The team are exceptionally attentive and supportive. Tasty fresh food every day. All team meet you consistently with big smiles. I suggest this childcare centre to everyone. In my personal opinion, there is no better place for my kid to be.

Highly suggest to anyone thinking of daycare or out school club and holiday club. Consistently expert, excellent activities in holidays, used this service for 5 years or more and my daughter loves going.

She was a Covid baby so I was highly sceptical of how she will settle in and how she would be with the team. She settled in truly well, she started off being upset when I used to drop her off. But within a couple of weeks I saw a big change and she would happily walk in. This was the biggest fear and I was so glad to be able to leave her and go to work knowing she was cheerful. The team are lovely and with my daughter going into her final year I know they will prepare her for school life. The manager at valley childcare centre is also excellent and understanding consistently takes all notes and comments into consideration. Lovely childcare centre. My Daughter has been attending Valley Childcare centre since she was 11 months old.

She came on leaps and bounds within the first few months and since she started I have noticed so many differences. Her speaking came on excellent, she learnt so much! Became so advanced and built up a excellent relationship with all of the team here. They all went above and beyond I couldn’t fault them I am so grateful that they have been apart of her development, the activities and discovering is fabulous, especially for the price. The meals are exceptional and I couldn’t thank them anymore! So, so cheerful with my choice to bring my daughter here and in the future I would 100% choose to return with any future kids and I would 100% suggest. Thank you The Valley Childcare centre & Kids Club you have all made my little girl’s journey before school highly special. My little girl came here in September and I was highly sceptical about changing childcare centre’s as she had been in her previous childcare centre 2 and a half years but I am so glad I changed her.

My daughter loves going to childcare centre and she has come on so much – she’s discovering new things every week she goes and they have helped so much to encourage her with potty training! Thank you for helping her with her discovering so far. Remarkable childcare centre, with a lovely bunch of team.

My son has been going to childcare centre since he was 1 year old. He is now nearly 4 years old, and leaving soon to start school. He has grown so much and developed so rapidly due to the remarkable team, the rigorous processes that are in place to nurture and guide the kids. I know my son has had the best journey because he talks about his key workers and all of his friends every night after childcare centre, telling me about his remarkable day. He is so excited to go again in the morning – he even wants to go on a weekend sometimes! Such a lovely thing for a parent to see.
I adore the childcare centre and would highly suggest it to anyone. The level of care that is provided is absolutely outstanding. The childcare centre is so deserving of its recent Ofsted grade. Well done and thank you for making my son’s journey so memorable. I can only say hugely positive things about this childcare centre setting.

Understandably, we were highly anxious to leave our little girl but the girls are so lovely and welcoming, we instantly felt at ease. Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since she started and we cannot thank the girls enough. We have regular updates and consistently know what she is getting up to. The management are all lovely and approachable, nothing is ever too much for them. The food is consistently well balanced and has lots of variety, my daughter used to have a dairy intolerance and this was never an issue and her meals were consistently adapted so she could have the same or as near to the same as the other kids to make her sense included. Overall, we are so cheerful with the childcare centre and are so glad we chose this one for our daughter. We are forever grateful for all she has achieved with the childcare centre and cannot thank you all enough! My kid has been attending The Valley Childcare centre & Kids Club since she was 7 months old.

We were highly hesitant putting her in childcare centre as we didn’t know how she would react being highly clingy and shy. She had a settling in period with shorter days during Christmas and I’d say about 2 weeks into the new year she was walking in no problem. All the childcare centre team are excellent, my daughter loves them all! They even created a personalised timeline for her to look at to know when to expect me to pick her up to help her as she was asking a lot. She’s just started to do French group with a lady that comes into the childcare centre on Wednesdays which she enjoys too. We will both be sad when it comes time for her to leave to move on to school as she loves it there so much. My daughter has attended The Valley Childcare centre for 6 months now.

My son has been attending here for nearly 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. All the team are welcoming, they are highly well‑informed and they have protected everyone from the covid pandemic in the best possible way. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. The childcare centre is spotless, the food/menu is incredible and my son has tried and loves loads of different foods. Incredible childcare centre all around.
