May 4, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter is extremely happy and is progressing well at Busy Nought to Fives Ltd – St Nicholas House. The staff team know the children and their interests really well and ensuring that the learning stems from children’s interests. Communication between nursery and school is good and we are always aware of what is happening, the staff are friendly and approachable at all times.

May 4, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery has really helped with our daughters social interactions, confidence and general development. Our daughter loves coming to nursery and loves all the staff. We feel like we also have a great relationship with the staff, they are really helpful and we are comfortable in being able to voice any concerns to them. Would really recommend the nursery.

May 7, 2021 at 12:00 amBusy Nought to Fives Ltd – St Nicholas House has been amazing from the moment we entered the nursery for a viewing when our little boy was eight months old, to four years down the line. Every single member of staff has been incredible, they made me as an anxious parent feel confident and calm about leaving my child in their care. Nothing is ever too much hassle and the staff listen to your needs and the needs of the children. They work with you as a family to accommodate your child and help them learn and grow. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Huge shout out to one member of staff and the manager, who have been with my little boy throughout his whole nursery journey.

My little one has developed so much and is so happy at Busy Nought to Fives Ltd – St Nicholas House. I as a parent always feel listened to as well, any concerns I raise are dealt with quickly and nothing is too much trouble. Happy child equals happy mummy!

May 7, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter loves coming to nursery, she runs in to the building every week! She has a very good relationship with the staff and I know they all care for her amazingly. They staff care for the children like their own and it’s so nice to hear her talking about nursery, the activities and the staff when she comes home.

May 11, 2021 at 12:00 amThe staff are amazing, they are so caring, patient and kind with our son. He loves going into nursery and he has so much fun as well as learning with the staff, he always comes out so proud with his drawings, cards or any baking he has completed. The staff spend lots of time to understand what he wants and needs. Our son has a food allergy and all the staff were made aware when he first joined, it has never been an issue and he always has a great choice of food.

We have been using this nursery since 2017 (our oldest also had a brilliant time and perfect stepping stone to School) and standards remain as high as they were then.

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son loves his nursery, the staff are all his ‘friends’ and he can’t wait to spend time there, that should tell you everything you need to know. The staff here have my full confidence, you can tell they’re passionate about their jobs and the children they look after. I love when I pick up my son and they give a detailed summary of each part of his day, the care and attention they give is second to none, 10/10!

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amThis nursery has exceeded my expectations. My son and daughter currently attend and I love that they are both happy and content here. My son is leaving this summer for school and they have made sure he is ready for his next big step. The nursery and the staff provide a homely secure setting that allows me to relax whilst at work knowing they are both fine. I chose this nursery because when visiting I instantly felt like it was the right one. I always feel like the staff genuinely cares about each child. My son loves to come out and tell me all about his day which I love to hear. They have encouraged him to be so much more confident. My daughter is coming on amazing since she started in the baby room.

July 14, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been attending St Nicholas House for three years, three days a week, since June 2019 aged 11 months and is now in the preschool room. She loves going to nursery and is sad when it’s our day off! All the staff have been amazing. Two members of staff in particular in the baby room have fantastic knowledge and were always very supportive in the early days of settling her in as a baby. Two of the staff members in the preschool have taught her so much in preparation for school. She could hold a pencil correctly aged 3, knows the days of the week, months etc, all taught at preschool. I’ve always felt she’s been well looked after at Busy’s.

He is now two and a half years old and is speaking in full sentences. His understanding of the world and different day-to-day things is amazing! He loves attending nursery and I have nothing negative to say about the nursery or their staff!

I was nervous at first to send him to a nursery, being a first-time mum, but now I’m so glad I did. The manager and the team are amazing and keep me updated on his process and he always comes home with a big smile on his face.

July 22, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter joined Busy Nought to Fives after the lockdown when nurseries could reopen again. It was hard because we could not go inside like we did with our first child and see the room she was in etc. But this did not matter, the girls were amazing and provided fabulous handovers. We knew she was in excellent hands. They have done so much with her in preparation for school in September, compared to my son’s nursery. They have lots of fun too and she’s made lots of friends. She can write her name and she knows a lot of numbers and phonics. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

They also report what they have done, and eaten every day to you as a parent. I would really recommend this nursery.

November 3, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter attended Busy Nought to Fives, from the age of 6 months old, to preschool. Each and every staff member has had a huge mark on her development and life, overall. She loves all the staff and they always have time for her. She’s been exposed to great opportunities to learn and play. I’ve never been concerned about her whilst in the care of those at the nursery. If I could rate higher, I would!

December 19, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter attended the nursery from 2.5 years old until starting school. We had to pick the nursery during lockdown, which was difficult as we could not go inside to view the facilities, but felt confident with our choice, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered all of our questions. Our daughter loved attending the nursery and still talks about it now she is at school, hence me finally writing a review! A lot of the staff live locally and we bump into them in the shops and they are always really friendly and ask about her progress. We gradually moved away from the nursery as we wanted our daughter to attend school nursery to help her make friends ready for September and the manager was really helpful with this. Because our daughter enjoyed the nursery so much, we wanted to keep her there for some of her time. I would recommend the nursery without hesitation. The staff are so lovely and friendly and do so many fun things and our daughter made lots of academic progress too.
