots of learning and play areas and they have a huge outdoor garden with lots of sections.
We call Holyrood our son’s home away from home, they are like a big family and we can’t wait for our youngest to join soon.
    Highly recommend.

My son has been attending Holyrood Nursery Salford now for 6 weeks. I was so anxious to leave him after returning to work from my maternity leave, however the girls in the baby room made this so easy for me. They were so friendly, welcoming and most importantly for a parent, caring. I can’t thank them enough for helping him settle. He loves coming. Watching his face light up when I bring him in is just everything and just proves how much he loves you all. Thank you all so much.

The staff are all amazing and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. My son is very attached to me, but he always loves coming to nursery. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they do.

My son started here in April 2023 and has loved every minute as if he has been here forever! The staff have been so patient and lovely towards him and myself since his first day and have helped him settle in really well. It’s such a lovely environment and all of the staff are lovely, you can see that they really care about the children x

My child has been attending nursery since around 9 months old and nearly 3 now. All staff are warm, helpful and my child is very close to a few members of staff. They’ve made friends and often talk about them. When first started we got feedback on paper form daily about what activities they did, what they ate and anything else, this then went electronic and it is no longer updated which is very disappointing as on pick up it can be extremely busy and don’t get time to get the feedback from staff. I’d love to know what they are learning and participating in. The outside space is fabulous and large with lots of activities. Meal times sound healthy and varied. Recently aware that TV is watched which I was never aware of – unsure if this is a norm in nurseries. Overall my child is happy with the nursery and developing well. Could be amazing if returned to giving more feedback and no TV/screen time.

The nursery staff are lovely and friendly but they are not doing enough. I had to stop nursery for my baby after attending the nursery for 3 months.
She was not properly looked after, on one occasion she ate lots of sand in the nursery, so much that there was a lot of sand in her stool/diaper. Also, they took down the picture from the Nursery App of her sitting in the sand tray that day.
Secondly, sometimes when we come to pick her up in the evening there would be dry catarrh on upper lip and nostrils. Indicating that her running nose was not cleaned.
Also, if my baby refuses to eat a meal they keep it in the fridge and try to offer her the food again. I have told them several times to offer the baby her milk instead if she doesn’t want to eat the available meal but I wasn’t been listened to.
The manager is nice but if your baby is a picky eater I would not recommend this nursery and they need to employ more staff to properly observe the babies.
