November 9, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son started going to Bright Horizons, St John’s Wood at 18 months old. I have been very impressed by the nursery. The staff are really friendly and caring and it is a real pleasure picking up and dropping my son off there. They have a lot of activities, they even hired a local club for music and dancing class every week. My son comes home every day with new skills, such as colours, names, counting and sorting out shapes. I would really recommend it to everyone.

February 19, 2019 at 12:00 amManagement was very flexible with part-time scheduling and quickly accommodated an urgent need for childcare due to a move. Our 2.5-year-old daughter started in the 2-3 room in September 2018. Teachers were extremely caring and made her feel right at home. A wide range of activities and crafts were offered, as well as a small outdoor space for outdoor play. This is a great, nurturing nursery where the focus is on play as it should be for this age group. Children and parents are very happy here!

June 24, 2019 at 12:00 amThe staff at the nursery have gone above and beyond to welcome my son and I into the nursery. They made his settling in period as smooth as possible and when I come to collect him, he is always smiling and often being cuddled.
His development has come on leaps and bounds since starting – every day he seems to be doing something new and I know he is being engaged and entertained every minute of his time there.
The staff clearly adore every child there and are truly delighted to see the children when they arrive each morning – with every member of staff welcoming him, even those who work in different rooms. They have also been wonderful with me – understanding how tough this adjustment is for a parent and reassuring me whenever I need it with kind words and photos.
I couldn’t recommend this nursery more!

September 18, 2019 at 12:00 amIt is literally bright horizons! My son and daughter have been at this nursery for 2.5 years.
I cannot say thank you enough for looking after those monsters for that long time. We are delighted and honoured they spent many valuable days here. Both have grown up healthy and developed their skills. An excellent achievement! All staff are incredibly supportive and super friendly – it was so hard for us to leave here but our children needed to take their next steps. I truly recommend this nursery – I wish I were a toddler again. Have wonderful time and we wish all the children a brilliant future.

October 3, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son started in the Baby Room at the nursery at 11 months and then moved into the Toddler Room. I found the staff in both rooms to be very warm, kind and attentive to my son, always providing helpful feedback at pick up and generally being reassuring to me particularly on the days when he was more tearful saying goodbye. Those working in the office were always so helpful and accommodating which was also hugely appreciated. The nursery has a warm and friendly atmosphere and I felt very comfortable leaving my precious son in their care.

November 23, 2020 at 12:00 amBright Horizons St John’s Wood has been amazing to us and to our child. Our child is very shy and suspicious and has a lot of difficulty in adapting and getting comfortable with strangers and she had all the support and love from the nursery, they even made the effort to learn a few of the words she had learned during lockdown at home, which were not in English. She is now a happy radiant baby thanks to their love and support, she loves going to the “little school” as she calls it and when she’s back home she sings all the nursery rhymes she learnt and she’s now learning English too.
During lockdown, Bright Horizons didn’t charge any fees, which was really good of them.
The food is great, varied and balanced. My daughter has now been in the baby, toddler and 2-3’s room. Very happy in all. Special thanks to three members of staff in particular.

November 1, 2021 at 12:00 amWe’ve been very pleased with the service from Bright Horizons Nursery, St John’s Wood. Our son started there when he was just a year old, he’s now nearly twenty months and he loves it there and is always eager to go. The teachers are all great, attentive and caring. He gets a little daily report. At the end of each day, outline what activities he’s taken part in, his eating regime, nappy changing and sleeping regime, for each day. We find this extremely useful. In addition, we receive weekly newsletters, via email, which give a general overview of what the different groups have been doing, during the week. It also provides useful information on what reading materials have been the focus for the week, in case parents wish to replicate them at home. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this particular nursery to any parents.

Staff are always kind and polite with special mention for the member of staff who my daughter is always delighted to see and speaks about every evening. Overall, a very positive experience for my daughter and us, as parents.

January 20, 2022 at 12:00 amWe’ve sent two children to St John’s Wood Bright Horizons and have felt both our boys were well cared for, beginning when the youngest was four months old and through my eldest departing for reception. The staff were great in the infant room, and our son really enjoys staff who always makes him smile. In the toddler room, our son has a lot of fun playing with certain staff and had always been helpful, as has other staff with any questions we have had. They have also been great.

January 21, 2022 at 12:00 amWe have been very happy with Brihgt Horizons St John’s Wood. Our daughter started as a baby and has now moved through two older age groups, and at every stage taking her and leaving her at nursery has been easier for us as parents than we would have expected before seeing her positive experiences. We are comfortable that she is safe and learning while she is at nursery, and she has made some meaningful connections with both some teachers and some fellow students. We have no doubt that the nursery has been better for her development than were she always at home with us, and we’re pretty sure she eats better food at nursery than what we would make for her as well! We would certainly recommend this nursery to other parents.

July 18, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter enjoys and loves the nursery. The teachers are lovely and very friendly. The manager’s response to my emails are always quick. Only one thing we are not satisfied with, is the loss of children’s clothes. It happened to me once and a few other parents told me the same experience. Except for this, I’m satisfied with everything.

July 18, 2022 at 12:00 amOur child has been enrolled at the St. John’s Wood Bright Horizon Nursery for over a year and has been very pleased with the security, facilities, food and most importantly, the teachers and opportunities to learn. Our child loves going every day and we’re happy with the overall service that’s being provided. While there was a change in leadership that caused issues for several months, those have been resolved with a great manager now in place. Would absolutely recommend.

July 20, 2022 at 12:00 amOur little one joined the St Johns Wood branch, at 9 months old. The teachers are so lovely and the staff are really helpful. I think she has developed a lot since then and learned a lots of skills. We are very happy with our choice.

December 28, 2022 at 12:00 amI have a 11-month old daughter at the nursery and it has been a great experience.
The teachers are very professional – they provide us with the learning report and the detailed daily updates on app which helps me to understand how she is doing at the nursery. They also are flexible and listen carefully to our requests such as when to give formula at what time, which was helpful as my daughter was still quite small when she joined. They also are very friendly and caring, and my daughter absolutely loves them all!
The classroom is kept clean and safe with age-appropriate toys and books. It also has plenty of room for my daughter to explore. I also like that it has a garden right next to the classroom so the children can enjoy the fresh air every day when the weather allows.
The food menu seems healthy, with a good mix of vegetables, fruits, proteins and carbos.
I am overall very happy with the nursery!

December 28, 2022 at 12:00 amI love all the different activities they get into each day. It makes me happy to know they are doing more with her each day than what I could do alone with her. The ladies are so loving towards my little one and the space is quite large with lots of things to do!
