February 12, 2020 at 12:00 amThis is a fantastic nursery with lovely, caring and knowledgeable staff. My son loves it here and has made lots of friends. It’s fantastic to see progress with an easy to use app and to have the opportunity to talk with staff whenever I feel the need. There are always fun and exciting activities provided for the children and lots of opportunities for outdoor play which my son loves.

February 12, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has come to this nursery start of January for the funding 2-year-olds. It’s been great to see the instant bond between the staff and my son. I had a couple of nurseries in mind and I’m pleased I chose this one. The communication between parents and children are outstanding.

February 12, 2020 at 12:00 amMy grandson has been going to this nursery since 2017, this nursery is very central for him to go too and get picked up. The staff are amazing, they will help with anything, and answer all your questions and worries you have. They do a lot of things for the children and it’s is very clean. My grandson is very safe in this nursery, there are lots of toys indoor and out.

February 12, 2020 at 12:00 amThe nursery staff especially the manager is really helpful, they fully understand the importance of meeting my child’s needs in terms of allergies, I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my child his learning abilities are increasing day by day I highly recommend Spring Nursery as they are very reliable and trustworthy?

I was really worried about leaving him as he was only 7 months but the staff were so reassuring and made me feel so relaxed and happy that he was going to be cared for well. I couldn’t be happier. They always keep me updated on how he’s doing and what activities he is getting involved in and showing me pictures when I collect him. Which I love. Communication is always spot on. He absolutely loves attending nursery and playing with the other children has brought on his social skills brilliantly.

November 11, 2020 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 7-months-old and is now approaching 2-years-old. My daughter really enjoys the nursery and has built fantastic relationships up with both the staff and the children who attend the nursery. She has developed with the support of the staff into a very confident little girl who is excelling in her key developmental areas. There is a great family app that gives you updates throughout the day, so you know what she has eaten, how much sleep etc. Another excellent thing is the detailed observations that you receive to show the progress your child has made.

April 7, 2021 at 12:00 amFabulous nursery and staff. My little boy has been attending on and off, due to Covid-19, for the last eighteen months and we couldn’t be happier. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and plan lots of activities for the children with frequent updates of what they’ve been up to and regular reports on development, which is great. My little boy seems really happy to attend and see all the staff and his key worker every day, which is great peace of mind when leaving him all day. The nursery has lovely facilities and an outdoor area. Management is friendly and helpful from having a look round to settling in and answering any and all questions I’ve had. Extensive food menu, which is healthy and offers a great range. Overall, really supportive, friendly and flexible. I would recommend to anyone looking for childcare!

April 8, 2021 at 12:00 amI have had both my sons in this nursery, and both my sons have done extremely well in their development and skills. Great team of staff who are super helpful. Also, a great meal choice for my children. I would definitely recommend any family and friends. Five stars from me.

Such an amazing nursery with fabulous staff that work extremely hard and go above and beyond to help. One particular staff member has been absolutely fantastic in helping with certain situations for my son, and I couldn’t be any more thankful. She is always there and happy to help with any questions, as are the rest of the staff. She has put in such hard work for us, and she deserves a medal for her amazing work, support and kindness. My son’s key workers have also been amazing with his progress, and thanks to everyone, his progress has been phenomenal. I will be sad when my son leaves for school, but will always recommend Spring hands-down to others. I can’t thank you all enough, and I will never forget the support, information and hard work you have all shown.

She has really enjoyed her time there and made some amazing friends. So looking forward to her going back in September.

Good communication and engagement with parents.
A lot of changes to management and senior staff recently, leaving left things a little disjointed.
Staff are always polite, professional and friendly when interacting.
Activities always look engaging, and the food menu is varied and nutritious.

He was allocated a key person who took the time to understand his likes and dislikes. The staff have been amazing, and they are so knowledgeable. He has progressed in his learning rapidly since starting nursery. Thank you, Spring Howdon!

Since day one, he has felt settled and remains enthusiastic to go with all the staff into the nursery every morning. I always feel relaxed whilst working, knowing he is in great hands!
The location of the nursery is ideal, right next to the bank, and the building it’s in and the grounds the building sits in are really secure.
Lots of rooms full of activities and a big garden area to explore. I’d recommend everyone book a tour to see yourself!
The communication from staff is brilliant; I love the updates on the app, knowing what food he has eaten throughout the day (they have an in-house chef and seasonal menu) to the regular photos and observation updates, giving me an insight into the day and his progress.
They regularly update their Facebook page with the activities they have been doing across the age groups and give explanations of how this supports their learning and development.

November 25, 2022 at 12:00 amMy grandchild has attended Spring Nursery since he was five months old; he is now 29 months. He has formed some lovely relationships with his key workers. Developmentally he is progressing well, and I’m sure this is due to his attendance.
I would definitely recommend Spring Nursery to other parents.

June 14, 2023 at 12:00 amWe were nervous about sending our daughter to the nursery. Our hands were forced, and she had to attend sooner than expected. From day one, the staff have been fantastic! It took our daughter less than three visits to settle in, and since then, she’s been absolutely loving it.
The menu they provide is excellent! It’s well-rounded and nutritional. The facilities are great! The kids are kept busy, and they update you on their progress!
Overall very satisfied.
