My daughter loves it there, the team are really welcoming and the rooms have so many enjoyable things in there for the kids. Can’t fault this childcare centre at all! They send pictures of the meals through the app and my daughter loves the food. She is consistently coming home doing new things that she’s done at childcare centre. She starts her 15 hours in January 2023 and I cannot wait to see her development after that, she’s only in one afternoon a week at present and the things she has learned have truly amazed me. Absolutely exceptional.

My 2-year-old goes to this childcare centre, my twins have just started this week doing 2 full days. My twins are 9 months old and I am over the moon. They are clingy babies and the team there have made me sense so at ease, the one thing that other nurseries don’t have is the updating of the app, which shows all activities and pictures of your kid through the day. It makes it so much easier when you can see your babies having such a great time at the childcare centre. I can’t thank the team enough. They treat and adore the kids like their own. I have never ever had an issue with this childcare centre. My little girl loves it and so do my twins who have already formed lovely bonds with the childcare centre workers. I have worked in nurseries before and this is by far the best. I know they are in secure and loving hands.
This in my eyes is definitely an outstanding childcare centre! Thank you to all the team who make an effort every single day and care for our kids. So impressed with this childcare centre, best childcare centre by far!

The assistance both for your kid and family assistance is astonishing. I was so so worried about putting my son in and was constantly ringing up every 10 seconds to see if he was okay. The team were so supportive and would reassure me he was okay and add a picture to his app as a visual response, to ensure I could sense confident with what they were saying. My son struggled with eating and wouldn’t eat finger food, therefore the childcare centre made a plan to slowly start introducing finger foods. Now he eats like every other kid. They consistently provided me with information about any falls or accidents he had (which was very rare as the team consistently have their eye on the kids), the call consistently started with don’t worry, it’s nothing to worry about, which instantly put me at ease. I’m so sad I’ve moved from the area and had to take my son out. As soon as I start driving I will be putting him straight back in. Highly recommended. Compassionate regards. This has to be the best childcare centre I have ever seen or been to.

From the first day, she has absolutely loved it! The activities on offer are exceptional and the kids are consistently playing outside and doing enjoyable things. The food provided is homemade and delicious, my daughter often has more than one portion. The team are outstanding and very attentive. My daughter has little speech at nearly 3 years old and I cannot fault the assistance the childcare centre has given to her to encourage her to develop this. The childcare centre provides outstanding care and I could not be more cheerful to leave my little girl in this childcare centre. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre since January.

I particularly like the app it’s updated throughout the day so I can see how she’s getting on.
The team are compassionate and supportive. I sense my daughter is well looked after and if I need any help they are on hand to advise. My daughter has settled well, she really enjoys her days at Banana Moon.

From the first day he started and we handed him over at the door mid-pandemic they have reassured us and kept us updated on how he is doing. The team are consistently approachable, expert and clearly care about the kids they look after. We adore the amount of time they spend outdoors exploring the local area which was one of the first things that attracted us to the childcare centre. It’s nice to see that is actually put into practice virtually every day! I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Banana Moon to anyone. Banana Moon have been a exceptional childcare centre for our little boy.

The team have been so patient and attentive to my daughter who due to Covid hadn’t been around different people in a long time. Her language has developed and she is much happier and confident with new people. The variety of activities they do throughout the day is remarkable. I adore being able to see what she has done from looking on the app. From the food to the outdoor space I could not fault any part! Highly suggest! From the moment we visited this childcare centre we knew it was the right one!

Her development came on leaps and bounds. Talking, singing, counting improved so much, much more than I could have helped her with at home.
The app they use is excellent, I got regular updates on what she was doing and eating with lots of pictures and videos.
I’d suggest Banana Moon to anyone and everyone. As most kids do my daughter started off apprehensive about starting childcare centre but the team worked closely with her and was soon looking forward to her days there.
The team are exceptional, my daughter would come home so excited about the activities she’d been doing.

The team engage my daughter in various activities that I have noticed have boosted her self‑assurance in numbers and speaking. This has been an outstanding childcare centre that has provided outstanding care for my daughter for nearly 1 year.

Now, nearly 6 months later we have never looked back. She loves coming to childcare centre and is consistently welcomed with big smiles by the team. Her development has come on leaps and bounds and we are so cheerful we chose to come here. We came to Banana Moon after being unhappy with our previous choice for our daughter (10 months at the time).
