July 28, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little girl finishes nursery for good tomorrow and she has been there since she was just two years old and is now almost 5! Both myself and her father find the nursery absolutely brilliant the staff are beyond supportive and caring not just in terms of my daughter but also respective of my daughter’s home life and any personal events occurring. My daughter has excelled in her personal development and also developed in her social skills, numeral skills and literature skills and I could not thank the staff enough for all of their hard work these past three years even during a pandemic the support received has been amazing. The facilities that they have and provide are outstanding my daughter always comes home and talks about what she has done, played with and discussed.

July 28, 2022 at 12:00 amWhat can I say about Ladybirds other than what an absolutely fantastic nursery it is! My little boy started here in September 2019 at just turned two and the first week settled really well, then from nowhere became completely inconsolable as soon as we drove into the car park. The whole team were amazing at trying different things to get him to settle enough on our visits to be left. We even tried him in the baby room but after nine weeks of visits, we decided to try again in the new year. He finally settled back in the toddler room and then successfully moved into the preschool room where he has come on leaps and bounds. The staff have helped us in so many ways with getting his EHCP and things sorted and allowed him to stay on an extra year after I held him back from starting school. It’s definitely the end of an era with the last few days of term coming up, we will miss each member of staff and I wouldn’t send any child anywhere else

They have helped him become the smart, kind, funny and amazing boy he is today and I can’t thank them enough. I’m so grateful to every teacher that has been a part of his journey.

August 14, 2022 at 12:00 amMy toddler joined Ladybirds in January this year. He was very quiet and shy. Hardly spoke and struggled to engage with others.
All the staff at Ladybirds have been exceptional and worked with him over the months. Now he’s a happy, chatty little man that interacts and adores all the people there.
The space for the children to play is great and they are nurtured with the perfect amount of learning for each individual.
As well as helping to bring him out of his shell they’ve been fabulous, communicating with family when we’ve needed information or changes to sessions.
I honestly can not recommend this nursery enough.

November 7, 2022 at 12:00 amLadybirds nursery is a lovely inviting environment that my children love coming to. They run in happy to be there and enjoy spending time with their peers and staff. My mum has picked up the children with me on occasion and also commented on how lovely the nursery is and the nice feeling you get when you walk in. My children’s development has really come on with the support of the staff in addition to the activities we do at home to support their learning and development.
All of the staff who care for our children are happy approachable and always happy to talk to you about your child’s day when you pick them up, and that connection often means more than daily documentation because is a real interest in our children. Our children are always happy when coming home too. In particular, I’d like to thank the ladies in the baby room and the team in the toddler room they do an excellent job.

December 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter currently attends Ladybirds and has done since she was one years old, she is now in the preschool room which is preparing her for school next year. My son also attended from nine months old. Both my children enjoy the nursery and my son still loves to visit and chat to staff when we collect his sister.
I believe their ways of teaching and helping the children learn goes above and beyond, from stay and play to day-to-day activities during the nursery day. My daughter feels safe and happy while attending and I have full confidence in every member of staff they are all very friendly everyone is knowledgeable and always on hand if I have any questions. I love the use of the family app we gain access to as this allows me to see my daughter’s journey and also upload my own observations as well as communicate with staff members. Overall Ladybirds has and will remain a big part of my children’s life we love it and my new baby will also attend and I wish to work there one day.

December 23, 2022 at 12:00 amHighly recommended! Such a lovely, safe nursery and all the staff are lovely and very helpful. They’ve always got plenty of activities in and outdoors to participate in and they go all out for the kids. My little one started in the toddler room and is now in the preschool room. She’s always happy at home time and has made plenty of friends! Always kept updated and connected throughout the day on their app to give you peace of mind, which I love and also get to see your child’s progress, via observations and photos!

February 7, 2023 at 12:00 amMy four-year-old has been here since he was two and is now due to leave this year to start big school. In September my daughter joined him here and they have both thrived and settled in really well after any holidays etc. The staff are always on hand to help whether it be an issue with a child or even just for a chat with me. I am due to have another child Feb ’23 and will be enrolling again as I 100% trust each member of staff and have faith they will look after my new baby the same way they’ve looked after my others.
Not a single bad word to be said, and I’m my opinion, the best nursery in the area.

March 15, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little boy started in August 2022 when he was eight months old, all staff in the baby room went above and beyond to ensure he had a smooth induction. Since then he adapted really well, made friends and learnt a lot thanks to the amazing carers. We really admire all the work including patience and kindness that the staff at Ladybirds do for our boy. I love the easy communication with staff and all the facilities at the nursery and would highly recommend to anyone!

June 30, 2023 at 12:00 amWhere do I start! I knew from the day I picked Ladybirds as my sons chosen nursery it was the best decision I had made and they haven’t failed to prove that. They go above and beyond at ever opportunity to make sure every day is a FunDay, so much effort is put in by every staff member daily – they are all incredible. Hands down the best nursery.

The staff are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I feel at ease everyday knowing I can leave my daughter at nursery knowing she is in a safe environment and well looked after.

July 20, 2023 at 12:00 amThis is the best nursery we’ve ever picked, staff are amazing so helpful and always willing to help. They treat the children like their own always cared for. My daughters confidence has grown so much since starting here and she is now ready for school. My son will be attending this nursery when he is old enough. Can’t compliment staff enough and the manager is fantastic. We will miss seeing all the staff every morning. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place at nursery.

My boys absolutely love going, their confidence has grown so much, they never want to leave! Ladybirds are literally one big family, they care for my boys with all they have, always helping and supporting them, which isn’t easy! I honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, they go above and beyond for everyone and my boys just adore it here.

The equipment and learning styles, and tools they use are of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and caring, and they cater to all learning needs, making every day fun.

Each member of staff shows interest in the care and learning of every child. My son has learnt so much since being in the baby room. He has a bond with all the staff especially one member of staff in particular. I would be lost without this nursery and staff. Thank you.

August 4, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little one struggles with being left at nursery sometimes. The staff notice this and come straight over to reassure her. She is then settled within minutes and enjoys the rest of her session without being upset.

August 4, 2023 at 12:00 amLadybirds Neighbourhood Nursery has been a good experience for my daughter and we will continue to use the nursery as she has become so confident and her keyworker (teacher) has made her feel so comfortable and she’s attached so much to her, my daughter absolutely loves her, thank you so much for making her feel so comfortable without Mum or Dad.

August 25, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been attending Ladybirds since he was 1.5 years old; he’s now 2.5 and absolutely loves it. He has learned so much with the support of the staff. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, and the children love them. The rooms are great, and the staff change the themes every few weeks so the children have something new and fresh to learn about. They get plenty of fruit and veg at snack time, which I love, and it’s helped my son explore foods, and now he is not a fussy eater.
