The personal attention and one to one attention is second to none. I am consistently rushed in the morning and when dropping off my son is taken in loving cuddles and distracted to the point I now he is in secure hands and will have another enjoyable packed day. Our son loves coming to Town House, he knows all his room team my name and talks about them with much enthusiasm.

He is developing into a attentive and considerate toddler who interacts with his peers well, and I sense strongly that a lot of this is down to the fantastic team at this childcare centre. The range of activities is fantastic, and things you simply couldn’t offer yourself at home! Food is outstanding with a exceptional range and variety of dishes to get young tastebuds exploring new cuisines. We have been very cheerful with how every kid is treated as an individual, and activities and approach are tailored to what your kid needs at that time. We will look back on our time at Townhouse very fondly and cannot thank all the incredible team enough. A place where they can develop and thrive in a nurturing setting. Our son joined the baby room at 7-months-old full time, and in the past 2+ years, he has been shown nothing but adore, care, assistance and attention.

His language has grown and he loves attending the setting with friends that he has made. The team here are incredible and go well above and beyond to provide a secure and cheerful setting for my little ones discovering journey. My son started Townhouse Private Day Nursery just after his 3rd birthday and what I can say, his development has been astonishing.

The team are exceptional in the care nurture and adore that they provide. The food is outstanding. My son is excited to go to Town House and talks about the childcare centre, the team and his friends when not there. This really is a home from home with the utmost adore and care provided. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

Even during lockdown, they have created some exceptional experiences for the kids such as having farm animals, ice cream vans and even their own football tournament! Always thinking outside of the box for the best experiences for the kids and their families, we wouldn’t dream of sending our kids anywhere else. We absolutely adore Townhouse Private Day Nursery, they are so accommodating to all needs, team are approachable and our girls adore going.

Each room has a fantastic atmosphere and both of my girls have blossomed. All of the team are excellent with the kids and go out of their way to ensure parents are involved and part of their journey. We particularly adore the vast range of subjects each room concentrates on, from typical curriculum-based activities to celebrating Chinese New Year, creating volcanoes and making Ice cream! They ensure involvement in the community and put on some excellent events for all of the family to delight in. As a parent, we also have the use of 2 apps which keep us updated on important letters/dates and another which gives us updates with photos and videos of what they’ve been up to! This really is a remarkable childcare centre. I’ve currently got 2 kids at Townhouse, both starting their time here in the baby room.

Both my kids attend, with my eldest currently in pre-school and my youngest in the baby room.
The team are outstanding and I would regard them as my kids’s extended family. Both my kids have flourished since attending Townhouse, with the range of activities and discovering opportunities offered being outstanding.

The care and attention that the team give to the kids is outstanding, and both my kids are very cheerful, that cheerful that some days I struggle to convince them to come home!
The links the childcare centre have with the community are also outstanding and my son has spent many cheerful days at the local train station, duck pond, and library.
The meals at the childcare centre are remarkable, and the wide range of foods my kids have tried is excellent, which has certainly helped broaden their diets at home.

I really could not suggest a better childcare centre and I am so thankful for all they do for my kids. I would suggest this childcare centre 100%.

It has made life so much easier when returning to work. My little boy has settled in so well, the team there are excellent with him.

My son is in the toddler room and absolutely loves it. He runs in with a smile on his face which lets me know more than anything else as a parent that they are doing an outstanding job. My daughter is in the baby room and she has settled in straight away. She loves the team and all the messy playtime they get up to which enables them to grow in self‑assurance all the time. The team, compared to my previous experiences, are a pleasure to speak to and nothing is too much trouble, even when I had to change the kids’s day due to a new job, they bent over backwards to fit both my kids in on a new day so I wouldn’t have to change nurseries again. As my kids are quite close together in age, I find it hard to get in and out with both of them and every time without exception that a member of team has seen me struggling they have helped me. The childcare centre has a heart to it and I’m cheerful both my kids will grow up there. Townhouse is a fantastic childcare centre and I can say this having experienced 3 other nurseries beforehand.

They do so many enjoyable and fantastic activities. My daughter started preschool in April, she has not been to childcare centre for over a year.
