December 9, 2024 at 9:02 amThe building is stunning, purpose-built and so many considerations taken into account. The garden area is remarkable, with so much to do and ever-changing and developing. The care and compassion the team show are incredible and you sense as though you are part of one big family. My kids have had some health problems and again the team have accommodated and cared for them, acting appropriately and diligently. The EYFS is followed and you are regularly updated via the app and at parent’s evenings. The App the childcare centre uses is remarkable letting you upload info and pictures and is a great way to communicate with the team. My kids have come on so much and constantly amaze me with what they have learnt including greetings in a variety of languages and songs/phrases in sign language. My kids have absolutely loved their time there, they have made some excellent friends and the whole family are so sad that our Footsteps journey has come to an end. We cannot suggest footsteps enough.

December 30, 2024 at 1:18 amBoth my kids are cheerful and making development there. Both are excited to go and have made friends and are confident and cheerful. Extremely cheerful with the care provided, I need early morning starts which have been accommodated by the childcare centre.

The new building is absolutely lovely with so much for the kids to do both inside and outside. Would highly suggest. Our daughter has been at this childcare centre since she was 9 months old and she is so very cheerful there.

March 12, 2025 at 10:50 amBoth of my kids adore going to their nurseries, they both delight in the wide range of activities that are offered to them. The kids delight in trips out into the community and to the local feeder school to visit various different environments. The nurseries are multicultural, ensuring that they introduce the kids to a wide range of cultures and beliefs. All of the food that is offered to the kids is real, homemade meals.
The team are incredible. They have a very great knowledge of each kid, they communicate extremely well with both the parents and kids. They try and encourage all of the kids to undertake activities but also allow them the freedom to make their own choices.
The childcare centre never feels of crowded, there are consistently plenty of team to talk to and my kids are more than cheerful to seek out the team.
I would highly suggest these nurseries, I did look at other nurseries in the area but they seemed to be about “ticking boxes” rather than attentive for kids and getting them ready for their next big challenging -primary school. I have a kid in each of the nurseries and I sense that they are both very great.

April 11, 2025 at 7:08 amLittle one loves the new toys especially the wooden kitchen, team are welcoming, the building is spotless and very secure, management are prompt to answer any questions. Excellent childcare centre little one is very cheerful, magnificent new facilities!

July 2, 2025 at 1:25 amMy daughter was at another local childcare centre where each drop off was as painful as the last with an inconsolable little girl, a thereafter, very guilty drive to work and a huge sense of sadness as to why she was so unsettled and unhappy.
She only started Footsteps in September last year but after a week of attending this childcare centre there were no tears, there were instead big smiles, new friends (who are so compassionate- she’s already had 4 party invites!) and she now asks to go all the time. I honestly never thought I would reach this point! The team at Footsteps are so compassionate and attentive and their empathy towards my daughter and I and our past journey was incredible. Footsteps have completely changed mine and my daughter’s life. We couldn’t be happier and we couldn’t be more thankful. I only wish I had found them sooner. I can’t praise Footsteps enough for their incredible team, remarkable new building and for their ability to have changed mine and my daughter’s journey of childcare centre.
