Overall outstanding journey, my kid enjoys coming to childcare centre, team and rooms are the best in the area and I sense reassured by the app information and pictures and I’m sure he’s having a excellent time while I’m at work.

The team helped our daughter settle in really well when she first went in during the lockdown and despite the fact we could not go in for a visit due to Covid restrictions, there was a sense of calm that she was in the right place. The setting is spotless and lots for kids to explore and structured discovering. The family app is excellent, as it lets me check on her during the day. Our daughter enjoys going into childcare centre.

November 4, 2024 at 4:36 pmWe really value the honesty of the team in letting us know his development and explaining how settled he is. They have been extremely supportive in helping us manage his dairy requirements, which have been a bit of a roller-coaster! I adore peaking through the window when picking him up to see how much he’s enjoying it and how attentive the team are with him. The most important thing to us is that he is shown adore and care at childcare centre, and we couldn’t ask for any more from his key worker and all employees in the baby room. A big thank you! We are so pleased with the development that our son has made in the 6 weeks since starting childcare centre.

They go above and beyond to think of innovative and engaging activities for the kids, assistance their development, and are consistently tirelessly compassionate. My eldest started at the childcare centre during the pandemic, and because of lockdown she hadn’t been held by anyone but me and my husband for most of her life but the team were so lovely with her that she settled really well and we felt completely reassured about leaving her. I currently have two kids at the childcare centre, in the baby room and preschool and I can’t speak highly enough about it.

January 26, 2025 at 11:45 pmWe started him at Bright Horizons Sale Day Childcare centre in January and he has settled in really well. He is doing better than any of us could have hoped. The team are excellent with him and are proactive in meeting his needs. He enjoys going to childcare centre now and his social skills are really improving compared to how he was before. I’m pleased we made the decision to try Bright Horizons. My son had been to another childcare centre prior that he didn’t settle into.

I have been at a previous childcare centre where team turnover was high and the complete opposite is true here. My eldest has also been through the childcare centre and now 3 years on the same people are looking after my youngest. The food is outstanding, they have an outstanding discovering setting and are constantly stimulated in educational playtime/activities. The thing that really stands out is how much they really care for the kids. Recently a member of team who had their coat on and was in reception on her way home noted my son (who is potty training) needed the loo. Without a request or hesitation she dropped her bags, picked him took him. This is indicative of the type of people they have working there. They adore the kids, they care for them and as a mother it gives you complete comfort and self‑assurance in them. I couldn’t rate this childcare centre high enough.

February 4, 2025 at 6:35 amAll the team are welcoming and attentive and they have clearly built a great relationship with my daughter. I sense comfortable dropping her off and consistently sense as if she’s in a secure place and in great hands. My daughter’s vocabulary and motor skills have developed fabulously since joining the childcare centre which is fantastic to see. I would be cheerful to suggest Bright Horizons to anyone who’s looking for a childcare centre. My little Girl recently joined Bright Horizons and she absolutely loves it!

February 8, 2025 at 4:45 pmThe approach to the kids’s care and welfare is really collaborative and parents and team can talk to each other easily. The app is excellent so you can communicate with both the managers and the team who work in the kid’s room.
The team consistently have lots of enjoyable activities for the kids and my sons discovering comes on so well with the team’s hard work. And there is definitely a feeling that all the team genuinely really like all of the kids and the managers seem to know the name of each and every kid!
They were (and are) excellent during Covid, clearly communicating with parents as things would change and develop, and keeping all the kids well and cheerful.
A really lovely childcare centre! My son loves going to Bright Horizons Sale.

April 1, 2025 at 4:06 pmShe really enjoys her days at childcare centre, she comes home and talks with such enthusiasm about all the enjoyable things she’s done all day. The childcare centre team have been extra attentive and attentive to my daughter who struggles to walk as well as her peers, making sure that she is able to participate in activities that others may take for granted. I’m thankful for the guidance they give her so she can keep up with her peers. I am consistently recommending the childcare centre to people when they enquire about childcare centre places for their own kids. She’s consistently been well looked after whether it be the baby, toddler or preschool room. The team are really approachable and welcoming and you know they will look after your kid. My daughter has been attending Sale Bright Horizons for over two years now.

Honestly would suggest this childcare centre to anyone, especially if your kid hasn’t been able to settle elsewhere. We decided to try our daughter in this particular childcare centre after her previously not taking to 2/3 other childcare centre’s at all.

The activities are varied, the food variety is great, and they communicate regularly and clearly to you about the care of your kid. Big thumbs up from us! The childcare centre team are compassionate, welcoming and really excellent at what they do.

They have so many creative activities and updates is great via their app. I have had an outstanding journey at Bright Horizons Sale Day Childcare centre.

The building provides a nice, bright and spotless setting and there is a great outdoor space. It’s easy to get in touch with admin team who are consistently welcoming and supportive. The introduction of the app has made a big difference, it’s excellent to have an update and see photos during the day and also receive messages about things happening at the childcare centre. Our journey at Bright Horizons Sale Day Childcare centre and Preschool has been really positive.

Our kid has progressed from baby room to toddlers and will stay here for pre-school. The team are extremely engaged and outstanding kid care and progressing development is clearly the highest priority.

June 15, 2025 at 9:20 pmMy daughter started Bright Horizons (sale) in October this year, and I cannot believe how much she has developed, including her speech.
She is so cheerful here, and I was a bit apprehensive about moving her to a new childcare centre, but we had to due to a house move, and it was the best thing we ever did.
The variety of activities they do for the kids is remarkable, and my little girl is constantly discovering through playtime. The team who look after her are absolutely remarkable, and my daughter feels so comfortable with them, and I find all the team are very approachable.
Also to mention the food she has at childcare centre is exceptional, very nutritional, plenty of fruit and veg, so a big thank you to the chefs too. I adore the information sheet that she comes home with to say what she has done throughout the day and the things she has been discovering that day.
I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone who is looking! This childcare centre was recommended to me by my new neighbour as we were new to the area.

July 7, 2025 at 8:54 pmOur daughter is consistently coming back home cheerful and shares with us what they do and she is improving day by day.
We can tell there’s a structure behind her knowledge and she is very much ready to start school, also thanks to the daily commitment of the team.
The only thing we missed was having an app to watch videos and pictures taken daily, but it seems it’ll be implemented soon!
I would definitely suggest this childcare centre! We moved from another childcare centre and despite we couldn’t visit the childcare centre itself and speak to the team directly due to covid, we felt it was the right setting for our daughter.
We’re very proud of what they are doing in terms of playtime and the things they learn.
