October 31, 2024 at 6:38 amMy daughter loves going there; she consistently comes out super cheerful and doesn’t want to leave. We suggest the childcare centre 100%. We looked at a few in our area and decided on this one, and it was definitely a excellent decision. Team are all incredible.

November 4, 2024 at 8:05 amBirtley Bright Star have been so accommodating on a shift pattern for my kid. All the team are so welcoming and have updated me on anything I need to know, unbelievably supportive due to us not attending every week.
The daily diaries are lovely to see how they’ve got along and what they’ve been up to and they have loved every meal supplied and the activities they’ve got done. I couldn’t suggest the childcare centre enough. Thank you. I am a shift-working mum with highly limited childcare.

My son adapted amazingly quick and after being recently diagnosed with autism this year the team have been nothing but outstanding with his needs! We’ve seen such an improvement in him since he started here from going from non-verbal to now saying lots of words! We are now feeling like we can relax when he’s at childcare centre as we have every reassurance that he’s in excellent hands with all the team! I want to thank the keyworkers and all her team for all the help they have given our son over the last year! After my son wouldn’t settle in his old childcare centre setting we decided to move him to Bright Stars in Birtley after being left mesmerised and impressed by everything it had to offer!

March 24, 2025 at 5:48 amMy little girl was here from when the childcare centre first opened and just left in July, and on every step of her journey, the team have been so supportive of her needs. Now her brother is attending, and again, the team have been incredible. I can’t rate this childcare centre enough, from the team to the facilities, cleanliness and friendliness – everything has been exceptional.

July 6, 2025 at 7:59 amWe have been so fortunate as parents to have him attentive for our little girl. It’s so nice when someone ‘gets’ your kid and sees her the way we do. I sense and have noticed that he truly brings out the kids’s own individual personalities, and strengths and I adore the way he encourages discovering through enjoyable outdoor playtime especially! We will all truly miss him!
I hope my families at work sense the same secure feeling that I get when I leave my kid in his care.
