September 3, 2024 at 2:28 pmMy daughter loves it. The team were exceptional at making the transition from maternity leave to return to work easy because of how well they look after my kid. They have incredibly sensible policies and I think it is reasonably priced. The activities they do are excellent and the range of food is remarkable. Kids 1st QE is a fantastic childcare centre.

September 27, 2024 at 12:33 amI truly don’t think I could put into words just how incredible I think the childcare centre and team are.
I had some difficulties with anxiety following the birth of my daughter, to the point that I nearly didn’t return to work as I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving her with anyone (not even family). I viewed nine nurseries before this one but immediately felt at ease when I visited and spoke to the manager and met everyone else. The structure is excellent as the kids move through the different rooms based on their own development (not strictly age-related). The team are truly fantastic and I can only describe them as a third parent. They get to know what your kid likes or doesn’t like and I’ve consistently felt like the kids are treated as individuals and not just a number.
Both of my kids are now looked after by Kids 1st and are clearly benefiting from their time there. I would 100% suggest. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while as I think this childcare centre is absolutely incredible.

The childcare centre has high standards of care and cleanliness, and after discussing the new processes with a member of team who was highly thorough, we knew we had no concerns with her going back. When she returned, she was in a new room, but the girls provided excellent assistance in helping her resettle. All team are so welcoming and approachable, and we couldn’t think of a better place for our daughter to attend! After lockdown, and our daughter did not attend due to not being key workers.

November 25, 2024 at 10:11 pmIf anyone is looking for a childcare centre to send their kid to look no further than Kids 1st QE. I think it’s quite hard to put into words how remarkable the team are at the childcare centre they are highly trained and highly attentive all kids are treated as an individual and transition from room to room is based on kid’s development all team are supportive with the kid’s transition and it is smooth move for the kid. As a parent, it is highly daunting leaving your kid, but I felt highly relaxed and at ease with the help and assistance of the team leaving my daughter as I knew she was in secure hands and would be well looked after. Team update you upon collecting your kid on how their day has gone what activities they have taken part in that day, all meals explained, naps etc, there is also the app which is updated throughout the day. I can’t thank the team enough for the adore and care they show my daughter she loves the childcare centre and is consistently excited to go. Remarkable Childcare centre and even better team.

They provide the best activities and make sure she is well-rested. I couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre for her. My daughter started Kids 1st QE in March and has thrived.

January 7, 2025 at 3:43 amI suffered from postnatal depression and finding a childcare centre gave me nightmares. The second I walked into Kids 1st QE I felt comfortable and reassured. The care that my little girl gets blows me away. My little girl suffers seizures and the team are consistently so calm at reassuring both myself and my daughter. The activities and the discovering provided is incredible, I adore seeing her artwork and photos of her on the parent app throughout the day which truly gives me the comfort and reassurance I need whilst I’m at work. My daughter has attended the childcare centre for just under 2 years now and is absolutely thriving. All of the team are attentive, polite, welcoming and cheerful all of the time! The meals provided consistently sound lovely and are all NHS approved and cooked on site. The care adore and attention the childcare centre has shown for both myself and my daughter has been outstanding!

My relationship with the team at the childcare centre also allows me to relax knowing he is in secure hands and benefiting from his discovering setting. I wholly suggest this childcare centre to anyone as the team are well‑informed and cheerful to help at all times. My son has attended this childcare centre since September 2017 and he absolutely loves it!

All the team have helped her settled in tremendously after changing nurseries.
She is well cared for, challenged, stimulated, and loved.

Her journey has been incredible from start to finish full of enjoyable and laughs. If I could keep her there forever I would! I can’t explain how incredible team are at Kids 1st QE.

April 8, 2025 at 5:10 pmOur daughter absolutely loves her time there, consistently talking about her key worker and other team members there. She has been going there since June 2019 when she was 9-months-old, and I can honestly count on one hand the number of times she has cried when we dropped her off. She’s consistently cheerful when she’s there and when she comes home from having been there.
All the team have been so lovely and incredible as well, consistently so welcoming and supportive. You can tell they all genuinely adore their jobs and the kids, in fact, I don’t think I have often seen unhappy kids or team members there!
Special mention to two of the girls in the office, as well as four other members of team, thank you all for everything you’ve done for us! I honestly cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

Our daughter took a while to settle and the team were truly incredible with her during this time. The key workers supported her with their compassionate, attentive nature and now has such a special bond with them.
Our daughter loves Childcare centre – she gets so excited when we pull into the car park. The care & education she receives truly is 1st Class. The app that shows what has happened that day so we are consistently kept fully informed with not only sleeps, meals and nappies but also all of the lovely activities that she has taken part in.
We have no hesitation in recommending Kids1st QE – our daughter has developed into a confident, independent, cheerful little girl – a lot of this is down to the hard work and dedication of the team. Choosing a Childcare centre after maternity leave was consistently going to be a hard task, but as soon as we walked into Kids1st QE, we knew we had found somewhere special.

All of the team are so lovely, management are consistently visible and easy to talk to if you did have any issues (which we have not had).
Having used a different childcare centre for my eldest kid, I can honestly say Kids 1st QE is miles ahead of others in the area, and it is clear that they care about every single kid and their family that passes through the doors.
100% suggest to anyone. I can’t give enough praise to this childcare centre.

June 14, 2025 at 10:11 amAll the team and management are lovely and highly approachable with anything I may need, in the past, they have consistently gone out of their way to help me with extra days etc.
The girls in his room are so welcoming every day with big cuddles and genuinely care about each kid, they are highly informative with what he has been up too throughout the day. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My little boy attends kids 1st QE and he absolutely loves it, consistently a wide variety of outstanding activities set out each day to help with his development and encouraging him to explore new things.

Our Daughter has had a few difficulties with illness and team have shown a genuine interest and care for her wellbeing – even when she’s thrown up on them. I know she is in exceptionally attentive hands. We have had such a positive journey sending our Daughter to childcare centre.

I adore being able to check my son’s development online too. Observation pictures are my favourite! I can’t rate the team at Kids 1st QE more highly.
