September 4, 2024 at 9:18 amHe’d previously had a truly bad journey at a different playgroup so we were both nervous and apprehensive. When he did his first few days the team were lovely and put me at ease immediately. My son loved it and made friends immediately and I got on exceptional with all the team they are all welcoming and welcoming and there were tears on the last day of term from them & me. My younger son starts next week he has autism and we tried last term but he wasn’t ready but again the team are fab and have been truly patient and understanding and have kept his place available to try him again this term. My older son misses all his friends and his educators especially his keyworker. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough the team are enjoyable and creative and develop real bonds with the kids. You can see they care and my son learnt so much from them. I couldn’t have chosen a better childcare centre for my son to begin his journey into education I was terrified before my son started childcare centre.

May 16, 2025 at 6:26 amThe settling-in process for my, then 9 month old, was exceptional (better than other nurseries) and the team are attentive, nurturing and well‑informed. My son loves childcare centre, and we sense truly assured that he’s getting outstanding care when he’s there. The team have dealt with dietary intolerances truly well and he has great well-balanced and nutritious food every day. The setting is spacious and we adore how calm it feels inside, whilst still being homely. My son loves the outdoor space which is newly refurbished and has lots of experiences for him to delight in. As a Mum, I’m also given lots of reassurance and assistance by team which has helped me settle back into work. Would definitely suggest. Willow is a fabulous childcare centre.
