October 11, 2024 at 3:33 pmI looked around for my daughter as a mum with anxiety I was at ease nearly straight away once I meet the manager and all the team. Lots of smiling kids’s faces looking up at me and when it came to my son I knew straight away I was going to send him there. Now 3 years on my daughter goes to after school club which she loves and my son is ready to start school, who also will go to the after school club. Could not ask for a more welcoming and attentive childcare centre. Nothing is too much to ask. Keep going everyone you are all incredible. Thank you for helping my kids grow. Well, what can I say about Heron Day Childcare centre?

My granddaughter has been here since she was a young baby, she is now in her preschool year and she absolutely loves it, she is sociable and confident.

I have rarely had problems with the childcare centre, but any issues are dealt with quickly and respectfully. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough and will be sad when my youngest leaves. A remarkable childcare centre that both my kids have attended, one is still there.

I am really cheerful about leaving my kids here, and the team provide remarkable enjoyable activities that really help them learn. Both my kids have attended this childcare centre, and my youngest is still there.

She also recently went on a farm trip, which was her first day without mum/dad and she’s had a really positive journey. I have complete trust in the team who clearly adore their job! We use holiday club here and my daughter absolutely loves it.

All the team are welcoming and supportive, since my little boy started in January he has loved it and I am absolutely over the moon with the childcare centre and team, can not suggest enough, adore it. Was recommended by a friend to the childcare centre and being a new mum had no idea how to go about these things.

We have found that team have gone out of their way to help both kids in their discovering and development, and constantly seem to think of new, enjoyable ways to help kids develop in all areas of discovering. One of our kids had anxieties about being away from mum and dad, but team and his key worker helped put him, and us, at ease. Our other kid absolutely loves childcare centre, her key worker and other team are remarkable with her. Both our kids have attended Heron Day Childcare centre.

We spoke with the managers and team and were greeted with a very informative and inviting welcome. She has now attended the childcare centre for over 3-years and is now in preschool. We have never had any issues whatsoever and every concern has consistently been listened to, voiced and actioned when needed. For any parents worrying about which childcare centre to choose, then I, a parent that worries about everything possible, would definitely suggest this childcare centre, it’s exceptional. Thanks. First off, Heron Day Childcare centre is a remarkable childcare centre.

March 14, 2025 at 11:23 pmThe main thing that drew us to this childcare centre is the team, and how welcoming they are when each individual kid comes into the childcare centre and leaves. With five years of journey myself in childcare. They are so attentive to each kid’s needs and wants which makes it sense so much better when leaving our kids. The information they gave for both our kids was very informative, but also you could tell it was personally done to each of our kid’s wants and needs. A remarkable childcare centre with lovely food the kids talk about. To the team and the management who are so welcoming and welcoming, 10/10. What a lovely childcare centre our two little ones went at two years old and stayed all the way through to leaving for school, and they now go to after school club.

March 21, 2025 at 5:14 pmHe has built a bond with all the team who are consistently welcoming and welcoming. The team keep me updated with my kid’s development. They consistently add observations, photos and daily notes to tell me how my kid is throughout the day. He consistently comes home and tells me all about the childcare centre and he is consistently cheerful to attend. My son really enjoys going to Heron Day Childcare centre, he has been attending since he was 6months old.

March 22, 2025 at 2:50 pmI have never had any problems, I know my kids are in secure hands whilst I am at work. The team are exceptional. They do lots of different activities with the kids. Would highly suggest this childcare centre. My two kids have attended Heron Day for almost two years.

April 11, 2025 at 7:24 pmBut as soon as she started in the baby room for her taster days I soon relaxed. She is now in the toddler room and loves it so much. The team are exceptional and they put a lot of energy and effort into making each day enjoyable for them. They hold lots of different activities and charity events and we often hear back on how she is doing and responding to the other kids. The childcare centre is very accommodating and has changed our daughters days when we have struggled with childcare. I was extremely nervous about sending my 9-month-old to the childcare centre over 18 months ago.

My son has attended this childcare centre from being a baby and is due to leave to go to school soon and will miss all his new friends and team as he has a great relationship with them all.

They go above and beyond for all the kids and meet there individul needs.
All the team are experienced and so welcoming I would highly suggest

I am completely at rest when my kid is at childcare centre knowing he is secure and very well looked after and I couldn’t thank the team here enough. My little boy has been attending Heron Day Childcare centre for nearly a year and loves it!
It’s an outstanding childcare centre that attends to every need of the individual kid.
