Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Day Nursery and Preschool

My son constantly talks about everyone including the chief. During the pandemic I have felt very secure taking my son there allowing me to go to work with ease. I have been reassured every step of the way. I can not thank them enough. I suggest this childcare centre to whom ever I know who may be looking for kid care.
I sense very sad at the thought of my son leaving for school I will miss taking him. Bright Horizons Chester has the most incredible team.

Very attentive team. My older kid attended and my youngest is currently attending and have been very cheerful. Highly recommended. Convenient location and time of drop off and collection for my work. Excellent childcare centre.

Our daughter adores them all. We like the fact that the kids spend as much time as possible in the outside garden. Food is made at the childcare centre, which is a plus, but we think the variety of meals could be a little bit better. The childcare centre team are very welcoming and very close to the kids.

Safe setting. Experienced educators, very nice childcare centre with cheerful kids playing around. Highly recommended! All my three kids were here and all of them enjoyed it. Well balanced between playing and discovering. Very compassionate team.

She is looked after well and she comes home cheerful and healthy. I have noticed a lot of improvement in her discovering and updates since she has started the childcare centre. The team is very loving and attentive and she had no problem adjusting there. She wakes up cheerful in the morning to meet her friends and educators. I can work in peace knowing my daughter is in a great place. It has been a pleasant journey to send my daughter to Bright Horizons Nursery.

She has a big smile on her face each morning and embraces her key worker. She is so comfortable and cheerful to go to the childcare centre team. I have been really pleased with the number of special days and events at childcare centre and adore receiving pictures of my daughter smiling away doing a range of activities (baking, painting, sensory). My little boy settled in well and is consistently cheerful to go into childcare centre. The childcare centre day is structured well and keeps my little boy entertained. The menu is varied and my little boy consistently tries all the food. Lots of opportunities to playtime outside. You are kept up to date via the app and can also telephone/email with quick responses from the management. I’m cheerful with the childcare centre and would suggest to others. Staff are compassionate and welcoming, consistently cheerful to answer questions and are supportive of the kids.

I think from 11months old, all the management and lovely educators, have become like family to us both.. as I’m a single parent I know I can put my trust in the team and sense like they’re very close to us, my kid skips to childcare centre each time and hugs all the members of team. We would be lost without them… so expert, compassionate attentive, adore them all we do. My daughter who is now in preschool..

It was very difficult to leave my loved one at such a young age. By day one I knew he was in the right place. The level of care and adore he received were outstanding. It was not only my son but I noticed that all the kids being dropped off were very cheerful kids – they just loved going to the childcare centre! I had to get back to work when my son was four months old.
