Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool

I’ve never had a problem dropping him off, he is consistently cheerful to go inside! The team are very attentive towards him, but also expert. I sense like he is in secure hands and his development is taken seriously. We receive regular updates about how he is getting on and the activities he gets involved in. Overall, my son is a cheerful and confident little boy, who loves to learn and socialize, and I think his childcare centre very much meets his needs. My little boy is 20 months and has been attending Clairmont since he was 11 months old.

My daughter has received incredible care and education during her time at Clairmont. All team are invested in all of the kids and know them all as individuals. Would highly suggest. Fantastic childcare centre and preschool.

So much so, that our son has also recently started with the childcare centre. I haven’t had a moment of worry since he joined. Both of our kids are very cheerful. All members of the team are incredibly attentive and ensure the kids have enjoyable whilst they are discovering. I have been particularly impressed with how they prepare the kids for their school transition. The team clearly delight in their jobs and have a cheerful working setting. They also make your life easy as a working parent, which I know is not the norm across other nurseries! We have been consistently cheerful with Clairmont and their care of our daughter, over the last four years.

The management and team so obviously care for all of the kids and watching them interact with each other are just lovely. Both of my kids have attended Clairmont and it will consistently be the childcare centre I suggest to anyone. My daughter absolutely loves it and transitions between rooms have been managed seamlessly. The way the setting inside and outside is set out is thoughtful and inviting and I consistently sense so positive about dropping her off every morning. Her development has without a doubt thrived due to the assistance of all the team here. As an early-years specialist teacher, I am so impressed by the quality and breadth of experiences provided by the team at Clairmont.

Over the past 12 months, his development in terms of social interaction, speech and discovering under a controlled structure, has been something that, as a parent, makes me incredibly cheerful. I like seeing the updates on the app, showing the real activities the kids do. I trust the team implicitly. My son has moved rooms a few times and the process has been smooth and while we had been concerned as parents, the transition has gone well. I cannot suggest this childcare centre and its team, highly enough. My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was 1 year old.

I never worry when I drop my daughter off as I know she is well cared for. Whenever I have a question about my daughter, this is addressed. I am kept informed about her day and her development. Everyone at the childcare centre is very supportive and welcoming.

She will happily walk in to see the team and kids and get ready for breakfast. She has built some great relationships will her key people and is consistently cheerful to see them. We adore going on the app and seeing what she is doing throughout the day and all the pictures which we receive! Thank you, to the girls in the baby unit! My little girl is in baby two room and loves coming into childcare centre in the mornings.

A genuine warmth gives us comfort knowing that they take time to really get to know the personality and needs of each individual kid. Each room transition is done with care and kindness, while also providing reassurance for parents.
The app is a welcome and efficient way to communicate with team and see what your kid is up to, but is also nice to know team are at the end of the phone too!
The daily activities are consistently engaging and creative, such as ‘Glasto-baby’, Halloween patches, forest school, yoga! We really delight in the story of the month, as it’s something we can reiterate at home. We particularly appreciate the diversity that is celebrated here; Diwali, Chinese New Year, Burns Night, sparking something new to talk about each day.
Bright Horizons, Clairmont encourages independent thinkers, self‑assurance and relationship building; our daughter is thriving at Bright Horizons! The setting is beautiful, toys and equipment are to kept to a high standard, but it is the team that make this childcare centre.

My eldest daughter, now in Y2 at school, went here from being a baby through to pre school and now my youngest daughter (currently in pre school but has been attending since she was a baby). The team are so attentive and attentive, the management are incredible, updates is outstanding, the kids get lovely home cooked food and they do such remarkable activities with the kids. They’re so great at preparing the kids for school, both from an educational perspective as well as from a self‑assurance/independence perspective. It’s 5 stars from us. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

We have been really impressed with the excellent indoor and outdoor facilities, activities and welcoming and expert team members. From the moment I first stepped inside the main building, I really liked the atmosphere and general vibe (and much more than other places I had visited). There is a real sense of community at our childcare centre, built on trust and family values. We have two very cheerful kids at Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool.
