October 5, 2024 at 3:01 amHe adores his key worker and because they limit the number of workers in the baby room he has built meaningful relationships with all the childcare centre team especially one lady who he developed a bond with highly early on.
I find all of the team emotionally intelligent and responsive to my son’s changing needs. They are creative, imaginative, optimistic and attentive.
The baby room shows excellent attention to detail with photos of the kids throughout. The facilities and resources are outstanding with a new sensory area and age-appropriate toys.
The manager and her team are competent, expert and have excellent communications skills. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My son started this childcare centre at 6 months of age and has continued to thrive in the baby room.

October 22, 2024 at 5:12 pmI adore childcare centre days, as does my daughter. She explores things I would never think to try, her days are truly varied. The outdoor area was a positive when we viewed, as it’s truly private and secure. I look forward to their updates on Tapestry when I’m not there. Every single time I’ve walked through the door, I’m greeted with inviting smiles, not just from my daughter but each and every one of the team and it truly shows in how comfortable she’s settled it with them. Not to mention how much she’s developed since being in their care. The team listen and assistance you through leaving your little one which creates a trusting relationship, which is imperative as essentially they are helping to raise my daughter with me. I would thoroughly suggest this childcare centre. As a first-time mum, I didn’t know what to look for in choosing a childcare centre but from first the visit, the atmosphere just felt right and I can honestly say we made the right decision.

November 23, 2024 at 4:29 pmMy husband and I searched for a long time to find a childcare centre for our first kid and we definitely picked the right one. He has developed in self‑assurance and progressed so much in such a short period of time. The girls are incredible and I sense so cheerful leaving him with them. He gets excited to go to the childcare centre and this puts me at ease. The childcare centre is exceptionally spacious, spotless and modern. My son joined the childcare centre in Jan 2017 when he was 12 months old and I can’t suggest it enough.

April 30, 2025 at 9:10 pmEvery single member of team is approachable and welcoming, expert, attentive, I could go on forever! The discovering programmes are outstanding, tapestry journal is incredible, my son has learned so much here. All the decor is lovely, truly excellent toys and outdoor space, super spotless and bright, food is 5 star- interesting and nutritious.. the price (even though you can’t put a price on the care of your little one) is highly reasonable and I can honestly say even if it cost more, knowing how they have helped develop my son – I’d pay it. Best decision I have made sending him here. THANK YOU. Can’t fault this childcare centre.

May 9, 2025 at 12:06 pmTeam from the dinner lady up know the name of my daughter and everyone from all classes interacts with her. The team are consistently cheerful and welcoming and coming up with new ideas for the kids. There is a remarkable playtime area outside and loads of different areas inside.
If you’re unsure about leaving your little one for 1st time don’t be. The rooms have CCTV and you can watch how they interact from reception.
Another cool idea and excellent for safety is the kitchen window. Kids can watch the dinner being prepared and be completely secure.
The childcare centre is highly modern with excellent facilities. But what makes it is the team from the manageress downwards, you’re consistently welcomed by a lovely smile and an excitement to get the best out your kid. If you need help in any shape or form this childcare centre will interact with parents and kids equally.
My daughter will be so upset when she leaves for school. But she will be back for holiday club. Can’t speak more highly of the childcare centre and the team.

May 10, 2025 at 8:12 amIt is an incredible setting, with large indoor and outdoor areas, and a remarkable range of toys, books and activities.
The team are incredible, there is a lovely family atmosphere. The managers have been excellent at accommodating any change in days / extra days when circumstances have required.
I have never felt so assured and relaxed leaving my little girl in the hands of a childcare centre, she has made herself highly at home and has so much enjoyable.
It has brought her on so much, we adore the online portal system which is private to ourselves and provides photos, videos and updates of what she has been up to and the skills she’s developing.
She consistently has her breakfast and lunch at childcare centre which she truly enjoys. It’s a well-balanced menu which encourages her to try new things.
I have recommended the childcare centre to several friends and family members, they all adore it too! Our daughter has attended Solway House Childcare centre from the day it opened.

May 18, 2025 at 4:08 amHe has been well cared for by the team and is highly cheerful and settled in the setting. Everyone has a inviting and inviting manner. The premises are spotless and well looked after. There has been nothing that has given me cause for concern but if I’ve had to raise an issue it was dealt with promptly and professionally and with understanding from the managers and other team. My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and has been in the baby room, toddlers, early learners and will soon move up to preschool.

The room manager is consistently a star and is loved by kids, parents and visitors. They have made my excellent-granddaughter’s life richer for being here. My excellent-granddaughter has attended this childcare centre 3 mornings per week and I have found team and manager highly welcoming, polite and highly responsive to the young kids’s needs.

June 9, 2025 at 10:15 amThe team are truly welcoming and accommodating and try to assistance the parents as well as the kids. The childcare centre facilities are second to none and the level of updates with team and management is outstanding. I sense completely assured that my daughter is well cared for and stimulated, with a range of creative and exploring activities. They have also been great at looking after her dietary requirements and the management is efficient and organised. In general, it feels like a cheerful place to be and I wouldn’t want anything less for my daughter’s childcare. I can’t suggest them highly enough. My 2-year-old has been at Solway House for 6 months now and she absolutely loves it.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre as team do their best to comfort my kid with the best level of care. My 14-month-old son is highly clingy and would not stay with anybody.

The building is perfectly designed for kids and the activities are engaging and prompt discovering in a enjoyable and interactive way. I suffered with postnatal anxiety after having my second kid and the team in the baby room were incredible. They looked after my son with the utmost care, they were compassionate and provided reassurance to myself and my husband. I had absolutely no doubt my son was in excellent hands. Both kids are thriving at Bright Start Childcare, they have made remarkable relationships with kids and team. They are secure and cheerful in an setting that supports their development. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Both of my kids attend this childcare centre and my youngest has been there since he was only 5 months old.

He thrives there each day, enjoying all the activities and sometimes doesn’t want to come home as he’s had too much enjoyable. Thanks to the exceptional team who are consistently so welcoming and welcoming. This is a remarkable childcare centre and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to any new parents.

The activities they do are incredibly inventive and diverse and I am consistently impressed by the range of food they provide. The childcare centre itself is highly spotless and modern with a vast array of indoor and outdoor space for the kids to delight in. My daughter has attended this childcare centre for 8 months now and I cannot fault them, the team are incredibly compassionate and approachable and have made me sense totally at ease about leaving her there.
