November 16, 2024 at 11:39 amHer key worker and other team within preschool continue to stretch her to her best ability and ensure she is progressing in all aspects. Updates home is outstanding when addressing issues, observations and events, they are all relayed home quickly via the app and also reiterated on hand over at the end of the day. The facilities and resources are outstanding and I sense as a parent that the team could not provide better care for my kid and they thrive in their work which reflects in the kids. Since my daughter has started Launchpad Preschool in November the care and attention given to her is very attentive and nurturing.

January 10, 2025 at 6:38 amTeam go above and beyond for the kids here. My son has built some excellent relationships with both the team and the kids he looks forward to going in every day. At first, I was worried about how he was going to cope at preschool as he struggled so much socially but since starting here he developed not only his social skills but his self‑assurance skyrocketed. One of the main things I like about this childcare centre is that the kids have activities planned for them every week. Every week, they have a music man who comes in to teach them music, and they also have dance, which my son really enjoys. Can not fault this childcare centre.

January 23, 2025 at 11:39 amThe team are really welcoming. I have never had any issues during my son’s time there and hoping my other son will be able to attend My son loves the childcare centre and consistently comes home really cheerful and tells me all the enjoyable things he has done.

January 26, 2025 at 1:32 pmThe team are fantastic; inviting, supportive, polite and they seem to really delight in their job. The childcare centre has a fantastic atmosphere with lots of toys and books etc. My son is autistic with limited updates and a developmental delay and they’re supporting him brilliantly, he loves his time with them and they’re really helping his self‑assurance grow. My eldest son went to Space Station and had such a fantastic time there that as soon as my youngest got his 15 hours I went straight to Launchpad Pre-school.

February 8, 2025 at 12:02 pmMy kid started end of November and in a matter of 4 weeks he has come on so much. They were patient with him, as he took a lot longer to settle but they are all inviting and welcoming to every individual. Honestly, I have picked the best childcare centre for my kid. They update the Famly app so you know about naps and what your kid’s eaten also get verbal updates at the end of the day when you pick up. He consistently talks about team and what he has been doing and he seems so cheerful here. So thank you all at Launchpad. Can’t thank the management and team at this childcare centre enough.

March 18, 2025 at 1:02 amHe has additional needs so that made it even harder to pick a childcare centre for him. Launchpad have made it so welcoming and I couldn’t be happier with the way they care for him and meet all his needs. He loves coming and loves his key worker. He has a excellent bond with all the team and they all have so much time for his little chats. They go above and beyond to make sure he is cheerful while there.
I would suggest launchpad to anyone. My son has attended Launchpad since September.

March 31, 2025 at 5:03 pmHe is fully toilet trained and is thriving. He loves all the team and has made friends. He has settled in perfectly and enjoys coming. I couldn’t be happier. Since my kid has started here he has come on so much.

July 6, 2025 at 7:05 amMy son started here at the space station doing 15 hours when he was 2 – now he’s just turned 4 and is doing the full 30 hours and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better setting for him. All team members are expert and polite. A year ago I was worried about his speech that’s perfect now through the help of the childcare centre. Down to the food is outstanding healthy options. During the day you can request how they are through an app, with all updates on what he’s been up to and what he’s eaten, also observations are made by the kid-specific key worker, also feedback when you collect your kid at hand over. Managers are outstanding when you need help with anything. My son also has conditions, since he’s been there it’s all been looked after in the correct way with no issues. I could go on and on about this childcare centre. I couldn’t fault them and I’m so glad I chose him to go here. They are all real living angels thank you all so so much! Absolutely no more words than incredible.
