Spring Nursery Bensham

I have my 2 little girls here, in rooms 2 to 3 and 3 to 5. The team are highly welcoming, the events are consistently well managed and exciting. Thank you highly much Spring Bensham Childcare centre team. Team are welcoming and supportive, highly cheerful and strongly recommended.

It attracts a diverse range of kids who all get along highly well together. The team are outstanding and genuinely care about the kids, which truly shows in the effort they put in every day. It’s so nice to be able to leave our daughter in Spring with the knowledge that she’s secure, enjoying herself and discovering so much. Spring Bensham is the perfect place for our daughter.

We adore Spring Bensham, the team are wonderfully attentive and attentive, and we know our daughter (and previously our son) consistently received the best care there.
I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to other parents looking for a childcare centre in the area.

I’m writing to let you know how I felt about my recent journey at Spring Childcare centre and hopefully want to get a resolution. My daughter started Spring Childcare centre in September. My journey at Spring hasn’t been a pleasant one. I have had such a bad journey from the first day my daughter started there. On the first day, I waited 45/50 mins outside before I was seen to, and on the next day not one team member could listen or honour my request to change the key worker of my daughter. I kindly asked them if they will be able to change the key worker as they assigned a male keyworker to my daughter. The reason I asked to change was for cultural reasons. I wasn’t able to have a male changing my daughter’s nappies. I kindly requested so many times to change key workers or at least for nappy changes for a female worker to change my daughter’s nappies for cultural reasons. They just outright refused, not even wanting to hear me out. To the manager of Spring Childcare centre:

However, recently I’ve seen a decline in the childcare centre, which has led to my kid not wanting to be there. Too many accidents in which my kid is hurt and sometimes physically marked, not enough assistance at the bathroom to keep my kid spotless, resulting in needing creams applied to the area to soothe and not enough team or experienced team in my opinion. The cleanliness of the bathroom area is sometimes in need of attention, and the main playtime area too, could do with a hoover. The food also seems a little different/not as excellent as it used to be (this could be just a lack of detailing it properly on the app), but considering the new charges and not being allowed to bring in packed lunches – it could be better. The outdoor facilities are excellent, and the team are highly welcoming. Up until maybe the past six-plus months, I’ve loved this childcare centre, and so has my kid.

It’s been a few weeks since he started childcare centre, and now he’s much happier and more relaxed, even better when he’s home.
Appreciate your hard work and wish you all the best. I was so worried about my son before taking him to Spring Childcare centre Bensham because his previous one couldn’t deal with him properly since he needs special attention.

We have been truly impressed with the activities and experiences our 16-month-old has been exposed to since attending the childcare centre.
The team are all fantastic, welcoming and attentive. The childcare centre provided a comprehensive and kid-led settling-in programme, and we felt well-supported at every step.
We sense confident every day when we drop off our little boy that he will be well cared for and will receive all of the attention and stimulation he needs whilst there.
Our little one is excited every day when we arrive at the childcare centre; he has a strong attachment to his key worker and separates happily.
We would highly suggest the childcare centre. Spring Childcare centre is a fantastic setting with a kid-centred, nurturing approach to kid care.

Couldn’t ask for more. My kids adore attending; they offer exceptional outside space, which the little boy loves. Remarkable childcare centre and remarkable team; they work excellent with my kids, one being autistic, and they are just fab with him.

This childcare centre isn’t operating as a business. It’s operating as a family of people who adore our kids and genuinely care about their safety, happiness and success.
My kid has thrived here. We are so pleased that we found Spring Childcare centre Bensham.

He loves going in as he has made lots of friends, which has helped his self‑assurance and updates a lot. The staffs are highly welcoming and attentive to the needs of the kids, which is a plus point. We get regular updates on our son’s development and also his development. Our daughter was in Spring for about three years before she moved to preschool, and the benefit of Spring shows in her current day-to-day activity at school. We truly appreciate what the team at Spring do and will consistently suggest them any day. Thanks to all the exceptional team; keep up the great work. My son has developed significantly since he joined Spring Childcare centre Bensham.
