Little Angels at Fenham Children's Centre

Both our boys truly delight in childcare centre, initially, the younger one was upset but he settled in quickly thanks to the kindness and assistance of the team. He even asks for some team members at home now as he enjoys playing with them so much. Generally, the food seems great, and my kids eat a wider variety of food there than at home (despite our continued efforts). Perhaps that is team encouragement and the benefit of seeing other kids eating the same. My concern re food is the 2 desserts a day, seems quite a lot to me especially for young kids in terms of sugar intake. Most mornings now my kids skip into childcare centre highly happily without so much as a backward glance, and can even be annoyed if I pick them up early and take them away from all the enjoyable. Highly welcoming team, approachable, open.

The team and management are highly experienced and truly do offer an ‘outstanding’ service to babies and young kids all round (which is important to me as a teacher myself, albeit older years). The childcare centre were breastfeeding supportive, and have gone above and beyond to assistance our little girl whilst her parents have gone through some difficult times with medical appointments etc. Cherubs team are incredible! We would have no hesitation in leaving another baby in their care. And the transition to Rockets has been highly well facilitated. Our little girl has come on developmentally in every sense of the word since childcare centre became part of her life at 9 months old. Her eating and drinking skills, her speech and updates skills, her playtime and social skills – they are all highly advanced and I must pay credit to Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre for their significant part in this. Going back to work after maternity leave was made highly easy. Thank you. I paid our deposit for a place here at 12 weeks pregnant and have not looked back!

We have no complaints about the meals our daughter receives either – they are truly great!

He absolutely loves going through the doors and often doesn’t look back at all as he goes to playtime with his friends and childcare centre team. All of the team are so lovely and any queries we’ve had I’ve been able to speak to someone and been helped truly quickly. Our little one has a nut allergy and we sense he is in secure hands should anything happen whilst he is there. The app they use is also truly great and makes updates and updates easy with lots of nice pictures throughout the day. Lovely childcare centre! We are so cheerful we chose Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre for our little boy.

He consistently settled in well, but drop-offs were tearful for months. Now he walks in without looking back and talks about his friends (his fellow rockets as well as the team) constantly. He has also struggled with suspected asthma and food allergies, sometimes requiring medications during childcare centre hours. The team are exceptional and have been outstanding in their professionalism. We were impressed with how they managed to keep up with the Covid rules too. The welcoming, attentive team are responsive to any queries or needs we have. The app is excellent for updating important information like food intake, toileting and sleep. I adore the photos that they upload of what our son has been up to. They put in a huge effort to decorate and celebrate holidays and special events, which is greatly appreciated. Our son has progressed truly well in all areas of development since starting childcare centre. I definitely suggest Little Angels, our youngest will start there soon! Our son started Little Angels in 2021.

We viewed a few nurseries and Little Angels stood out from them all. Our daughter has been lucky enough to attend for over 3 years and has had the best journey there. I can’t thank the key workers and childcare centre manager enough for their hard work and dedication to their roles. The rooms are spacious, bright and welcoming. The food menus are exceptional and suited to everyone. I can’t fault the childcare centre one bit and I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for peace of mind while their little ones are in childcare. Thank you for taking such great care of our daughter. From the moment I walked into Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre in 2019, it felt like a home from home and still is now to this day.

We have been using it so far for 3.5 years, and having two kids we will still be using it for a further 2 years. The facilities are excellent and the team are incredible, so nurturing and attentive. Management are supportive and accommodating when changes to hours have been needed. Both our kids adore attending. They are well stimulated and supported in their development. Particularly at preschool age, as there is a focus on supporting kids to prepare for the transition to school. They use a great app, so you have access to key info about your little ones throughout the day (naps, nutritional intake, etc). It helps with updates, you can send a message to team and receive a prompt reply. The childcare centre have been excellent at dealing with allergies. Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre is a remarkable childcare centre.

The girls in the babies room are the most lovely lovely people and truly make you sense like they adore your kid which is the most important thing as a parent. They truly are the best childcare centre room we have experienced and we have experienced many! The managers of the childcare centre go to town at Christmas and it’s like stepping into a winter wonderland! My daughter went there for only a short time before school and they consistently make her sense so welcome when she picks up her younger two siblings! My son can be a little more challenging with his behaviour but the team in all stars consistently pick up on what might be underlying it and work with him and me to help him! We absolutely adore the childcare centre just wish it opened a bit earlier! Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre is a fantastic childcare centre.

I felt instantly at ease after speaking to the team and from the extra effort they went to to create a vegan menu for him – he loves his meals there! Whenever I pick him up, he is cheerful and smiling and it’s consistently reported that he has had a excellent day which shows that he is highly comfortable there. The app is outstanding and truly helped me sense included when he first started as there are regular updates and photos throughout the day. I would 100% suggest Little Angels. The team have been incredible with my son. My son started at the childcare centre in early 2021 and settled in without any trouble whatsoever.

Since starting the team in the childcare centre have been so welcoming and accommodating to his every need. They are highly welcoming and treat my kid with utmost care. We get daily updates on the Famly App regarding my kid’s development and his daily routine. It has been reassuring looking at photos to see how well my kid has settled into childcare centre. The team are doing an incredible job! My son started Little Angels at Fenham Kids’s Centre in January.
