November 1, 2024 at 5:07 amThe team are inviting and incredible, my kids have thrived there and whenever dropping them off in the morning, I walk away knowing they will be well looked after and cared for. My relationship with the childcare centre began back when it was under a different name and obviously, Kids Planet have now taken over. Although initially a few teething problems as there are when any organisation changes, these have long since been ironed out, the new manager is lovely and I honestly think Kids Planet will take it up another notch. I see this in some of the new things they are implementing. Very cheerful overall and if I ever had a fourth I would send them there too. All three of my kids have been through the childcare centre and I absolutely adore it.

December 30, 2024 at 12:45 pmMy daughter loves the place. She has developed so much since joining, particularly her updates. Staff are all very welcoming, and the childcare centre is consistently incredibly flexible and accommodating changes at short notice. Brilliant childcare centre.

January 22, 2025 at 11:05 amShe spent most of her time in lockdowns and hadn’t attended any baby groups. She settled so well due to the team that for the kids. The team are welcoming and welcoming and nothing seems like too much trouble. Staff in the baby room do an incredible job and it has made leaving our little girl easier than we thought it would! We adore getting updates on the app throughout the day and she is cheerful to go in. My little girl started at Kids Planet in September.

They are fantastic with the kids, have a remarkable relationship with parents and each room/daily activities are set out to develop the kids’s curiosity and natural development. My daughter seems to adore being there and I have nothing but praise to say about the setting.

February 14, 2025 at 1:28 pmThey’ve been so supportive through the transition of starting back at full-time work and settling in of my two younger kids, which made a huge difference to us all.
Both kids have thrived at childcare centre, forming really strong bonds with team and making lovely friendships with other kids. Their diets are catered for thoroughly and this has also helped with their routine at home.
I personally credit my sanity to them during Covid and beyond, with their clear communications, outstanding policies, and general assistance and care during the first lockdown and when the kids returned to childcare centre.
I suggest Kids Planet to anyone with kids – they provide a attentive, stable, enriching setting that is an extension of our family and both my kids have absolutely thrived because of this. Kids Planet in Chester have been a part of our family for nearly 3 years when I returned to work.

He seems to have genuinely formed great relationships with the ladies and is cheerful to be passed over in the morning. We adore the app for the updates it provides us with. While I miss him greatly while I am at work, I know that he is cheerful and secure at Kids Planet which is such a relief. Keep it up! Our 10 month old baby started attending Kids Planet Chester a couple of months ago.

They made the transition so seamless and my little boy absolutely loves going to childcare centre. He has such a great bond with the girls in the room and I sense so lucky to have found him such a lovely childcare centre! Absolutely adore Kids Planet Chester.

May 2, 2025 at 11:35 amAs a parent, I don’t think we could ask for more. There are incredible facililities, extremely inviting, personable and attentive team who genuinely adore kids and remarkable provision all round.
My kid has been attending a year now and absolutely loves it there and is so well catered for. We sense the team know her very well and are very attentive. The team are consistently cheerful to chat and nothing is too much of an issue for them to sort.
We are so grateful with how flexible the childcare centre have been in accommodating extra dates/changes where possible due to mine and hubby’s chaging shift pattern. They went above and beyond when my daughter went through an upset patch being dropped off, so now she doesn’t cry at all, thanks to the team. As someone who has read a huge number of Ofsted reports due to my career in education, I know how truly remarkable it is to achieve such a glowing report. It is very impressive, huge well done to all the team. The success of this childcare centre speaks for itself.

May 3, 2025 at 12:14 pmMy little girl has only been attending since October and the care and effort that has gone into helping her settle into the new setting has been outstanding. The team were all totally understanding of the difficulties that I was concerned we might face, with her being a lockdown baby used to being at home, but the thorough settling-in process has ensured that she adapted incredibly quickly and she now loves attending the setting each week. The facilities and team are all remarkable and I can already see the development she is making, even at such a young age. I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre more! I have only the highest words of praise for the childcare centre.
