They provide an evidence-based setting for kid-led discovering and development, a nutritious and varied menu of freshly cooked meals, and even more importantly, a enjoyable and secure place for my baby to grow. The team are well‑informed, inviting and welcoming, as is the broader community of the Co-op. From the first day, I’ve known my kid is in experienced hands and will be treated with respect as a person as well as being genuinely cared for by everyone there. Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative Ltd is such a gem and I am so pleased to be able to be part of it.

Childsplay have been flawless throughout. Their assistance and care have helped me and my wife through some anxious times and my daughter’s adore for her time at the childcare centre and her joy in the experiences she brings home are clear. Childsplay was recommended to us by friends of ours who had spoken so highly of it and I’m so glad they did. Since starting childcare centre at Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative my daughter has been through some tricky adjustments to her regime due to Covid.

With real thought and reflection they have created a kid-centred childcare centre where playtime, discovering and discovery is directed by the kids, from babies to pre-school. We receive daily verbal and written updates on our kid’s day and development and regular formal updates on his development while our kid discovers music, water, sand and so many other things. Meanwhile, he eats better than he would at home, the team are incredible and our kid has a generally excellent time. Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative is incredible.

The team couldn’t do enough to help his transition and they took it as slow as he needed them to, whilst giving lots of assistance. As a parent, the last thing you want to do is have 2 half day visits then leave your kid upset in an unfamiliar place and so the settling-in period here is incredible. We have review meetings with his Key Worker where she feeds back with photographs and updates on key developments in him, so valuable to see what he’s been up to and to hear how he’s progressing. It also comes in a nice folder so it’s something we can keep. The setting isn’t as modern as some nurseries as it’s not purpose built but the set up seems fab and the outside space is incredible. We’re truly pleased we chose Childsplay for our son and already got our second on the list. Our little boy started at Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative Ltd when he was 18 months old.

The team are such a credit to the place and immediately made us sense a part of the family, from the highly first day. We were amazed at the care and consideration that went into settling our daughter in – starting from just meeting other mothers of young babies due to start childcare centre in the next couple of months, all the way up to making sure our daughter’s key worker was able to be around for every settling in session. Every single morning our daughter walks happily into childcare centre waving at all the team who clearly adore the kids. They have been so accommodating with her diet as she has quite a severe allergy and I have never felt the need to remind anybody to check what she is eating – this is a particular plus from us! The fact that she actively enjoys going in when she’s dropped off, and clearly has such a great day that she comes home cheerful says everything! Thank you! We have just started sending our 15 month old daughter to Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative Ltd and we have been absolutely blown away by the childcare centre.

Two were adopted, one needed help because he had previously undiagnosed global developmental delay. Childsplay developed a bespoke programme of education and assistance for our kid and he came on leaps and bounds. My wife and I are so grateful.
More broadly, the team are fantastic and truly adore their jobs and that is excellent for all the kids there. Facilities are second to none and the kids do so highly much there. My boys have loved the garden, the trips out to forest school and the allotment (all included). They’ve benefited from discovering French and Spanish (extra cost).

The setting is clearly exceptionally supportive and we can already see the impact the setting has on our son’s development. Team continuously go above and beyond, are exceptionally well trained, reliable and easy to communicate with. It is also evident that the childcare centre is run as a cooperative, with a key focus on getting families to contribute ideas and taking part in decision-making processes. One aspect that we started to value more and more over the years is the quality of the food – cooked on site by an exceptional team in the kitchen. The food plan is diverse, team are exceptionally accommodating when it comes to special diets and we can consistently be sure that our kids come home having had a balanced diet. Even the fussiest eater has “a little bit to try” of everything. After having had the best of experiences with all units at Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre Cooperative for our first kid, we have signed up our second kid full time as well.

The nurture, assistance and individual care shown to each and every kid from everyone who works there is a credit to them. There is no other place I would want my kid to learn and develop in those early years. The menu and food are remarkable, and the discovering opportunities are remarkable from allotments, forest schools, discovering languages and magical outdoor spaces. The kids couldn’t be happier. Childsplay is a fantastic childcare centre, and I have no doubt that the interest of each kid is at the heart of everything they do.

We chose our childcare centre carefully and couldn’t be happier. Our daughter broke her leg and they could not have been more supportive. We need not have worried about her losing crucial development time as the team designed a supportive individual programme for her. The team are also fantastic and attentive and our daughter loves going. Truly exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of Childsplay Claremont Childcare centre.

I sense incredibly lucky to have had my kid looked after by this team, they’re incredible and as a parent, I have felt welcome and supported every single day. I couldn’t rate this childcare centre and the team highly enough.
