Corner House Nursery Audley Road

Townhouse is a wonderful nursery and I can say this having experienced 3 other nurseries beforehand. My son is in the toddler room and absolutely loves it. He runs in with a smile on his face which lets me know more than anything else as a parent that they are doing an excellent job. My daughter is in the baby room and she has settled in straight away. She loves the staff and all the messy play they get up to which enables them to grow in confidence all the time. The staff, compared to my previous experiences, are a pleasure to speak to and nothing is too much trouble, even when I had to change the children’s day due to a new job, they bent over backwards to fit both my children in on a new day so I wouldn’t have to change nurseries again. As my children are quite close together in age, I find it hard to get in and out with both of them and every time without exception that a member of staff has seen me struggling they have helped me. The nursery has a heart to it and I’m happy both my children will grow up there.

My son and daughter both attend Townhouse Day Nursey Audley Road. When they started, both children settled really quickly into their new setting, credit for this can only go to the staff in the toddler room, all friendly, welcoming and showing a real interest in the needs of each child. Having worked in a nursery setting myself it is clear that all the staff enjoy watching the children develop and help in their learning by providing all sorts of interesting and engaging activities. I can not thank the toddler and pre-school staff enough for the genuine care they have given my children and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I would recommend this nursery 100%. Both my children attend, with my eldest currently in pre-school and my youngest in the baby room.
The staff are excellent and I would regard them as my children’s extended family. Both my children have flourished since attending Townhouse, with the range of activities and learning opportunities offered being outstanding.

The care and attention that the staff give to the children is excellent, and both my children are very happy, that happy that some days I struggle to convince them to come home!
The links the nursery have with the community are also excellent and my son has spent many happy days at the local train station, duck pond, and library.
The meals at the nursery are fantastic, and the wide range of foods my children have tried is great, which has certainly helped broaden their diets at home.

I really could not recommend a better nursery and I am so thankful for all they do for my children.

Staff are friendly and do everything they can to help support and develop the child. They treat each child as their own and take personal responsibility of the child and their needs

I’ve currently got 2 children at Townhouse, both starting their time here in the baby room. Each room has a wonderful atmosphere and both of my girls have blossomed. All of the staff are great with the children and go out of their way to ensure parents are involved and part of their journey. We particularly love the vast range of subjects each room concentrates on, from typical curriculum-based activities to celebrating Chinese New Year, creating volcanoes and making Ice cream! They ensure involvement in the community and put on some great events for all of the family to enjoy. As a parent, we also have the use of 2 apps which keep us updated on important letters/dates and another which gives us updates with photos and videos of what they’ve been up to! This really is a fantastic nursery.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are exceptional in the care nurture and love that they provide. The food is excellent. My son is excited to go to Town House and talks about the nursery, the staff and his friends when not there. This really is a home from home with the utmost love and care provided.

Our son joined the baby room at 7-months-old full time, and in the past 2+ years, he has been shown nothing but love, care, support and attention. He is developing into a caring and considerate toddler who interacts with his peers well, and I feel strongly that a lot of this is down to the wonderful staff at this nursery. The range of activities is wonderful, and things you simply couldn’t offer yourself at home! Food is excellent with a brilliant range and variety of dishes to get young tastebuds exploring new cuisines. We have been very happy with how every child is treated as an individual, and activities and approach are tailored to what your child needs at that time. We will look back on our time at Townhouse very fondly and cannot thank all the amazing staff enough. A place where they can develop and thrive in a nurturing environment.

The nursery is brilliant. All staff are friendly, helpful and committed to making the experience fun for the children while also helping them develop their full potential. My son suffers from allergies and the communication and understanding surrounding this has always been great from the very beginning.

My son started Townhouse Private Day Nursery just after his 3rd birthday and what I can say, his development has been astonishing. His language has grown and he loves attending the setting with friends that he has made. The staff here are amazing and go well above and beyond to provide a safe and happy environment for my little ones learning journey.
