September 3, 2024 at 4:12 amWhen he first started he had a excellent transition from his old childcare centre to Busy Bees, he was given such a inviting welcome with truly supportive introduction periods to get used to his new routine. The team are outstanding and I sense 100% confident when I drop him off every day. They have remarkable facilities, enjoyable-filled and educational days, such a wide variety of activities indoor and out and an incredible choice of meals and snacks.
Every day when I collect my son, I am given information on exactly what he’s had to eat and how much and what activities he has done throughout the day. I’m consistently kept up to date with letters home and what’s going on which helps a lot when working full time. I couldn’t suggest enough I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for my son to attend.

The meals he gets each day are to a truly high standard it’s excellent knowing he’s having truly great fresh nutritious food each day. Absolutely remarkable Childcare centre my little boy has been going for a year since he was 1 and has thrived, all of the team are truly welcoming and welcoming.

All team smile and they are all so welcoming and inviting towards myself and my daughter, which, as a parent, makes me sense relaxed when leaving her for the day at childcare centre. Busy Bees are consistently actively involving all the kids in a range of enjoyable activities during the day and they do a excellent deal for a number of charities which is excellent. I have nothing but praise for the team and the childcare centre and I would suggest them to anyone. Leaving your kid is a worrying time for all parents at first but Busy Bees at Sunderland, Doxford Park will welcome your kid with open arms and ensure they get the best care. My kid has been in Busy Bees since she was 9 months old and is nearly 2 years 6 months.

October 19, 2024 at 12:58 pmALL of the team are incredibly welcoming and go the extra mile for both of my kids. They invest time in getting to know their likes/dislikes and involve their interests in most aspects of their day. One of the team even made a dinosaur with one of the boys, which he got to bring home. I’m so impressed with the way they have settled both boys in, they adore childcare centre now – I’m dreading the day they’ll have to leave. You can tell the team build true bonds with the kids, it’s lovely to see and makes me sense reassured they’re in great hands. Keep it up! Busy Bees at Sunderland, Doxford is incredible.

December 6, 2024 at 1:51 amThey have such a attentive and supportive approach to discovering that has helped my little girl so much in her development, we are so pleased with the development she has made from attending this childcare centre. The team are so lovely and supportive, they have taken care of all of my little girl’s needs. Due to her disability, she has additional needs and the childcare centre team have supported each and every one of them. They are a remarkable team of team and as my little girl is starting school, it will be sad for us to leave after more than three years of such remarkable care. Busy Bees Doxford is an incredible childcare centre and the team there have taken such great care of my little girl since she was ten months old.

Food is great. All girls are lovely and welcoming.

In terms of her development, she has come on leaps and bounds and following her 2-year check with the health visitor she is exceeding expectations in her activities and I thank the team at Busy Bees at Sunderland, Doxford for this. My daughter has been at this childcare centre from 9 months following highly successful trial days in the baby room.

This was the only childcare centre which we visited and knew straight away from the atmosphere, cleanliness and facilities available that this was where we wanted to place our kids.

December 10, 2024 at 9:32 pmI am exceptionally cheerful with her teacher who will contact me if there are any problems. She has lots of enjoyable at the childcare centre and is discovering every day.
Overall Busy Bees is an outstanding childcare centre and I would highly suggest them. My little girl started Busy Bees in September and was highly apprehensive when she first attended, however, has gained so much self‑assurance now and happily goes to childcare centre without complaint.

I particularly like the feedback I have been given each time as wel,l if only I had known how incredible this childcare centre was when my kids were little. I regularly pick up my nephew from the childcare centre, on my first visit the childcare centre we’re expecting me collecting him, they made sure I knew the correct passwords and I was who I said I was from the information my sister had provided when he joined, I was then shown to the room and made sure I knew where to go.

We also adore the app to see updates during the day. All team are remarkable, truly welcoming and are excellent with our son.

They’ve been supporting my son’s potty training and he’s doing so well. He has so much enjoyable and he learns more every time he goes. My son’s been going here since September and he absolutely loves it!

March 11, 2025 at 10:56 amFrom the moment I walked through the door here, I knew this is where I wanted her to go. The setting is lovely and I was particularly impressed with the outdoor space. The team are so personable and assistance me with every need I have for my daughter (and sometimes my own, haha).
It’s so easy to drop her off on a morning with only a change of clothes (when I remember) and know that all her other needs are met.
She particularly loves the food and clears her plate at breakfast, lunch and tea!
I haven’t had a single complaint- apart from the fact she calls her key worker ‘mama’ and not me… but we’ll let that slide. As a teacher myself and a mother of 3, I have journey of a lot of educational settings and found it hard not to scrutinise when looking for a childcare centre placement for my youngest daughter.

The childcare centre itself is highly kid-welcoming, no stairs to worry about and is consistently spotless and tidy. I consistently boast about how great this childcare centre is. I couldn’t ask them for any more. I adore this childcare centre, my kid is consistently cheerful on arrival and cheerful when I collect him.
