She has developed a lot since then, she is well taken care of and, more importantly, she is exceptionally cheerful! Going to the childcare centre every day is something she looks forward to! The management and the team are highly flexible and understanding – it feels they truly care about the kids and their families and want to make childcare as easy as possible. I am also highly pleased with the activities the kids do and I adore seeing the relevant pictures on the app! The pandemic as well as the winter weather have not allowed so far for outings beyond the garden of the childcare centre but I hope with things improving now there will be more of that (e.g. going to the park or even some museums).
The only negative point is that the outside area could do with some freshening up. It doesn’t impact the overall journey but it did put me off a little when I was considering nurseries. My daughter started at the childcare centre in September 2021 when she was 12-months-old and I couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Highly suggest, exceptionally cheerful! I also sent my older son and it’s so lovely seeing the same team are still there. Adore the regular updates I get throughout the day. Highly attentive team and my kid is so cheerful running into childcare centre.

I am highly cheerful I chose this childcare centre for my daughter, they provide excellent activities for kids to develop, I consistently adore that they have an app of which they update you with what they are doing. What a lovely childcare centre, team are welcoming, team help where help is needed if a kid needs extra assistance, my daughter loves it, my daughter started in September and has settled in highly well.

Great facilities indoors and outdoors and excellent team. The team truly cares about the kids. Our son loves the childcare centre and has become highly confident around other adults and kids. We have signed up our second kid as well. The childcare centre is excellent.

I’m so cheerful with them but I think they need to have these kinds of activities more often as well. They could be exceptionally likely by my opinion if they would add some activities such as dancing, playing some musical instruments, more handcrafts.

She’s 18 months and enjoys all sorts of activities in Grasshopper’s. Special mention to one member of team in particular who is excellent and outstanding at taking great photos for the app. Thanks highly much for the care and attention everyone’s given to our daughter.

The team members go out of their way to get to know and understand each kid, as well as the parents – and they know everyone by name. The space is excellent, both indoors and outdoors! My son is cheerful, cared for and secure – and I couldn’t be happier as a parent. A highly family-like childcare centre with attentive and thoughtful practitioners!

In spite of ongoing Covid restrictions and multiple lockdowns during that time, it was exceptionally well managed, committed to staying open (safely) and updates was frequent and clear. Without exception, the team were attentive, engaged and showed a real interest in our little one’s development and well-being. He would consistently return home content and stimulated after his day. He particularly benefitted from being able to spend time outside in the garden – rare in a central London childcare centre. We would suggest Co-op Childcare Maida Vale Day Childcare centre unreservedly. Our son spent sixteen, highly cheerful months at the childcare centre.

He has settled so well and the team have consistently ensured he is ok and cheerful. He has learnt new things and the team have been supporting the areas we have asked them to focus on. They also have gone over and beyond to use his home language in the childcare centre.
Everyone is so welcoming and everyone consistently greets us and knows our kid, even from other rooms. The office team are highly supportive. Our son has recently started the childcare centre and we are so cheerful with his development already.

My eldest was there for three years and my youngest for one year. I can say that from their first day the team took highly great care of them and helped them transition. I felt they were nurtured and loved. Every time I would talk to them at home about their educators or their day they had a smile on their faces. They were cheerful there and I felt they learned a lot, especially since they are bilingual. The team took the extra step of using some of our native language words to help them settle in better. I would suggest the childcare centre as my sons loved it there and we, as parents, felt they were secure in a cheerful and positive setting. They’ve grown and developed their personalities there guided by attentive and compassionate educators, together with the rest of the team. Both my sons attended the childcare centre.
